Above the Login & Register boxes I have a line of text and 3 buttons.
I used page-builder for this and supplied the backed view.
I would like to make the line of text and button rows NOT visible until they login.

Ok thanks – I was able to quickly build one and apply it to all pages just above the footer, however I’m not sure I understand how this circumvents the form issue since I still need the contact form for the element? The element isn’t showing :/

If it helps, I attached a screenshot of the full block – there’s an image, text, H4, and the form, and NONE of it is showing. I feel like this must be a visibility setting but I’ve check everything and they’re all “showing”

Sure, the site isn’t really ready yet but it is live at https://extendedcollection.com/

If it helps, I’m using a child theme. If you have a way to hide the posts archive title when using the posts page as the front page, that would be ideal.

    Hi Kadence’s Team,

When “Sticky Add to Cart” option is activated and you visit an out of stock product’s page, the bar is displayed permanently (even before the scroll) and it stays stuck.

Could you please take a look?

    Thanks,
    Estelle

    Hey Allison,
the reusable blocks seem to be buggy from time to time.
You are not alone with that error since the last WordPress update, but I saw no solution till now.

Why not use the Kadence Elements to include a contact form at the bottom of every page?
In that way you don’t have to add the form manually on every page and you avoid the reusable blocks.

    Hi K.Team,

I have been trying to figure out why I can not simply replicate what I have done on previous pages, which is to extend the spacer/divider to the length of the page. Specifically on the contact page. I even deleted it, duplicated another page but still had the same issue. I have pictures below to show what I mean:

The second issue is the 3 drop down and sub menu are not accesible on the home page as seen below on the about page (im not sure how the vid background is interfering with it on the home page):

    the help is much appreciated.

I include a contact form at the bottom of every page, however I noticed today that it’s not showing. When I initially edited the page, there was an error where the form block used to be that said “cannot be rendered” (or something to that extent.)

I rebuilt the reusable form from scratch and plugged it into my home page and contact page, and it’s not showing on either.

I’ve checked visibility settings and everything is ticked to “visible”

As an example, this is my contact page and the form should show just above the social media links.

    Hi Hannah,

thanks for the tutorial. I have been able to change the single product page, but how to I change the Checkout page?
I want to erase some fields, and add some new ones. Thanks in advance, Gabi

    Hi,

Just wondering – if I enable Recaptcha v3 only for site login should it display on all frontend pages?

    thanks

    #265560

Thank you for looking into this issue for me. I finally realized that pictures were too large which prevented them from showing up on the front page.

    Hi there!

I’m trying to get my archive pages to look the same as my blog page (which uses Post Grid / Caroussel).

My blog page has 3 columns and shows my 15 latest posts.

May archive page is showing my 10 latest posts in any category, which looks a little awkward, as you’re getting this effect:

    [post][post][post]
    [post][post][post]
    [post][post][post]
    [post]

    1 2 3 >

So this gap shows in the bottom, even though there are more pages.

Is there any way to change the number of posts showing on the archive pages?

Also, the pagination between Post Grid / Archive Lay Out looks completely different from one another. Is there any way in which I can make them look the same? I’m not seeing any way to change the looks of the pagination for either the Post Grid or the Archive Lay Out.

    Thanks in advance,

    Joost

    Yes! https://brightcolormom.com

I have a separate posts block for each category and you can see duplicates in the first two.

I have tried disabling caching in my browser and turning off my site’s Cloudflare while choosing the Show Unique to no avail. It will select and stay selected while I edit each block, but after I “Save” the page in WordPress, it reverts back to being unselected.

    Thank you.

    Hi Hannah,
gladly, here I send the screenshot. Please also take a look at the test page I specified with login for user “karla”!
Yes, I think it would be good to integrate 16: 9 as another standard option and at the same time it would be good to repair the described incorrect behavior with “inherit”.
    Many greetings, thank you,
    Martin

Modifying woocommerce My Account page with siteorigin pagebuilder.
    Added some text & buttons.
Want to hide this from logged out users..Just this row of extra info.
    I know if I go to Edit Row>> Attributes>>CSS Declarations and add display: none;
    it will block my info.
Looking to hide/block this row only to logged out and still have it display to logged in users?

I know it’s not YOUR pagebuilder but, still hoping you know a CSS that will accomplish this?

    #265523

    Hi,
Many plugins that render on load don’t work inside of an accordion or tab, this isn’t specific to Kadence it’s just that many plugins are not designed to be loaded hidden.

Usually you can ask the plugin developers to force a redraw based on a javascript event. I can’t see enough of how this plugin is created to offer any suggestions but if hiding content when you load is needed there usually are workarounds that just require some custom javascript to trigger the redraw.

What I would suggest though is not doing this and instead of adding a button with a link to a new page. If your plugin can’t be loaded in a hidden area by default it’s best to not hack a way to make that change and instead choose other options to make it so you can always load the plugin in a visible container.

    I hope that helps.

    Ben

Hello, I’m trying to address an issue with my cumulative layout shift score in Google Page Speed Insights. It looks like this is largely coming from DOM elements (category, title, meta, etc.) Is there a fix for this that doesn’t require me removing the info from my blog posts? Thanks!

    Hello,

a I building a woocommerce website, but only for ordering, not for selling products.
I have installed Kadence Woocommerce Elementor Pro and Kadence Woocommerce Elementor.
Please, do you have some tutorial how to build a custom Checkout page and also Single Product page and Shop Page?
I am using the Ascend Theme. Thanks in advance Gabi

    #265510

    Hi there,

I’m using Ascend with Elementor and several of the navigation links are anchors to sections one the home page (actually all except for the first one, Learn More). They’ve been working fine but noticed now that when you click on any of them in Firefox, the page scrolls down to the section, jumps back up towards the top and then back down to the correct section, and all of this happens really fast. This doesn’t happen in Safari, and it works in Chrome, except there’s a slight hesitation before the page scrolls to the correct section. All of this is on a Mac.

On the PC, works fine in Edge, but Firefox does the same quick double-jump before landing on the correct section. Can you take a look and see if you can determine the cause?

    Many thanks,
    Sara
