    That is fantastic Ben! I really appreciate your help here, and I hope I’m not too annoying with all these questions.

    Where would I be able to edit the languages used by the theme? As I’d like everything to be in danish, but once in a while I spot something which is on english. For an example when searching for something completely random it will say something in the line of “No search results were found” 🙂

    Hey,
    1. This should auto translated when you activate wordpress in the language you are using. Do you have wordpress in your language?

    2. You can add this css in the theme options > advanced settings:

    I have a working website with Virtue Premium theme. I tried to install WooCommerce, but my website broke upon activating (all dashboard/admin content became white or disappeared while logged in, and viewing the website not logged in simply showed only the main menu and nothing else).

    I had to manually remove the WooCommerce plugin server-side to get my website back up. After deactivating iThemes Security and Yoast’s SEO plugin, WooCommerce worked. I am unable to use any of these three at the same time.

    Are there any known issues or fixes regarding this situation? Worst case scenario, I will simply not use WooCommerce, but I’d really like to be able to use all three.

    Hey,
    In your theme options > menu settings. Have you selected the correct subscript for the font? It defaults to latin but you might need latin extended or the cyrillic extended. I don’t know what language your using but using the correct subscript is important.

    Here is how I did it on the English version using CSS.

    Tried [carousel_item columns=1 background=”#197575″] for the shortcode, did not work.

    Also, the pictures are smaller than on the original carousel, and the padding between pic and title is bigger, and so is the padding between secondary menu bar and carousel.

    I’m sorry to be such a pain. All I need is the exact same-looking Carousel in different languages. Is there no way to fetch the code of the original carousel on the English homepage (http://gxplanguageservices.com/) and just copy-paste it in the Text Editor?

    So on your home page, you can add the “page content” as enabled. The in your page content for each language add the shortcode above but just place your image and text in the “add info here” section.

    Hello Kadence Team! Here I am again with another question. My website is done in 3 languages (English, French and Spanish). You may see my website at I have a slider (revolution slider) that is used on the home page. I did this set up by going into the theme options and then slider settings where I chose the slider I want. My slide has some wording that I need to change depending on the visitor’s language e.g. if the user is Spanish, I want the Spanish slider with the Spanish wording to be the one in the index. I checked and my Index page in different languages do not have a box to change the slider (subject to the language in use). Then I tried to see if I can use the widget logic plugin, as I used it for my forms and footer which works perfect. So my question is, how can I use 3 different versions (English, french and Spanish) of the slider I have in my index page subject to the language in use? Many thanks for your response, and I hope I was able to explain my issue properly.

    Hi Ben,

    Here’s a good one for you from a guy who is stuck between developers (me):

    My checkout is down at the busiest time of year and I think this is because I updated WooCOmmerce but not Virtue Premium and now I get the message telling me that my “theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files”. (Full copy of the error message copied to the end of this email) You can see form the Templates info that there are lots of parts of the Virtue 1.4 that are out of date for teh current version of Woo Commerce.

    It seems that I need to update to the latest version of Virtue Premium, but I think I would lose a lot of the numerous customisations which cost me money for developers (which I have now fired) to do.

    Here are my questions I’m hoping you can help me out with:

    It seems my developer didn’t make the changes with a child’s theme. Is there anyway of updating without losing all the customisations? Perhaps by retroactively setting up a child’s theme or exporting the current mods before updating and then importing the mods again?

    If I make the update using the export options method as listed on this support page, which of the following mods would be kept?

    – Significant mods to the CSS for a very different page master
    – Extra fields added to the portfolio post page backend.
    – A magnifying function for the product photos.

    ok, seems your issue is caused by you declaring the site to be in Chinese. Excerpt your posts are all in english. This throws off wordpress in how it generates excerpt are different for Chinese because of the way the language is written compared to english. You have to set your excerpts by characters.. I installed a plugin and set your experts to 300 charaters.

    ^ Those are part of the language po files. You would have to translate the po files. It’s not the same as the default string translation area.

    Hey,
    You can’t translate a whole widget area. If your using the home page you may want to just the page content and use pagebuilder. Or you can follow advice here on how to show certain widgets for certain languages.

    Hey,
    I think I understand. You can’t translate widgets like that. Your translation would effect every text widget on your site.
    If you want to translate a widget you need to use the text widget or just use a plugin that allows you to show widgets per translation.. see:

    Hello Ben! English is my default language, so when I add my translation e.g. text you see now as “Voici la traduction française” which I added to the String Translation tool, then I click on “translation is complete” then “save” and when I refresh; the translation that I added to the footer is actually in the footer, but also replaces every content I have in the body of every page of the french side of the website. This is really weird.

    – I want you to see what I mean by adding the text to the string tool of WPML, so I created a temporary page on my website where you can see a screenshot I took at http://www.gbwebandgraphicdesign.com/image-string/

    Hi Oliver,

    I am trying to apply this, but as I do not know the language of developers I got lost.

    So can you please answer these quesions for me:

    1- For a one page website, with the plug in, I create 1 page with Pagebuilder with all content into sections or I create all the website pages?
    2- How can I find the ID of the section? I tried to use the Inspect tool in Chrome, but got lost. is it in the CSS part or the HMTL? in which part?

    I am sorry this should not be your issue, but using a plugin as this will make the website more efficient that using the anchoring HTML code.

    Hello. I have this problem: When I add title to the widgets in topbar, it gets separated from the widget content like this:

    – Social widget: The title “follow me” is in the far left and the buttons in the right

    I only have this in my custom CSS:
    .topbar-widget .virtue_social_widget {
    float:right;
    }

    My site is , you won’t see the problem because I was forced to removed the titles. Thanks
