    Hi,

Apologies for the delayed response as we don’t have support over the weekend.

I’ve checked the site you’re working on, and upon checking, it seems that you’re using the Posts block. Here, please refer to this screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/wbuQB1Qx

Also, it seems that you’re using the Posts Grid/Carousel block, however, only the pagination is enabled. What you can do is that you can change the Number of items of the posts that you want to display at the homepage so it will have an Infinite scroll look.

Please refer to this screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDu7ekbv

Because, currently, infinite scroll functionality is not available yet on Posts Grid/Carousel block.

But the good news is, this feature has been logged as a feature request. Here’s the link: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/feature-requests/post-grid-carousel-block-infinite-scroll/.

Kindly vote on it and post a comment to include your specific use case scenario.

Please note that the more votes that a feature has gotten, the higher its chances to be added to our products.

However, I am unable to provide you with an exact date for when this feature will be available or, if possible, as our team considers several factors before implementation, like how many people have requested it, how difficult it is to implement, and so on.

    Hope this answers your question.

Should you need further assistance, please let us know, and we’re always here to help!

    Cheers,
    Dane

    Hi @zelishmekhi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Looking at the site you’re working on, it seems that you’re using GeneratePress. Please note that every theme is different, so please expect that when changing from one theme to another, you won’t be having an identical looking website by default. You need to make some tweaks or customizations to achieve a similar or a different look.

Please refer to this guide before switching your theme and process in switching: https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/switching-wordpress-theme

Also, can you please confirm if you’re using a free Kadence products? You may also submit a ticket to these links so we would know if what Kadence products you’re using and we can assist you from there.

As for changing the page layout, you can do that by changing it via Customizer. Here’s how, please watch: https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuW6bxO

You can also set a sidebar on a certain page. Here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRuQm2yD

    Hello,

In the Kadence Theme I set the numbers of columns in Archive Page to 1 and it’s working well for posts (picture 1).

But I wanted to do the same with pages, so I downloaded a plugin which allowed me to add categories to pages. Unfortunately when I go to archive page with pages (not posts!), it shows them in 3 columns, not 1 (picture 2). What should I do to fix it?

    Thanks in advance,
    Kuba

    Hi K-team,

Somehow on one of my shop-pages the labels of the colours are not showing (while it does on other pages) .. any idea to fix this?

    Tnx in advance!

    Hi there,

I’m using conditional display settings to add a CTA before the footer area of my site.

    Here’s a URL:

    Here’s a screenshot:

The problem is that something is adding a white line below the section that I’m adding. It’s appearing on the front-end, but also when I preview the section. I can’t tell if it’s there when inside the Gutenberg editor because the background below is white.

All I’ve got is a single row layout with a section in the middle that contains a shortcode.

Row background is set to blue, there’s no divider added to the bottom. When I remove the element from the page, the white line goes away.

I’m at a loss as to what’s going on here!

Does anyone have any idea how I can get rid of this white line?

    Thanks in advance!

So I completed this simple landing page in record time: . And I have now spent over 4 hours trying to get the mobile and tablet visuals to work. In short, they suck. I have it all done by eliminating almost every element from the tablet and mobile. But, on the mobile there is a huge white space / gap / void between my two last elements. I need this fixed and I am done trying. Please help. Paid plenty for this theme… so far I’m not real impressed.

Well, upon further experimentation and exploration, the code I wrote in my last post is completely unnecessary and, worse, misleading. I was fooled because the accordion block I was testing with had only a single pane and not multiple. The code I included works for a single pane accordion and multiple single-pane accordions on a page as well…but, alas, is completely unnecessary. I could tweak the code easily to work with multiple-pane accordions – but there’s no need.

Hannah was spot on in her first post. You simply need to add the anchor to the pane element(s) of any accordion and the pane should auto-open if the anchor is included in the url.

This makes me wish I could edit my previous forum post. I’m not sure why that feature isn’t available? Maybe Kadence can add it / turn it on?
Also, Kadence, it’d be great if you can look into the Cloudflare rejection problem mentioned in my previous post.

