I hope all members are doing well. I’m reaching out today to ask for help configuring the sidebar widget feature on the Kadence theme for my website.
I am encountering an issue wherein I have activated the sidebar widget on an individual page. Upon accessing the page editor and selecting the desired sidebar, I intended to display this [ *Login to see link ] category within the right sidebar. However, despite my efforts, the end result did not align with my desired outcome.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or insights from the community regarding the proper configuration steps for integrating category display within the sidebar widget on the Kadence theme.

I am trying to pre-select couple of fields along with a text field to pre-fill from links from other pages. Already searched for it here before posting.
Setting a text field from the querystring parameter works as expected, however I’m unable to pre-select a dropdown and radio fields.
I’ve tried with setting parameter values as index number of the items, values and labels to no effect. Any pointers?

I’m trying to use a static page as home page and everything has a strange behaviour and I failed everytime.
The interface is really confused about what is considered as pages and what is considered as articles.============
First case *
============When I select a static page in the drow down menu, it ignores the choice and displays the last articles (which are not the WordPress articles but the Kadence landing page settings).
Here exactly what I did.
In my WordPress Dashboard, I went to pages and created a personalized “home page”. The I published it
The page is public, attributes marked as “Home page” with the model “Landing – No header”.Then I went to Virtue home page settings, check “static page”, and selected my “home page” in pages drop down menu,

Second case *
=============Now, MUCH STRANGER !
If I select the “home page” in “Articles Drop-down menu” and then check the “Last articles” option, it previews my “home page”.
But when I publish it, it is not updated in the website itself.===========

In forum: Kadence BlocksHey there, I’m having some trouble with the Kadence theme’s information box widget on my video editing website. Hoping someone here can offer some guidance.
I’m using the Kadence theme to build out the pages and layout for my video editing web app. Overall, I really like the theme’s design flexibility and page building tools. But I’m struggling to get the information box feature working properly.
Whenever I open my site try to add an information box to one of my video tutorial or pricing pages, the box just shows up empty on the frontend. I’ve double checked the content I’ve added and the widget settings, but can’t figure out why the information isn’t displaying.
Has anyone else run into this kind of issue with the Kadence info box on a video-focused website? I’m worried my users won’t be able to see important details about my video editing services or instructions if I can’t get this working.
Any advice on properly configuring the Kadence info box for a video‘s website would be super helpful. Do I need to make any special adjustments to the widget settings or layout? I’m relatively new to WordPress customization, so any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated 🥰.

From what I understand, the code snippet is intended to change the colors of the header links in the page editor view.
I tried the Code Snippet and it also worked on my test website.

I apologize for the delay.
If you need to show the repeater blocks dynamically with the Tabs block, this is currently not possible. The tab pane titles and contents can show dynamic contents but they cannot be dynamically repeated depending on the repeater rows.
We have an existing feature request similar to what you want to do. You may add a vote for it here or create a new request altogether – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/feature-requests/dynamic-content-for-tabs-block/
The setup of nested repeaters is quite complex. Are you using a plugin or creating a custom post type for events? If our goal is to show related events on single event pages, will the Query Loop (Adv) block help?

Thanks for this but it isn’t working for me. I installed the Code Snippets plugin, added the code, saved, reloaded the page and nothing changed – my heading links are still not underlined or a different colour. I also cleared the cache to see if that helped but no change.

Just installed K conversions in an existing kadence theme + block pro site that I upgraded to 6.5 yesterday. All other blocks and pages seem to work ok, but when I try to create a new “conversion item”, I get a message “this block has unexpected… and can’t be viewed”, and can’t add any block inside it. The block shows up as locked, maybe some conflict with the new WP synched patterns, trying to unlock it does not make any change.
Anyone experiencing this or have a solution?

The license key was activated and the notice for activating Kadence Blocks Pro was removed. Could you confirm if this will work for you too?

I can confirm that the Kadence > Home admin page doesn’t load on a child site in a multisite setup. I’ve escalated this appropriately.
On the other hand, do you want to activate the Pro plugins using your license key? If yes, you can do it by going to these areas:

I’m unable to even access the Kadence Blocks page (admin.php?page=kadence-blocks-home) as this is the console error every time. I’ve deactivated the cache, deactivated the Pro plugin, cleared my browser cache, etc.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Using the Kadence Theme Pro, you can create a Hooked element featuring a Row layout carousel background. You can use dynamic content to display post or page titles within this element.

Archive pages’ default behavior is to list down posts, not taxonomies like categories.
To list down categories, you’ll need to override the archive template. We have a way to do this using our Kadence Theme Pro’s Hooked Elements feature.

Typical embeds like Instagram and YouTube don’t have issues with our theme. There might be some styles causing this on your website.
