I have two forms on a page, one for contact and one for subscription, and neither works when I try to complete them in another browser or in an incognito tab. At first, I thought it was due to the captcha, but I removed the captcha in both forms and it still doesn’t work. In the console, I have this message: Connection error
kb-advanced-form-block.min.js:1:8532It seems that the resource is trying to load via http and the site blocks this because it should only load over https. I don’t understand what’s happening.

Since the Kadence’s Form block does not work with dynamic data, I have been trying to use CF7 along with the Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension, however the rendering is not occurring like it should. I contacted the developer of Dynamic Text Extension and they confirmed something with the theme was effecting the way the image should be rendered. I tired both a conversion popup and a modal popup. Please review the following links with your team. Thank you for your help.

Hi, David!
Glad you reached out to u.
For overriding WooCommerce templates, you can look into our Kadence Shop Kit plugin’s Product Templates feature. We have an introduction post here – https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-shop-kit/shop-kit-2-0-building-a-product-template/
With this feature, you can replace the add to cart button with a Modal block so you can show a form for enquiry.
“On the Enquire form we want to display the [main product image] from woo, and importantly on the email being sent we want the [main product image] to be in the email with title.”
This all depends with the plugin that you’ll use for the form. I don’t think there is a way to edit a Contact Form 7 form to use blocks so you might need to do some custom coding to show the current Woo product image within the form and the email notification.
I hope this helps, and let me know if I can help you further.

September 20, 2024 at 9:52 am #291290Hello all. I’m using the Kadence Pro bundle. The site I am building for the company I work for will use WooCommerce like a catalog with a minimalist layout with ‘no add to cart’ and ‘no check out, but will have an Enquire button to pop-up form on the Single Product Layout. On the Enquire form we want to display the [main product image] from woo, and importantly on the email being sent we want the [main product image] to be in the email with title.
Can we use the new Kadence WP form tools with WooCommerce to accomplish this with a mix of shortcodes, html widgets or special elements? The other route I learned about is using Contact Form 7 with the Dynamic Text Extension plugin plus some additional code that seemed like it might be an outdated approach.
Can an expert point me in the right direction to implement this functionality in the best modern way? Thank you for your time!

Hi,
Are you using WordPress version 6.6.1? There’s a known issue affecting this version when synchronized patterns are present in the content.
This issue occurs in WordPress versions 6.6 and 6.6.1, but it will be fixed in an upcoming release. You can read more about the issue and the planned fix here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/64871
For now, I recommend reverting to WordPress 6.5 to see if that resolves the problem. You can use plugins like Core Rollback, or you might need to contact your hosting provider for assistance in reverting your WordPress version.
WordPress 6.6.2, which includes the fix, is scheduled to be released on September 10th, as mentioned in this update: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/08/19/wordpress-6-6-2/
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need further assistance.
In forum: Kadence ThemeAugust 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm #290916Forgive me, I am a total noob here, trying to figure out WordPress and the Kadence theme.
My domain is http://www.christianturkiye.com.
What I want to do is, when I make a new page, it has the same design template around it as all of the other pages. Currently, when I try to create a new page, there’s no formatting of the page there at all, the text just goes from one side of the screen to the other. Is there a way to click on “Add New Page” and have it look like all of the others? Or a way to create a general template to re-use?
The theme I’m using looks like this (my contact form as an example)
But when I go to Pages –> Add New Page, and create a new page, none of that formatting is there, and the text I enter goes edge to edge, and the header hides the top part of it.
Can you assist?

August 19, 2024 at 10:12 am #290909Hi Brian,
Thanks for the update.
I also did some digging and found out some people are facing issues with Synced Patterns and the latest version of WordPress.
I am still unable to replicate the issue as it is not happening on my website. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/YEubjr1Z
Can you try switching the theme and see if it resolves the issue?
Is there any console error? See:https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-to-view-console-log-errors/
Additionally, please review your server limitations, especially the maximum execution time. You may want to contact your hosting provider to request an increase in the following values:
- PHP memory limit: 512MB
- Max post size: 50MB or more
- WP memory limit: 128/256MB
- Max upload size: 50MB
- Max input vars: 2500
- Max execution time: ~300 seconds
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Eze,
Thank you for your answer. It appears I didn’t word my question very well though. I’d like to try that again when this higher priority issue has been addressed. I got an email from my installation of WordPress informing me about a critical error. This happened shortly after I tried to go to Appearance | Customize. I was not able to access that page. Support at WPEngine isolated the issue to Redux Framework, a plugin that wasn’t familiar to me. From the email:
Error Details
=============
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 20 of the file /nas/content/live/meadowcroftdye/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/themeoptions/options/extensions/advanced_customizer/inc/advanced_customizer_section.php. Error message: Declaration of Redux_Advanced_Customizer_Section::json() must be compatible with Redux_Customizer_Section::json(): arrayI then contacted with Redux support who replied, in part, with this:
“The core problem here is that the theme author has embedded a very old, outdated, and discontinued version of Redux in their theme. They are also using an old extension for Redux called “advanced customizer” which we discontinued long ago as that extension is now part of the Redux version 4 core. Ideally, the theme author needs to update Redux if they insist on embedding, a practice we discourage and discontinued a few years back because of issues such as this. I sent their support people an email letting them know it’s in their best interest to update to Redux 4, as version 3 has security issues. Since it’s discontinued, they won’t be fixed. It’s on theme authors to keep their embedded copy current.”
Additionally, he gave me instructions on how to edit a line of code so that I can enable the Redux plugin again. I intend to do that. He encouraged me to contact you with this issue. This has taken some 4 or 5 hours of time along with that of 3 different support agents at my web host. I am strongly encouraging you to please work with Redux developers to permanently resolve this issue. I really don’t want to have to revisit it the next time my theme is updated. When I hear back from you about this, I’d like to give my original question another try.
Sincerly,
Dave