    #280614

My situation is similar to Dr Banjo’s. My default needs to be “All panes collapsed” but I need to be able to provide a link that can also auto-open a specific accordion as well. Here’s the code I cooked up – it’s generic in the sense that it will work for any anchored accordion on the page.

Set the HTML Anchor under the Advanced setting for the accordion block.
Put the code below in an HTML block.
Add the anchor to the link. So, if the anchor is “accordion1”, add #accordion1 to the end of the url

Hmm. I’m trying to post the simple harmless javascript code in here but kadence’s cloudflare security keeps rejecting my post!!! I’m attaching the code as an image instead. I’m also attaching the cloudflare error too for Kadence to look at.

Kadence, can you please look into this? This forum won’t be very useful if we can’t include any code ?!

    Hi There,

I wonder if there is a way to customize the style of the checkout page with something like “woocommerce checkout layout” in the customizer? I’ve also heard about woo templates but can’t find where it is!

    Thanks in advance,
    Anthony

    #280602

I have a similar issue as stated here: I’m interested in customizing a page to look like an archive page (which has a slight color tone across the entire width of the body of the page.) I ran into a bug where the archive for a custom post type term is not resolving its URI, so I’m just faking the custom page with a required catch-all query. The issue is the page looks different than the others because of the background gradient. I’m using Kadence and one of your starter themes.

Additionally, I’ve been having fits trying to figure out how to simply clone the default template and save it with minor tweaks, but any template created is treated as its own thing with no header or footer. I’ve been able to get by with templates for the content body or sections, but it’s not how my brain works normally.

Any clues here would be helpful.

    Hi, Daniel!

The Customization options can be seen by going to Appearance > Customizer. Then, if you want to use the sidebar layout, there are multiple sections to go where you can set this. Those sections are:

    • Page Layout
    • Single Post Layout
    • Archive Layout
    • If there are custom post types detected, there are also single and archive page settings for them

If you only want to use the sidebar layout for your blog posts, follow these:

    1. Go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Single Post Layout
    2. Select the Right Sidebar layout
    3. Select which sidebar you want to show
    4. Go to Appearance > Widgets
    5. Scroll down to the sidebar you chose and add the widget items there

    Here’s a screen recording for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBuZJvX1.

I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Karla

    Hi, Rachid!

Thanks for reaching out to us and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

“I think it’s maybe because the original blocks of woocommerce are not made to recover the design of Woo Templates that I can’t do it?”
Yes, this is correct. The Shop Kit Woo Templates will only apply to the WooCommerce pages. Currently, we do not have a block or shortcode to show a product list that will use the template you created.

“What do you think is the right solution to display my products with my design created in the Product Catalog Loop Item in any page?”
Sadly, I cannot think of any workaround you can do to show a product grid. There is a Gutenberg block – Query Loop block. This block, however, is more of a layout for posts, not products.

I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    Hi,

I just went through all of the troubleshooting steps and it still doesn’t work. I watched your video and followed those steps, again…because this is what I was already trying and it doesn’t work. I added the health check plug in and tried reactivating each item one by one but reactivating Kadence plug-ins doesn’t bring my theme back and there doesn’t seem to be away to reactivate my theme without reinstalling it from the starter templates page. Is that what’s supposed to happen because that doesn’t seem right according to the troubleshooting article you attached. I took a screen record to share. Where do I send it because I can’t upload video here?

    Thanks,
    Jessica

    Hi,

I have been trying to save my blog title image for the last 2 days and it won’t work. You can see it saves in the customizer view but once I publish the changes and exit the customizer, the original image is there with mine behind it. I have played with all of the page settings one by one trying to figure out what the issue is and nothing has worked. I have downloaded the delete cache plugin suggested on you site and it doesn’t work. It also doesn’t show up at the top of my blog page, only my home page so I can’t delete that cache for that specific page. The only plug-ins I have installed are the once that came with the Children’s Museum starter template, the Bluehost ones and the delete cache one. My blog is currently in “Coming Soon” mode and isn’t live yet.
