I meant that is my recommendation for you. Language… in US we say things different at times.
I can’t contact your server, don’t even know who your using. You have to contact your host company.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHey Ben!
I figured it out!!
I’m so happy :). Ok, laugh at me if you will, probably sounds hilarious, but it feels like such an accomplishment when you figure that one little tiny thing out that makes it all work. LoL
I went to settings>reading where I had already chosen the option to display full text in blog post, and at the bottom it says you have to enable portfolio custom post type before you can update custom content settings. So I clicked on the highlighted “enable portfolio” link, to learn more, it took me to settings>writing where it automatically added a default pingback URL under Update Service. Apparently that’s what I was missing. I didn’t have a URL listed before for a service to send notice to different sites like Aweber, updating my custom content. Or at least hadn’t activated it or something. So under Update Service I saved the URL: http://rpc.pingomatic.com/ and it works now! 🙂It’s always as easy as one button, but like a foreign language to me until someone teaches me or I get lucky and figure it out. At least I learned something new. Thank you for your help! (I think I figured out the 2nd “related” set of posts under each blog as well and how to get rid of that)
What I haven’t figured out…if you look at my site, the posts that are only text have that empty box with a pencil sketch in it. I’m not sure how to make the full thing text if I don’t have a picture for that post? Is it possible?

In forum: Virtue ThemeNovember 5, 2014 at 11:00 am #21803Hmm, it should be part of the language files but it’s not, I’ll fix that in the next version. Either way you can use this css:
div.modal-footer .kad-btn { text-indent: -9999px; overflow: hidden; position: relative; width: 80px; } div.modal-footer .kad-btn:first-child:before { content: 'Cerrar'; position: absolute; left: 20px; text-indent: 0px; }Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeNovember 5, 2014 at 6:16 am #21787I am getting conflict between Testimonial Carousel Widget and SabaiDirectory plugin. I am using page builder and when I use the Testimonial Carousel Widget the following conflict appears on the front end.
var SABAI = SABAI || {}; SABAI.isRTL = false; SABAI.domain = “”; SABAI.path = “/”; google.load(“maps”, “3.x”, {other_params:”sensor=false&libraries=places&language=en”}); jQuery(document).ready(function($) { SABAI.init($(“#sabai-embed-wordpress-shortcode-1”)); });
I have asked the Sabai developer for help but they were unable to fix.
You can see this conflict on angliatrade.co.uk
Thank you

October 28, 2014 at 10:58 am #21045I am trying to create my own website and i want it to be as fast as possible, therefore i want to install w3 total cache plug-in, but i am having some problems intalling it. I downloaded and installed the plug-in but a lot of errors appeared when i tried to configure it.
New Relic is not running correctly. The plugin has detected the following issues:
* PHP module is not enabled.
* PHP agent is not enabled.
* API Key is invalid.
* Account ID is not configured.
* Application ID is not configured. Enter/Select application name.
* License key could not be detected.
Please review the settings.The W3 Total Cache license key has expired. Please renew it: .
A configuration issue prevents CDN from working: The “Authorization key” is not correct.I looked around but i really don’t know how to fix them. I even watched the tutotials from the website ( https://rpm.newrelic.com/accounts/804399/applications/setup )but to be honest i don’t even know what language to use or where to paste those code lines.
I really hope you can help me work this out.Thank you!

October 27, 2014 at 12:10 am #20928Hey,
1. You can’t have the topbar price calculate shipping and taxes. It only shows the price of the product. On the cart page you can have the option to calculate shipping if you enable in the woocommerce settings.2. If you load your wordpress in Spanish then the language will automatically change. The theme has been translated to Spanish. Just be sure to define the language in your wordpress settings.
3. I don’t see that you have breadcrumbs enabled on your site? Are you talking about eh menu??? you have change the menu font in the theme options > typography settings.
If you really do mean the breadcrumbs you can use this css:
#kadbreadcrumbs { font-size: 14px; }4. Using contact form7 you can get the contact form shortcode, then use the visual editor widget. click “virtue shortcodes” add a modal and add your short-code in the content.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: wpml plugin problem in topbar
Hello Ben, nope, let me explain it better. I have a static home page created in English with a slider. The top bar applies for all pages and has the switcher for the languages (fRENCH AND eNGLISH). When I click on the home page (in the plus sign) to create the french page, it does it. but once is done and I want to update the french page, for example, if I want to change a sentence and then update, the French switch on the top bar desapears. The french page is on the list of the french pages but the switch in the top bar does show the french option. You can see it here: http://www.gbwebandgraphicdesign.com/poolfence/ go to any other page different to the home page and you will see englsih and french. Olny happens in the home page

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Greek fonts
Hey, I’m not positive but I think that most of the fonts support Greek. Did you test it out? You can always download fonts from other places. Here’s a good site: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/list/language/greek

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Bilingual form in primary sidebar
October 8, 2014 at 12:12 pm #19350Hey,
This isn’t something you can do in the string translations, because it’s in a plugin if the plugin isn’t set up for wpml then you need to create two different forums and use widget logic plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/Following the tutorial here you can set which widget will show for each language: http://wpml.org/2011/03/howto-display-different-widgets-per-language/
Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeHello Virtue Team! Here I am again with a question. I am doing a bilingual website and I am using a form (done with the Contact Form Builder Plugin) and it is placed on the primary sidebar (I added it on the widget section of the theme). The default language is English, but when I switch any page from English to French I would like that the form will also switch to the French version. It is not appropriate to have an French page content with an English form. I tried using the WPML plugin string tool, but the form or widget with the English form is not listed so I can do the translation. What can I do to solve this issue? I appreciate your answer on this issue.
PS: Ben from your team assisted me last week with a similar issue; which was switching the logo from English to French, by adding a little line of code to the wpml-config.xml file, I tried using it with this issue also, but I was not able to do it. The code was a follows:
<key name=”x1_virtue_logo_upload”>
<key name=”url” />
</key>
<key name=”x2_virtue_logo_upload”>
<key name=”url” />
</key>In forum: Virtue ThemeOctober 5, 2014 at 11:09 pm #19155You can’t really do that, Not without a multilingual plugin like polylang or WPML where you can switch which language files where loading based on the user but that would of course create an english version on the frontend.
If you were going to edit the mo files you can rip out all the admin language strings.. but thats just a bad idea..I would give this plugin a try: https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-in-english/
Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeThank you for your quick answers Ben and Hannah. I actually switch the main language of the site to Russian, using Virtue theme files and also word press files. So now the website is looking good in another language, however, I still would like to have the word press admin(backend) in English. Can you please tell me how to do that? Do I have to change some mo or po file in the webspace of my website? or what is the best way to do it?
Thank you in advance for your time.In forum: Virtue ThemeOctober 4, 2014 at 4:16 pm #19108Hey,
You need to tell wordpress that you are using a different language for the meta language tag to be correct.
http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_LanguageYou can use this plugin if you don’t want to use the po files.