August 14, 2024 at 2:32 pm #290875Hi There,
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.
I successfully updated the Kadence Shopkit plugin on my website. You can view the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/mXuQRRnW
To troubleshoot the issue, you’re experiencing while updating plugins, please follow these steps:
- Check the browser console log for any errors during the update process. Here’s how you can do it: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-to-view-console-log-errors/. If you find any errors, please share a screenshot with us.
- Try refreshing the page and attempting the plugin update again.
- Verify if there are any ongoing server maintenance or downtime issues. Contact your hosting provider for further details.
You can find additional troubleshooting steps here: https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website/.
Regarding the “Update failed: The download failed. Service Unavailable.” message, this could be caused by:
- Firewall or security plugins affect the download.
- Incorrect file permissions prevent the update.
- Temporary server issues that may be causing interruptions.
Since these issues are often server-related, your hosting provider should be able to provide assistance. Please contact them and share the screenshot of the error message for their review.
If they indicate any plugin-related issues, could you please provide us with access to your website’s PHP error logs? This will help us gather more information about any specific errors occurring during the update.
I hope this information helps. Please let us know how else we can assist you.

ArchitaIn forum: Virtue ThemeHi,
I have an existing website with Home, Service, and Contact pages that were created using WP Bakery. I would now like to switch to KadenceWP.
Is there a way to copy, export, or clone my content from WPBakery so that I can use it in KadenceWP?
It is not necessary for the design to be identical, but I would like to retain the layout of the pages.
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards
In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: Tabs on Shopkit and Woocommerce
Thanks for the help architabasandrai 🙂
I have 800+ products so selectively choosing which products should have specific tabs would be impossible.
It’s to bad that the developers behind “Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce” By Yikes Inc/Code Parrots haven’t updated their plugin for a year and people are saying stay away from it since no one answers to support. A their contact form doesn’t work.
That’s to bad because it’s the best product tab plugin i’ve used, it still works perfectly (even the free one) but who knows what will happen when next WP/Woo updates comes.I’ve also tried “WooCommerce Product Tabs” By Barn2 Plugins, but it refuse to accept posting Gutenberg block into the fields, they strip the field from the formating (rows, sections columns).
I preferably don’t want a to complexed and hacked solution for the same reason.
It’s strange that there seem to be impossible to get/find a good solid custom tabs solution.
I think this should be a part of Shop Kit.I can add a Code Snippet which enables the block editor in the Woo product editor and add the Kadence Tabs block, but that of course gets placed inside the Description tab.
If anyone know of a solid custom tabs solution for WooCommerce products please share!
The search continues…

July 2, 2024 at 2:57 pm #290271Hi @bipinaryal24,
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.
Please try the following steps:
1. Click the Sync with Cloud icon in the top-right corner of the Starter Templates page. See the video for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAuAZ987
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Starter Templates Plugin.
3. Review the steps in this Troubleshooting Article: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/non-knowledgebase/starter-templates-faqs-troubleshooting/
Some of our customers have faced this issue before. Your hosting provider might need to adjust the WordPress path settings. You may need to contact them to ensure your directory paths are correctly set. Refer to Ben’s suggestion:
“…The fix was to adjust the
WP_CONTENT_DIRconstant to match the changes. I recommend contacting your hosting provider and asking them to ensure your directory paths are correctly set.”Also, confirm with your hosting provider if they are allowing external cURL calls and that your PHP user has write permissions in the
wp-contentfolder (standard for WordPress installs).Additionally, try to flush your permalinks by going to **Settings > Permalinks** and clicking the **Save Changes** button without changing anything.
I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

May 28, 2024 at 2:12 pm #288879Hi There,
Thanks for contacting Kadence Support. Apologies for delay in reply.
I believe those are SVG titles for our icons.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/Qwuo9D2L
It’s a valid markup to use the <title> in the context of an SVG. It will not have a negative effect on SEO if used several times on your website.
On the other hand, if you want to remove our SVG title tags, you can add this code snippet:
add_filter( 'kadence_svg_icons_have_title', '__return_false' );Here’s our guide to adding code snippets to your website – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/advanced/how-to-add-a-custom-filter-or-function-with-code-snippets/.
