The behavior that you’re describing is not typically something that the theme can prevent, or cause. I would first contact your hosting provider and provide details and see if there is something that they can see from their side.
Also, please do ensure that all software (plugins, themes, etc) are up to date.

I see a 524 error code in the console log, which means your hosting server is timing out.
Can you please reach out to your host and ask them to check firewall or security settings? Sometimes, firewalls or security software might block or slow down requests.
Also, in the meantime, kindly check your PHP error log to have more insights about the issue and what might be done to resolve it. Finding and deciphering PHP error log files is not for the standard user, and you should contact your hosting provider for help if this is unfamiliar to you.

In Kadence Forms, I’ve created a contact form using the basic form as a template.
I am using {field_1} in the form settings for From Name but the emails arrive as FROM: WordPress <[email protected]>.
The reply-to email address {field_3} is working, though.Is this an SMTP issue? Is there a way to verify that NAME is indeed field #1?

I have correctly configured the “recipient address” and Cc fields, with several email addresses separated by commas.

I getting constantly this following message: Publishing failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.
When creating a row layout (especialy a row with 2 columns with a image or a row with 2 columns text and next to it a contact form)
It doesn’t let me save my creation.
Is there any solution for this?
I suspect the pattern hub, cause when creating the same creation on my live website in the editor it let save without any problems.
I digged already 8 hours through you tube videos and articles without any positive outcome.

December 12, 2024 at 4:45 am #292190It is completely understandable to switch platforms when they don’t meet specific requirements. But first we should focus on the solution only portion. I recommend double-checking the support portal for updates and escalating the ticket if needed. I personally found their support way more amazing. Though, recently I also faced a similar scenario for one of my client who was facing such a scenario for his online store. But once I contacted the support the helped me out in a sec.
If the questions are more users related, then you can also seek help from me, as I know well in this field.

In forum: Kadence ThemeAfter imputing all the necessary info to create an A.I site, it fails to import the template. It will allow me to import a Reg block Editor Template from Kadence, but not one build with A.I. I am using blue host and I’ve already contacted them about any possible firewall settings and everything is fine on that end. I have the Kadence Essential Bundle and all plugins and license are activated and validated. I’ve been trouble shooting this issue for the past 2 days with no progress, ill include screenshots. In the meantime, you can try using this custom CSS to hide all payment icons except for Visa and MasterCard:

Hello, i bought these child theme based on Kadence, for some reason i don’t have any access to the Kadence Library when editing the pages, i only get a code text box and every time that i try to add something i het this message: “<!– wp:kadence/rowlayout {“noCustomDefaults”:true,”isPrebuiltModal”:true} /–>”
I already tried to contact the designer for the theme, the tested on her side and everything works fine, i don’t know what is hapenning, tried everything, clean cache and cookies, diferent browsers, deactivate plugins etc.

I’m currently implementing a website for a customer that features two simple contact forms on their site. The site is set up using WMPL and has two languages currently: German (default) and English.
The Forms have the exact same layout and function in both Germand and English, only labels and messages should be translated and shown in the correct language.
Trying to get string translation for Advanced Forms running. Made “Kadence Forms” post type translatable in WPML config and added even the custom WMPL XML config for kadence from the github repo: *Login to see link
So far only the form title shows up when opening a form in the WPML advanced translation editor, but no field labels, messages, etc.
What is the recommended way of handling this?
Did I miss a configuration step?

Still, I get the same error. I sent a request to my hosting contact to check the error log. I tried to add the commands described in Kadence’s instructions but could not see any error descriptions in the log file. I have two sites built with Kadence, and both behave similarly.

When I paste the license key and click activate, it returns me to my dashboard without activating anything. I don’t know if the two problems are related. I contacted the host, and they promised to look into it. But reading all the complaints here, I suspect the problem is with the Kadence server again.
