Hi,
I try to understand how can i pass value from one page to anther when i use the pinnacle button.
for example: pass the page name to “Contact Form 7” to be used as one of the parameters in the form.

Hey,
For something more specific or extra fields I recommend using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
With that you can send attachments to yourself through the forum so you can collect all the data.

Because you are creating a custom post with the testimonial forum there is security risks for a site if you allow an image upload since the image would be stored on your server.

You would just need to use a contact form plugin. Like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

Then you can easily edit and add to it.

Hi Ben,

Tried upping the max memory to 200mb – no luck. Not sure if increasing execution time is beneficial to site response and ux.

I’ve never heard of blue host having an issued with contact form 7. Especially if your setting your own custom STMP. Odd, good to know though.

Yeah, I’ve talked to my host several times today. Contact Form 7 doesn’t seem to mesh well with bluehost. So I put another form in and it works, but I lost my captcha which I really wanted, but I can’t find a free one. 🙁 I did like that about Contact Form 7. Thanks though!!

Hey,
If you have easy SMTP working the contact form 7 will automatically use those settings for the mail server. Do you have the messages going to the right email in your settings?
In the email account have you checked your spam folder?

It’s not working. Someone suggested a plugin to fix it called EASY WP SMTP. That was also not working, but I finally got that fixed. Now I just need to know how to integrate it with Contact Form 7. The guy that suggested the plugin didn’t make that clear. 🙂

Hi Ben,

Thanks for taking a look, you were right so I’ve fixed the theme inside folder issue.

I suppose if the theme wasn’t updating, then that could have been causing the error, so I’ll get the customer to monitor orders over the next few days and see if there are further probs.

You would need to use page builder because it’s going to give you the fullwidth background option where it stretches outside the grid.

I suggest just using a plugin for the contact form, I personally like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

On the Mijireh checkout page in wordpress, there was a slurp button. I did this yesterday and it made the Mijireh checkout page private and made the old woocommerce checkout page active again – still wouldn’t work. I don’t know if it is conflicting with the previous checkout page that was created in woocommerce? Also in the visual screen of the Mijireh checkout page in wordpress it has:

On the text screen is has:

This is how this page came and I did not alter it.

As far as plugins – the ones that are active on our site are the following: contact form 7, magic action box, simple social expandables, simple social icons, woocommerce, woocommerce – table rates, woocommerce Mijireh checkout, WP meta and date remover, and WP-spam shield. I didn’t think any of these would interfere with the checkout??
