Hi guys!

I don’t have many widgets and so I get empty space at the right side of almost every portfolio page. Besides, on mobile, widgets appear after the carousel, and I want the to appear right after content part. Also carousel would look much better full width.

How do I move bottom portfolio carousel from single-portfolio template to a place before footer only on single-portfolio pages? I do also suggest you to make it by default in theme options.

Hmm, I just logged in and didn’t have any issue…

But I stayed and keep messing around in the theme options.. seem your page takes forever to load then finally gives up: 500 (Internal Server Error)

I would guess that you may have a need based on all the plugins to increase your max memory and execution time in your php settings. Have you looked at those, your host can help with that.

Is that for a plugin or something?

I’m still a bit confused when the Pinnacle Theme choice overrides WP

– Can you explain what you mean by this?

In terms of the slider button css you can use this in your theme options > custom css:

In your theme options > portfolio options you should change the posts per page for archive pages to match that.

Or make both 8 or both 12.

Thanks for you quick response. I do have the permalink settings set to Post Name, so that is not the issue. As for Settings>Reading, what exactly are you saying it should be set to? I don’t quite follow your explanation. Currently, I have:

Hi Hannah,

I’ve added the css to the Theme Options – Advanced settings. It is still doing as I said – the thumbnail is still there and even though I have 2 page builder columns set up, it’s kicking the second column down to the next line.

Hey,
What are you permalink settings? Try setting to Post Name. Does that change anything? Also, in Settings > Reading ensure that you have no set a page to be your post page. That should be left blank.

I don’t know what plugin your using… But I suggest using the “virtue: recent post widget” in your apperance widgets page.

1. Which page? Which browser? How could I recreate?

2. What screen size are you viewing on?

4. I’m not sure I understand. I see radio buttons on a product and they work. Can you link to the product you’re having trouble with? Whats differnet about 2xl from any other variation?

5. Which product is this happening on? For the color to be anything but what you set you would have to be changing it in the editor… are you pasting in text from somewhere else?

In your post edit page there is a box for a custom excerpt. If you don’t see click “screen options” in the top right corner and make sure excerpt is checked.

There you can define the text that should show in an excerpt so wordpress doesn’t have to try to navigate through your pagebuilder content to try and pull an excerpt.

Hey,
You can add js into the header and footer scripts section of your theme options. (theme options > theme extensions if you don’t see).

In terms of the html you can add into the page inside wordpress just make sure you are on the text tab and make sure you never switch to the visual tab.

notice the gap between the slider and the yellow box? I would like the gap removed. I’m using page builder and set the “padding” attributes to 0, but that did not work.

Is this a css issue or can it be solved another way?

2. Where should I add this css code? I tried adding to 3 different places (the theme options/advanced settings css, the page builder row css in the testimonial post, and the page builder editor box css in testimonial post. Each time it seems to be hiding the testimonial text rather than the testimonial image thumbnail. Is there a different place I should be adding it?

Based on the class names within the html of that page, I believe that site is using this plugin.

Give that a try and let me know if it gets the results you’re after.

Also, your featured products are set through WooCommerce in the View All Products area. You set a product as featured by clicking the star on that product.
