If possible, can you please post a link to the page where these are displaying so that we can see where the styling is coming from? This will determine whether we’ll adjust the appearance within the theme setting, or if it will require custom CSS.

Yes, the latest version of the Pinnacle Premium theme is 2.4.17 and you can install it on another website. Download it from your Product Downloads page and your API details should still work as long as you have an active subscription.

I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Kadence Blocks plugin but I’m still seeing the same errors.

I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists even after reinstalling the plugin. To further find the cause of the issue, while you’re on an edit page screen, check your browser console log to see if there are any errors.

Additionally, try to flush your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking the Save Changes button without changing anything.

Sorry, there isn’t a built-in way to achieve this using the portfolio grid block, but you could do a bit of a workaround. On one page you could limit your posts shown to a certain taxonomy. Then on the other page you could choose to show all. Then you can add a button linking to your filtered page. Is that kind of what you’re thinking?

Is that possible via Button/Link or URL with parameters?

There is no built-in option from WordPress itself to assign a parent page for a custom post type’s archive page. Usually, the hierarchy will be Home > CPT archive page > CPT category > CPT post.

For now, I’ll pass this on to the development team to see if there is any code snippet you can use for your use case. We’ll update you once we hear back from them.

I tried to replicate the issue on my test website regarding the mobile menu items and viewed it on Browserstack’s iPad device but the issues did not happen. Please could you send us a link to your webpage so we can see the issue and better replicate it on our end?

Can you please integrate a switch to choose open the link in new tab or in same tab?

Can you send a URL to your website in order for us to replicate this issue further? May I also ask if you have tried to toggle the visibility option to hide the page title description through your theme Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > from there, you can scroll down to the Title Settings and hide the title description by clicking the eye icon. To show you where to find these settings, you can also refer to my recording here.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you are working on a fresh WordPress install and imported the Gutenberg templates first, you may want to use a third-party plugin to reset your website to the “pre-import” state. This way, it will not have conflicts once you import the Elementor starter template. Our recommended plugin for doing the reset is WordPress Reset.

Otherwise, instead of doing Full Site import for the starter template, try importing Single Page and see if that will avoid the conflicts you’re experiencing.
