Hello,
I have a banner created with Kadence Conversions, containing a button that is supposed to open a popup on click (also created with Kadence Conversions). However, it doesn’t work (see the video).
If anyone has an idea, I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for your help.In forum: Kadence BlocksJanuary 20, 2026 at 5:44 am #296176Hi There,
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.
I just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly. The reference image you shared appears to be a small “Security Verified” style banner, not a full hero layout. Because of that, I’m a bit unsure what part of the design you’re trying to replicate.
I checked your site, and the main hero section itself looks fully set up and loading correctly on my end. I’ve recorded a quick screenshot for reference here: https://share.zight.com/Apu2qAkr
Could you clarify which specific element you want to recreate or adjust?
• Is it that small security or trust badge within the hero?
• Or is there another reference image showing the full layout you’re aiming for? These walk through the exact concepts used in hero sections like this:

Hi, Diana!
Apologies for the delay!
There’s no built-in option to do that, but it can be done by adding a custom CSS code. Follow our guide here: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-do-i-add-custom-css/
Here’s the code that you can use:
.home .stickyheader #kad-banner { background-image: url(https://albertjmora.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/header4.jpg); }You can edit the URL of the image.
Let me know if I can assist you with anything else.
In forum: Kadence ThemeFebruary 21, 2025 at 9:30 am #293061I have a shop on my website. Due to the nature of the products I sell, I require new customers to make an account on the website. On my checkout page there is a banner which reads “Returning customer? Click here to login” however when I click, nothing happens. Clicking the click goes to /checkout/#. I believe it’s supposed to open a popup where a returning customer can log in. Please advise.
As an additional note, the modal popup to add a coupon code as seen in the screenshot DOES work on this page.

They look great when viewed in full-screen on desktop, tablet, and mobile, however, when I start to resize the browser window to make the window smaller, the info boxes all start to change sizes and not look uniform.
I’m having the same issue for the testimonials section, as well as the banner image buttons, and the header menu button.
I’ve tried setting min-heights for the text and title portions of the info boxes, and both have not fixed the issue. I’ve also tried setting custom full-height CSS for the row layout block, and it didn’t seem to work either. However, I copied custom CSS from another thread where someone else had a similar issue with the info boxes not scaling uniformly.
Any help would be extremely appreciated. And, if this is an issue that can be fixed across the board for the testimonials, banner image buttons, and header menu button, I would love to know what I’m doing wrong so that I can fix it and not make the same mistake on future sites going forward.
I’m working off of a LocalWP instance, as I’m building out a demo site. I’ve included the URL and the login details below.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi Kadence Team~
Questions for you:
1. How can I set up a header area with a Search icon on the left, logo centered in the middle, and Login (My Account) plus Mini Cart inline on the right? (as shown in the screenshot attached)If I choose Header Style: Center Logo menus on sides…
“Left menu is the primary menu and right menu is the secondary menu. Header is set with two menus.”
But I need a full regular-type menu/navbar below the logo (as shown in the screenshot), which at the moment, is the primary menu, so the layout I need isn’t going to work with this header style—right? Is this layout done with widgets instead (4th Logo Layout option, called Logo Left Widget Layout)? And if so, what css would I use to center the logo, and put the other elements on either side of the logo (search icon on left, Login + Mini Cart on right), while keeping the “main” navbar in place centered under the logo? I see that at least the navbar stays below the logo with this option, but the logo is far left instead of centered, and I’m not sure how to add the search icon, & login/mini-cart widgets where I want them.
2. How to get a shop notice/banner type line of text (like, “Fall Sale 40% Off”) centered in the topbar?
I don’t want to use the banner image feature (because that feature is an image and not text, and, it also appears below the header)… we just need to keep the text in line with the social icons in the topbar. Possible? Do I need certain css to do this, and if so, can you please provide it?I’ve seen others here on this forum use this layout with Virtue Premium, but I have not (yet) been able to figure out how it was done (I did search for answers here)!
Thanks in advance for your help… much appreciated!

September 5, 2024 at 4:05 pm #291111Hi Jochen,
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.
In Shop Kit, there isn’t a built-in option for bulk discounts. However, you can achieve this with a dynamic pricing or discount plugin that works with WooCommerce. These plugins allow you to set up discounts based on the number of products a customer buys.
In Shop Kit, does provide certain discounts using cart banners, but that doesn’t include based on quantity. Check the screenshot for reference: https://share.zight.com/QwuJ7yRA

July 10, 2024 at 5:43 am #290431What’s the secret handshake to getting a banner to actually show up on the site, even when it’s set to show on all pages and is published? The Knowledge Base doesn’t really go into those details.

