My contact form worked just fine about 2 months ago but after using it (with google chrome) recently it messed up on both the ‘confirm email address’ field and the error message shown when the email address is wrong (I have use browser validation enabled but it shows: ’email address is not valid’ which is not what I filled in in the ‘Field error message when required’.) Have been using kadence blocks in wordpress to build my first ever site. I completed my contact form using kadence blocks, but have been having a bit of trouble with the email verification. Totally get why you’re asking. It’s a very common use case. At the moment, this isn’t something that can be done using Kadence Woo-Templates.

Kadence WooTemplates do not support assigning different checkout templates or payment methods based on product category. WooCommerce itself also uses a single checkout flow by default, so payment gateways are not conditionally switched per category out of the box.

To achieve category based payment restrictions, you would need a WooCommerce level solution, not a theme or template one. Your options are:
• Contact WooCommerce support to see what they recommend for conditional payment gateways
• Use a third party plugin that supports conditional checkout logic

Hello,

I started a website using Kadence AI, which included a Contact Us page with a Form block.

I wanted to export this form so I can add it to Kadence->Forms. I can’t see any way to do that? Or am I going to have to create a new form under Kadence->Forms from scratch? I like the settings on the included form so I was hoping to add it to Forms, plus have the Analytics.

I could only find the basic option to ‘copy’ the form block. But the import option under Kadence->Forms is looking for a zip file.

I tried to add a new lagey widget to my Footer Column 2 today, I had no problem adding the new widget and navigation menu inside it. Text colour of navigation title and navigation content was black. When I change the background colour of footer to dark blue, the text of navigation menu and it’s content were no more visible. So i changed the colour of navigation menu to white. But it didn’t work. Though the colour title Changing but the colour of content text remains same. The colour of navigation menu is Changing according to to colour of global palette’s contact colour. Changing the font colour in the widget editor made no difference to this, i am using kandence starter template meditation course. I want my widget text colour to be white.

I have a submission that failed, and another failed, called something else the other day.

HAVE INSTALLED

1) WP Mail SMTP
2) Kadence theme & Kadence blocks
2) WP Super Cache (from Automattic, the holy grail place of WordPress…)
4) I have just installed Captcha
5) I have, but just stopped using, reCaptcha
6) latest WordPress version

In my case, I have used cach to clean out the cach.

I had a perfectly working contact page using Kadence Form block yesterday, lunchtime EU time. Then I tried to implement, at lunchtime USA time (Cant be a thing, but, funny nonetheless). I replaced the kadence form block with kadence Advanced Form block. And now it just isn’t working. Same settings but one worked, the new adv form says: “Submission failed”.

I`ve tried the whole – almost – to figure out what the problem is, while also replacing reCaptcha with hCapthca instead. Still – of course, none is working.

I also noticed on a Kadence form previously, sometimes in “Email To Addres” and “From Name” sometimes work with to without one of the two filled and one empty.

Anyway, anyhow, in KAdence Advanced Form block Email settings I have filled in my email address (the admin) in both Email to address & From name field.

I am going if not bananas, at least something over here in old Sweden.

I am contacting you to report a critical layout bug in the Gallery Block that is preventing its use. The issue is severe and manifests on all devices, worsening significantly during screen resizing.

1. Core Problem:
The gallery does not render images correctly. Image edges appear cut off, and consistently, the last item in each row fails to display, completely breaking the layout structure.

2. Responsiveness and Resizing Issue:
The problem intensifies when switching between breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile). The grid calculation fails, resulting in misaligned and disproportionate rows. Specifically, when switching back from a mobile view to the desktop view, the images do not return to their original position or size, appearing “stretched” or “dragged” downwards, leaving empty space and a corrupted layout.

Evidence from the attached screenshots:

In the Quinceañeras galleries, the last image in the top row is consistently missing.

In the Baby Shower galleries, the severe resizing problem is evident, where images lose their proportions and fail to return to their original state after the viewport change.

What I have tested:

Browsers: The error is reproducible in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. It is consistent across all of them.

Cache: I have cleared all cache (browser, WordPress, server). The problem persists.

Column Settings: I have adjusted the number of columns in the block settings. The error adapts, always omitting the last image in the row.

Gallery Modes: The error occurs in both Masonry mode and Grid mode.

Images: I have tried images of different dimensions and aspect ratios. The failure continues.

Thanks for the update! According to the link you provided, it looks like you need to set up an Automation for the double-optin. This would include creating a temporary list in Brevo and associating your Kadence Form with that list. You’ll see in our help docs how to select a list when configuring your form: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/integrating-kadence-forms-with-brevo/#using-brevo-with-kadence-forms

Once your form is sending contact to the temporary list, your automation should take it from there. I hope that makes sense!

Can you share your site info with us? You can add the reply as private.

The console log shows 500 (Internal Server Error),500 errors (500, 502, 503, etc…) are typically server errors: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/getting-500-error/.

The issue might also be caused by server limitations, like the memory limit or the max post size being too small.

If you are not familiar with these settings, you can try contacting your hosting provider to see if they can adjust the settings on your server to solve this issue.

• Server Firewall or Security Plugins:Make sure no security plugin (e.g., Wordfence, iThemes Security) or server-level firewall (like ModSecurity) is blocking external requests to that domain.
• External cURL calls are allowed: Some hosting providers block outbound cURL requests by default. You can contact your hosting provider and ask them to allow outbound requests to your cloud library
• Your PHP user has write permissions in the wp-content folder (this is standard for WordPress installations).

When I try to add the library again then I just get this message: No Connection data available

Cleared the cache. Nothing changed since Tuesday when I accessed it last so I do not understand what has happened!
