In reply to: Menu and Header
You can remove the header of the page with CSS. Something like this should work:
.home header#kad-banner { display: none; }Place the code into Theme Options> advanced Settings> Custom CSS.
If that doesn’t work for you, post a link and I’ll fix the CSS for you.
thanks,
KevinIn forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Menu and Header
My Main Menu and Header appear in all my pages which is fine. But I wanted to create a full page slider revolution for the opening page with a single “SHOP” button that then takes the viewer to rest of the site but when I create that Home Page and ID it as such, refreshing the page results in the slider appearing but it’s UNDER the header and main menu. Why does that happen? I don’t want the header and main menu on the opening page; only the slider with the “Shop” button that then takes the viewer to the res of the site’s pages that all have the main menu and header on them.

July 25, 2016 at 11:58 am #104727Hey Kevin. Responding from my tablet at work.
1. Link to blog http://jerryzarley.com/blog/. It is not setup on the subdomain. I need to know how to generate the blog post page in my subdomain like the one linked to.
2. I will try your suggestion and let you know.
Thanks.
In forum: Virtue ThemeI am experiencing the same issue on my site. It may be a bug but there is a workaround.
You can install page builder through the default “add plugin” area in your admin. Just search for it and you should be able to install it that way.
If you want to, you can post an email address in a private reply and I can send you a zip file containing the kadence slider. Then you can upload it manually. It may be a day or two before the theme developer is able to address this issue, so this will likely be the quickest way to get your slider activated.
Let me know if that works for you!

Hi Hannah,
I went to Appearance, then Getting Started, there is a tabbed block on the page and I clicked on Recommended Plugins. It shows Kadence Slider Pro as Inactive. When I click on the Install/Activate Plugin I receive the following message: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
It is not my server. I have already installed several plugins including Page Builder. I believe it is showing that I am using the free version of Virtue. I can send you my activation code if you can fix something on your end. I am working with a client and my deadline is approaching.
Thanks,

In forum: Virtue ThemeJuly 25, 2016 at 9:36 am #104679Hi team
I am using pagebuilder, split content with 1 column rows. How can I get the rows closer to each other, so that the big chunk of blank space between them disappears? I think it’s because the default image height is set to 500px, and my images are smaller. I would like to keep the images as they are though.
I tried setting the row margin to 0 (it says it’s the space below the row) but I didn’t see any changes.
I also played with the padding bottom and top settings for the rows, but I don’t even know what the difference is between that and the row margin. I also didn’t see any difference.
I also set the padding around the widget to 0 but didn’t see a difference. What is the default to this anyway..?What am I missing? Can you help me with this? Thanks! Here’s the link.

Hey! for the first question, can you link to the actual blog pages? I’m having a hard time finding them.
2. In Theme Options> Blog Settings, and find Blog Post Summary Default. Set that to an image and you should now have your featured images display on your blog page.
Let me know if that is helpful!

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Demo Style 4
Thanks Hannah,
1. So I can make manual changes to the layout to get demo 4 without changing the rest of my home page?
Can I used a drop down like the one on the secondary menu that I have in demo style 3?
2. Can I lock the header size so when you scroll and it reduces height, I want that height to be locked so when it loads it will already be the same height when you scroll if that makes sense.
3. thanks
4. I did that I found the code in another post but can’t seem to figure out how to add the images.I only see a space for the feature image and a place to add images to a slider at the bottom of the page.In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Woocommerce Cart page Cart Totals area disappears.
