Hi.

I want to have an image page header for several pages, but I can’t at the moment.

In all cases, when I deactivate “Show title” it remove the title, yes… but the header too. I only want put an image header, without title.

Blog page is a special case; “Show/hide title” page options doesn’t works. I must to go to Theme OptionsPage title-> OnOff, but it affect to all the website to.

Any idea?

Hi

I’ve made the gif up to 1140 w x 654 h px

The site’s pages are all set up to full width.

I’ve removed the WP resized scr attribute in the text code and kept the image’s full size parameters.

Have inserted the image at actual (full) size.

any suggestions?

Is not working.
Let me explain again what i want.
On home page i have a kadence slider up ,under the menu.
I want that slider to be on all pages from site, like every page is a home page 🙂

I tried also something like this

Yes, the customization that I did worked for all Pages except for Blog Page in one thing.
So, I went to Pages -> Blog, and I added a Background Image.

I have Hide Page Title activated, but the Page Title is appearing.

Hi Hannah,

Thank you for your reply. I thought i was using the latest version of the theme, because my dashboard says there is no new update for the Virtue Premium Theme. But when i take a look at the Kadence site and go to the Virtue Premium page i can see the latest version is 3.6.5, while my version is 3.3.9. Any ideas how i can sort this out and update the theme to the latest version?

I will keep your method in my mind if it happens again.

Hello Ben,

As from you requested please browse to http://fabriziophotos.com/test_kadence/ to find the screen shoots and page souces of the home and blog page when logged in and out. I guess that this is becoming frustrating for boot you and me so I wonder whether there is any change to make a fresh(/repair) installation of wordpress and virtue without having me to re-do the entire site (unless you are able to figure something out).

I am not able to select an image for this feature through the Widget configuration…there are a variety of settings but not one for the image. As recommended, I did create a “Call to Action” page and place the widget into the page and then configured, but the image still did not present on the home page…what do you suggest? Thanks!

I have a blog entry (still private) from a guest author. It looks like this:

[kt_box opacity="0.1" padding_top="10" padding_bottom="10" padding_left="10" padding_right="10" min_height="10" background="#000000"]<p>Here is a guest blog entry coming. The problem is that this text gets excluded from the excerpt and so on with introduction.</p>[/kt_box]

And now all the stuff from the guest...

My problem is that in the excerpt (as listed on /blog/ and the frontpage) the text from kt_box gets excluded. The excerpt is then like "And now all the stuff from the guest..." but I want the excerpt to be "Here is a guest blog entry coming. The problem is that this text gets excluded from the excerpt and so on with introduction."

I guess usually it makes sense to exclude shortcode contents from the excerpt, in my case it does not. Anyway to get it working still for kt_box? I have a child theme already in case a small code snippet would be needed…

On an ipad in portrait mode, the menu is similar in set up to the mobile, but it is transparent and shows through to the background of the page. How do I get it to look more like the mobile menu, color wise? I have this for the mobile menu in my css:

Mouse scrolling the page. I believe it has to do with the Smooth Scrolling feature. Not sure if that speed is adjustable.

Another thing that happens is that the size of the box doesn´t arrive to the end of the page, is it possible to enlarge it so it occupies the full wide?

In your theme options > main settings. have you set the header style to standard?

Then assigned a secondary menu in your apperance > menus page?

You can add animations to any widget. In page builder add this class to the widget “kad-fade-in-up”
