Hello,

You can see affected bg in ie. footer area: there should be a subtle bg image, but page transitions clears it. Disabling the plugin will make it show as it should.

Upon checking your footer, I do not see any background image set for it. Additionally, I can see images not found on the console log. Is the background image you’re referring to one of these? I’ve attached the screen recordings in a private reply for your reference.

For us to see how it works without the page transitions plugin and check further, could we have temporary admin access to your website? You can use this plugin and send us the login link.

Hello Team Kadence!

We love using the Kadence Blocks but ran into a few issues with our needs.

Is there a hook to deactivate the design library? I know you can hide it from the edit page but when adding a row layout, it is still present. We’d like to hide it completely.
If we decide not to hide it, is there a hook that can hide certain designs? For example, if I deactivate forms, I’d want any designs using forms to be hidden as well. Is that possible?
Is there a hook to hide all designs except our own?

1. It only shows maximum 6 rows

I would like to point out that the block you’re using is from the WooCommerce Blocks plugin. This is something we cannot control.

What I would suggest is to use the Kadence Blocks plugin’s Post Grid/Carousel block so you can show all the products with the tag “Sold” with pagination. However, this block does not have the option to show the price.

2. I have to add the tag Sold in order to have it listed.

Since you’re using the Products by Tag block, it will need you to add the “sold” tag to the products so they’ll show.

Just a thought, you can show the default tag archive page to show all your “sold” products. I’ll send the link in a private reply.

I have an online store with one of a kind items and i need to show a page with the sold products.
I have use “Product by Tag” block and add sold as a tag but there are issues with this.

1. It only shows maximum 6 rows
2. I have to add the tag Sold in order to have it listed.

Is there another way to show the sold out products on a page automatically, like show inventory 0 products on a page? OR is there a way to show all sold out products with the “Product by Tag” block with pagination?

Hello,

Just to confirm, do you have the Virtue Premium theme? If so, kindly turn on the Header and Footer Script output option in Theme Options > Theme Extensions, save changes, and reload the page to see the settings for the scripts – https://share.getcloudapp.com/04ux9dge.

If you have the free version, you can use the Insert Headers and Footers plugin to add it.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Unfortunately, there is no option and way to customize the block to achieve what you want without using custom CSS code. Editing a block using HTML is not recommended as it will only lead to broken blocks. If you want to change the arrow icons, you’ll need to upload the images as well so you can add them using the custom CSS code.

Here’s a custom CSS code to make the arrows at the top of the carousel(the top value may be adjusted):

.kt-blocks-carousel.kb-portfolio-grid-layout-fluidcarousel .slick-prev,
.kt-blocks-carousel.kb-portfolio-grid-layout-fluidcarousel .slick-next {
    top: -10%;
}

Lastly, you may log a feature request for an additional option for carousel arrows on this page. However, please note that we cannot give an ETA of when they’ll be added as the development team considers certain factors before implementing new ones.

There currently isn’t a setting for the main blog archive if set through the settings > reading. I’ll put this into my next theme update.

Apologies for the delay!

“Can you tell me the version of the image that the gallery uses for the thumbnail?”
Depending on the Thumbnail Size you selected on the block settings, the gallery block will use those thumbnails’ URLs.

The plugin you’re using for rebuilding the thumbnails hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress as per its plugin page on the wordpress.org website. Please could you try to regenerate thumbnails using another plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/?

Hi galinamf,
Apologies for the delay! Can you update your theme to the latest version and also make sure all your plugins are up to date? If the issue remains I suggest deactivating plugins to test if any are conflicting. You could start with Accelerated Mobile Pages as that could be what is causing your icons to look different on mobile. Let us know what you find out!

Hi Karla,

Thanks for checking. I know the image links under the Resources I Use and the image links under the Books I Recommend sections work. I was specifically asking about the image link to a product I sell. The image under the Created Just For You section is an image of The Ultimate Survival Guide for Widows. This image is supposed to link to the product page. But for some reason this I can’t click this image from a mobile device. I can click it and it works on my desktop/laptop, but not my mobile device.

I have a Samsung s20 phone and use a Chrome browser.

Hello Sandy,

Upon checking the page, I can see margin values for the image block which is why there is a space in between your rows – https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uxm1ZW. Since you have caching and CSS files combination, I cannot see for sure where that style is coming from.

You can add this in Theme Options > Custom CSS to remove top margins of the image blocks:
.wp-block-image { margin-top: 0; }

Kindly purge any cache after saving changes to make sure it will reflect on your pages.

I have a “fake header” on a landing page (using the landing page template).

The “fake header” is in a row block, and the next page element is a full-width image

I can’t seem to get rid of the space between the “fake header” row, and the image. (see attached image)

I have modified the padding and margins on the row to 0 which reduced it, but not completely.

If I put a smart slider block below the “fake header” then I can manage the padding/margin and butt them together.

Any suggestions?
