My site have couple of different custom post types.
I was trying to create element templates for each custom post types’s archive.
However when I was choosing what I am applying to, I can only apply to all archive pages.
Are there anyway that I can specify which custom post type’s archive I am applying it to?
Because the query will be different.

I went through the AI Starter Page Process and finally want to import them in WordPress.
But something failed. I have only the woocommerce pages like shop and checkout and my account, noting else.
There was a message that there is problems with the plugins and I should install them manualy but the two plugins woocommerce and kadence blogs are installed.
What can I do?

Hi Susanne,

Thanks for writing in.

There’s a new placement option added to the Kadence Element Template which allows you to replace the entire category page.

Select the “Replace Archive Content” in the placement settings and choose the Category page in the display settings.

You can customize the template however you want.

I see that you are referring to the hero section on your archive page.

You can set the Container Min Height in the Appearance > Customize > Posts/Pages Layout > Archive Layout settings.

If you’re going to add or change any theme template, please use a child theme. The reason for that is because your changes will only be overwritten once you update to the latest version of the theme. Hi there!

1. If you don’t have the login/registration page yet, create a new page via Dashboard > Pages. Then, add the “[woocommerce_my_account]” shortcode needed for the My Account page. Refer to this post – https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-pages/

2. For your first screenshot, that section is using a Row Layout block. You can control the number of columns for mobile views. Watch this – https://share.zight.com/ApuPR02B

For the Product Carousel block, click the Individual link beside the Columns option. This is where you’ll set the number of columns for the other screen widths – https://share.zight.com/jku8ewNe

Regarding your third screenshot, was it taken on the shop page (https://startertemplatecloud.com/member-g02/shop/)? If so, set the mobile columns to 2 by going to Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog. Select TWO COLUMNS for the “Mobile Columns Layout” option – https://share.zight.com/o0uOEwdQ

I understand you want to change the dropdown menu background color on each page.

You can only set this globally in the theme customizer, and there is no built-in feature to achieve this for each page menu.

As a workaround, you can use this custom CSS to change dropdown menu background color of specific pages:

.page.page-id-5593 .header-navigation .header-menu-container ul ul.sub-menu {
    background: transparent;
}

Change the page-id number to that of yours. Here is how to your website page ID:

Hi, could the video here please be activated again. Unfortunately, I can’t find the setting that allows the footer navigation menu to be aligned vertically. Unfortunately, the pages are next to each other.

In my post grid/carousel section with featured images, the image size looks good on desktop but appears small on mobile devices. I’d like to make the featured images larger and square specifically for mobile views. I tried CSS code but doesn’t work for me, this is the blog post, the last section of the page.

I am using the health template….and I need to change the color on the homepage for read more where the posts are listed…but the above is no longer how the customize section looks….have tried colors and fonts but cant seem to get the color of that one section to appear correctly. I am trying to help a friend setup a website, I am using the Kadence theme Web Agency starter template and have come across an issue that I am struggling to resolve and was wondering if someone on here can point me in the right direction.

I have installed WP Job Manager plugin, the job listings look great with the theme see here

However, when I click on an individual job listing here the page loses the background image (pexels-fauxels-3184306.jpg) and the careers heading, therefore the logo and navigation is not visible.

• content-single-job_listing.php
• content-single-job_listing-company.php

Hi Tom,

It sounds like you are dealing with an interactive map where popups are triggered when the page loads, but clicking on any part of the image causes the popups to disappear.

This behavior might be due to the default behavior of your interactive map library or the CSS styles applied to it. This will require some advanced customisation, which is outside our support scope.

In the meantime, could you please share a link to the website with the map so that other users who may have encountered something similar can further help you?

The “Opening HTML Tag(s)” and “Closing HTML Tag(s)” fields provided by the plugin are primarily for wrapping the generated content within the Theme HTML tags.

Please add this to the Opening HTML Tag(s)
<div class="content-area"> <div class="content-container site-container">

and this to the Closing HTML Tag(s) </div> </div>

After making these changes, check the single and archive pages to see if the appearance aligns with the theme as expected.

I have a map with image hotspots on it whose popups contain the names of the locations and links to information about those locations. I want the popups to show up when the page is loaded and to remain irrespective of what is clicked on in the image. I can easily have the popups open when the page is loaded, however, if any point on the image is clicked after the page loads all of the hotspots disappear. I am thinking there is some css that could be changed to make these not disappear and am wondering if anyone has any ideas?

But I’ve observed a problem: the image doesn’t adjust to the webpage’s scaling. Rather than remaining in the center, it appears to be pinned to the left. What adjustments can I make to ensure that the image remains centered during the scaling process?