In forum: Kadence ThemeYesterday we updated our Kadence theme from 1.1.51 to 1.2.1.
In doing this it broke a pricing table that we had built in ACF (advanced custom fields) where the table as well as the featured image background banner and title were just completely removed. How can I get this back or working and update the kadence theme?
I have reached out to Kadence support and they rarely get back to me and I did purchase a premium theme that includes support.
What else I know:
– I have checked Google Console and there isn’t a problem on our end in terms of error with the code. For the time being we have reverted back to a save point a few days earlier in WPEngine so the pricing table remains.
– I have singled out that it is the Kadence theme update causing this as the only other two plugins that needed to be updated were Kadence blocks and Yoast and neither of them broke the ACF table when updating.
– one of the other issues is that there is a lone page that when open makes the main menu text smaller

March 8, 2024 at 6:20 am #287769Hi Michael,
many thanks for the answer. In addition to the Kadence theme and plug-in in this test site, I only use WP Super Cache and Real Cookie Banner. If I turn off the cookie banner, the design library is very unstable, at least there are loading difficulties until the error mentioned.
I’ll have our server checked again to see if there’s anything wrong.Kind Regards,

AnonymousMarch 7, 2024 at 9:31 am #287765Hi Rudi,
Glad to hear you figured out the issue.
That is odd though.
I am unable to replicate it on my test website though. I also have the Real Cookie Banner plugin installed. See this: https://www.loom.com/share/c6122a54ca734f4f81c05c68b1de4e31
Deactivating the Cookie banner plugin fixed it because the issue might have stemmed from it. The conflict is coming from somewhere else though. Have you been able to identify which plugin conflicts with the Real Cookie Banner plugin?
I also recommend you reach out to their support team as well: https://devowl.io/support/

March 7, 2024 at 7:05 am #287763UPDATE
I have deactivated the current version of the Real Cookie Banner Free from devowl.io. Now the design library will be loaded again. Something isn’t working together. It would be a shame if I could no longer use the cookie banner. Is there a setting I can make?Best Regards from Germany

February 27, 2024 at 12:00 pm #287647Hey Peter,
Welcome to Kadence Support.
Can you confirm you are referring to This Article?
Step 3: This step is done by creating a new Custom Post. In step 1, the tutorial has you create a Custom Post Type. You should be able to create a new Custom Post by going to your Dashboard and finding your Custom Post Type name. If you hover over it, you will see the option to add a new post. Here is a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/v1uBQdrL
Step 7: This is done using a Kadence Element. This is a part of the Kadence Pro (Theme add-on) plugin. You can learn more Here.
You can enable Hooked Elements in your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Kadence. Then, you can create a new Element in your Appearance -> Kadence -> Elements.
You can learn more about Hooked Elements here: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-to-use-element-hooks/ and https://www.kadencewp.com/introducing-kadence-elements-templates-design-your-site-your-way/
I hope this information was helpful to you. Please let us know how we can further help you.

In forum: Membership ForumsTopic: 3 questions…
February 13, 2024 at 2:45 pm #287491Hi,
I have three questions:
1. How do I make the white space between the two curves disappear by putting both blocks (the top and bottom one) together? Please see the screenshot. I tried with padding but it doesn’t move the curves.2. How do I set the page/homepage photo in a way that the photo along with bottom text/wavy banner will show up full screen on any screen?
3. I don’t know what I clicked but something strange happened – when I want to edit the top block (with the photo), I can now only see the “Content” option in the right sidebar and even that one looks weird (please see the screenshot). How do I get back all the functions?
Thank you for your help!
BarbaraIn forum: Kadence ThemeHi, Woocommerce 8.5.x seems to break the notice banners when adding to cart.
This is what it looks like from the starter template demo site for “Wooden Craft”.
This is what it looks like with Woocommerce 8.5.2.
Are there any planned fix for this?
Thanks!

In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Insert Kadence Conversion as a block
January 23, 2024 at 1:16 pm #287199Hi Fraser,
There is no option/block to display an inline conversion banner.
Kadence Conversions is simply “a no-code WordPress plugin built on the WordPress block editor that allows site owners to create elegant and lightweight popups, modals, slide-ins, and banners, right in the WordPress admin dashboard. Kadence Conversions is the only no-code option that leverages the native WordPress block editor in order to create attention-grabbing appeals and offers that convert.”
Kadence Conversion allows displaying conversion item On exit intent, On page load, After x amount of seconds, After distance scrolled, Upon reaching the end of content and By user click on anything with a custom link
I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

In forum: Kadence ThemeJanuary 22, 2024 at 6:30 am #287176I’d like to create a number of different Conversion Banners, then insert a placeholder block on a page, inline with all the other content, which dynamically loads in a different banner every time the page loads. I was hoping to use Kadence Conversions but, unless I’m missing something, I can’t see that it’s possible to insert a Kadence Conversion item as a block on a page.
Should this be possible?
