Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have searched this near and far and cannot find a solution. So am hoping you can help me out.
1. I have installed a free starter Kadence theme…to get a feel for Kadence and see if it works. (I do like it..just trying to sort back out!)
2. I do have Elementor Pro and Gutenberg installed, still no go to access and make the change I am trying to make.
3. My site/page is at: *Login to see link

In essence, I am trying to change the image that comes up on this page behind “Full Bio – Real Personality”. I could access “blocks” thru Gutenberg…but not the one that has lines 242 – 245 where this image is directed from the following link:

I am not certain that I can access this in the free starter option…do I need Pro?

Another thing I want to double check…while you are with me, how can I get select Blog posts on my Homepage?…if you have a “learning” location, I will definitely check it out. …Had been using GeneratePress, a course I am working through wanted us to change, so am happy to try something else. Just NEED to get things up and running as soon as possible.

Also, if you need me to make any changes from within the Theme Editor section, I can do it…just saw this was a link to the image and thought to not mess around till knew better.

Hi again Karla,

Interestingly is, on my main site the warning shows up. On my testing site (which is an online site) there is no warning.

Funny, now after reactivated the plugin social media login by miniorange, the warning error is flickering when I go back to the login in page. I will continue to investigate.

I got an error installing a social media plugin, to allow users to use their social media accounts to log in to my onlinecourse site. Any ideas why? I am using Kadence theme, latest version of kadence.

When I installed this plugin (*Login to see link activated it, I got this error on top of my page. (I since deactivated the plugin to investigate more). Do you have experience on what made this error occur?

Hi Diana,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

By product gallery, are you referring to the Related products section of the single product page? The only built-in option to customize that section is the number of related products to show on the page. See this image for reference: https://nimb.ws/rgOT9a

But if what you are referring to is the Single product page in totality, then there are a couple more display options you can customize. You can do that by going to the Customizer >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Layout. You can see there all the options at your disposal.

Is there anything specific you wanted to achieve for the single product page?

Hannah,

Theme is Kadence 1.0.26!
Wordpress is current version.

I believe this only happened once to me, just after installing Kadence Blocks Pro, which may be a coincidence. It has not recurred. That message only showed up on one page. The other pages were fine. At some point while fooling around, the message just went away and the block editor worked again.

I have very similar issue to @visneyart on my test page as well http://mag.sandboxacai.eu/
Child theme CSS was loaded only once when i removed // in functions.php before add action but later child theme style.css is not being loaded.
I did the cash cleaning in all 3 webrowsers and on the server stie as well and do not have/use any cashing plugin.
I tried to add any change in child theme styles just to check if it will finally load… but no results. I cannot figure this out.

We are using this shortcode to create a category page – [product_category category=”bathroom” paginate=true limit=24 columns=3]

However, when we select the “Sort by latest” filter, the newest product is on the last page while the oldest product is on the first page. In another words, the order is reversed. Are you able to assist us with this?

Did you change the number of rows on the Customizer? If you haven’t, just to go Customizer >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog and look for the “Rows per page” option. See this image for reference: https://nimb.ws/yahRcw

Thank you for the reply.
I do not have any custom script enabled. I have all plugins deactivated except the elementor, kadence and woocommerce plugins (see Screenshot).
In addition, I see a new problem: The first image (featured image) is shown in the middle of the thumbnails, not on number one.

Hello Peter,

Do you have any custom code to enable the prettyPhoto lightbox? It seems that WooCommerce is not using that by default. Additionally, I see another plugin, wp2print.

Please could you deactivate other plugins one by one and check the issue after each deactivation to see if the issue will still happen? Kindly deactivate any caching or optimization plugin all throughout the deactivations to make sure changes will reflect right away on the page. This step should pinpoint which plugin is adding the other lightbox.

If the issue persists, could you please give us temporary admin access to your website so we can debug further?

However, the size of menu is about 80% of the page width. Is there a way to set the size of the menu? i.e. 50%

Hey,
The 404 page doesn’t have a page title option like other pages, so there isn’t necessarily a background for the header to be transparent in. Does that make sense? You can use the following css to change the background to transparent on 404 pages:

.error404 #masthead {
    background: transparent;
}

I have the exact same problem here. The Lightbox in Kadence-Theme is disabled but I see a double Lightbox on Product-Gallery.
Only on Product-Gallery. The Lightbox on Elementor-Pages works fine. No third party plugin for gallerys installed.
I don´t know what to do.

Hello,

404 pages don’t have a page title and so by default transparent headers are turned off (else your header would cover the 404 notice and search). If you could give us a link to where we can see your current 404 page look, we may be able to help you with custom CSS code to edit the its header to show like a transparent one.

You may add this in Customizer > Additional CSS to add the same boxed styling to the archive pages:
