Thanks for your reply, i’ll just put different images in for different languages then, since Kadence slider does not work properly on mobile as the theme’s default home slider.

I’ll shoot last question too: is it possible for me to move and view the page title a little to the left, right above the page content, not above the sidebar widget (just like this in posts: http://www.chinhdaisteel.com/vi/hello-world)? I’ve searched quite a lot too but I have not come across any solution yet. Thanks!

That widget is more designed to be in page content like used with page builder. Thus it would be changes through the page itself.

But you can also use a plugin like this to create one for each language: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpml-widgets/

You can also set the slider to be the “shortcode” slider. Then add your one Slovenian slider into it. Next go to the string translations in your multilingual plugin settings and “translate” that slider shortcode for each other language.

Another question.

I use revolution slider for background (behind the menu). My page will be in multiple languages (polylang plugin) and i need for each language diferent slider.

Example:

for Slovenian [rev_slider alias=”prva”]

for English [rev_slider alias=”druga_en”]

Its just space for one code (Slovenian)

I hove you understand my problem.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply. The string translation has a lot to offer, but for the home slider on my page, there is no field for that (i suppose there should be a URL modification for the slider). I have gone through all of the fields witin String Translations and modified each for both languages, but for the slider there is none.

Also, i’d love to have my sidebar hidden on mobile because it’s mainly navigation links which takes up a lot of space. I’ve also looked around but none succeeded. Many thanks!

the placeholder text can be set in your theme options > language settings.

In terms of your header. You have a long menu how are you wanting the logo > search and menu to fix in one line?

Or are you wanting the menu to be below the logo and search like it is now and just make the search larger?

I am relatively new to the theme/Wordpress in general, and I have searched a lot about my issue yet no solution is found, so please pardon me if there is an existing topic on this and if I may sound so amateur on several terms.

I am using Virtue premium and together with Polylang plugin. I currently don’t use Kadence slider but only the default home slider which can be found under Theme Option > Home Slider; I prefer because it has a proper full-width slider that works fine on mobile.

My site is *Login to see link which has Vietnamese as primary language and English as second language. With all pages (including “home page”), menus and strings (found under Polylang settings thanks to *Login to see link are translated in both languages, I still cannot get the home slider to set to English.

I’m looking for a way to add the exact same slider but with different images (because the images has hardcoded text on them and different languages have different images).

Ben,
I have the same problems but didn’t find “Find out more” within any of the language files not even, when I reimport virtue.pot. I have also installed Loco on my the page and loaded the theme file, but even there I couldn’t find it.

I have only this two strings, that seems to be not or particially translated into German:
1. “All Veranstaltungen” instead of “Alle Veranstaltungen”
2. “Find out more” instead of “mehr …”

Ben, this is extremly interesting. I use the newest version available in repository. I thought so. Something is wrong with polish theme reporitory.
I just went to https://pl.wordpress.org/themes/pinnacle/, downloaded Pinnacle (blue button “Pobierz”) and the newest available version is 1.5.4.
Do it yourself and you will see.
All my wordpress sites with polish language does not informe me about any new version. I have 1.5.4 – no information about update.
Every person in Poland have this version. What can we do about it? This is a huge problem. I really need to use the true, the latest version 🙂

The first is a warning that I get on the updates page: Your theme (Virtue – Premium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

I have carefully read the sticky thread at the top of this page regarding WC 3.0. My guess is this is a version numbering issue or should I act? If so, please inform me how.

The second question regards the look of the product page in the webshop. There used to be 5 rows of three images, now there are 5 of four. How can I change this back to the original setting? *Login to see link

Hi, my site is in two languages, using polylang. My logos are different for each language, but it is not showing up in the string translations for me to choose the french version of the logo. It works for desktop, just not for mobile. Also, the logo shows up very small on the tablet view, desktop and mobile are fine.

i have a problem that really turn to nightmare about page builder, i started building my homepage by using page builder’s SITE ORIGIN EDITOR which consist of blog and products. i add many rows and few widget so that i can set my homepage according to my desire, the problem is when i click the “divert to editor” botton and then click “page builder” botton, suddenly all the rows and few widgets i created are gone and only one row remain with all the content move itself to SITE ORIGIN EDITOR.

Yes, just found it WooCommerce Zoomifier – The Ultimate Responsive WooCommerce Magnifier is making teh problem if I deactivate it the image change accordingly. I just got a message in my dashboard after updating Woocommerce again:

2. Try changing the Search Placeholder Text in Theme Options > Language Settings. Does that work?

Hey,

What plugin are you using for this? You can change the cart text in Theme Options> Language Settings.

Does this work for you? If you can tell more about your plugin, there may be a way to get it to show the discounted total in your cart.

Hi, I created a kad slider in English and using Polylang for multilanguage. My slider is above the header. It is not giving me any option to have the text translated to French. How can I do this?

sorry I forgot to reply. I found the widget settings in Appearance –> Widgets, I thought this language setting was somewhere else.
Now it works 🙂

For an online booking widget I need to link to the widget’s stylesheet & javascript on another website.

I.E. I want to do the equivalent of:

By the way, seems like the issue is now solved (as soon as the plugin was updated) now I see the languages option. Thanks again!
