1. With the newest update you can have a full width dropdown menu. I just added the ability to select that option and choose how many columns that drop down should have. I don’t know how that would conflict with your menu plugin. If you just need to hide and show menu items though you don’t need a plugin you can just use css, There is a class in the body tag is a user is signed in. Here is an example:

display:block;

2. 4 columns doesn’t mean four products. It’s a carousel and shows more.. Your site isn’t starting the carousel. Have you emptied the cache?

3. Yes this is actually the intention of the filter, It’s designed for smaller stores that have all the products or on one page. Because the animation couldn’t happen like it does it you had to re query the site for all the products of a certain category.

If you have a store with a lot of products then you should only use the filter on category pages not the shop page or not use the filter at all. If you want an ajax filter (one that loads all the products when you click a category) then use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation/

Hi, i have a Kadence Slider on HomePage, and each slide have two buttons with links to other pages from the blog, but i need a link button to an external link.

Hey,
If you save your permalinks then the single page would show up. The 404 page not found error means that you need to save your permalinks.

You unfortunately can’t remove a post type from the wordpress standard search results. You would have to use a plugin.

Hello how are you doing?

I have some problems with the new upgrade theme,

1. There seem to be some problem with any plugin that handles the menu system with the new upgrade theme. i have “if menu” plugin for conditional display for menu item(s). Now after the upgrade it say “If Menu plugin detected another plugin(s) that modify the menus, and to don’t break them If Menu plugin is disabled.“. I tried installing other plugins like “nav menu rules” that also don’t work.
Is there any solution to this. i need to show “log in/register” only for users/viewer who are not logged in but hide “My ACCOUNT” Menu. Show my Account only to logged in users but hide login/register. see : *Login to see link I would appreciate it if you can give me suggestion to this.

2. The 4 column “related” and “suggested” product carousel doesn’t seem to be only four column even though i set 4 column in shop setting. Plus the directional arrow click as null …url..# see. *Login to see link
Is there is any other setting in theme that i have missed in new upgraded theme?

3. The product categories filter work perfect as long as all the categories in first page. all the filter shows the product when clicked but some of the filter shows blank. Need to click page 2 or 3 or 4 manually to see the specific category products. see. *Login to see link -(modern sofa) filter.
This one is since the beginning though and not a problem coz its the same thing even in virtue demo. But just pointing out.

At least I think that is what it is called. I am wanting to increase the visible size of the pagnation on my gallery pages. *Login to see link is an example page. I just want to make sure that is it a little bit more visible.

I just added some testimonials. I noticed that they show up in search results even though they won’t load as a single page

e.g. *Login to see link shows the testimonial …

but clicking on the testimonial ( *Login to see link ) results in page not found.

How can I resolve this? I’d like to exclude the testimonials from search results (particularly since they don’t load as a page).

Yes. I am trying to add widgets to footer columns 1,2,3,4, but the widgets don’t display.
I don’t do anything from yesterday and today. Yesterday, I worked on my page normally.

Hey,
So I think the best way to do this is to remove your homepage slider and re-add it through page builder and place a text widget above your slider with the phone number. Does that make sense?

Hey Holger, it looks like the link you gave is for a particular portfolio item. I obviously cannot see you site, but when you just go to your main portfolio page and not a portfolio post page do you not get the permalink you want? For instance- http://gf-clothes.com/katalog is that not your portfolio page?

Hi, I’m using flex slider on my front page. I would like to add site wide background colour for Flex Slider too, is it possible? My pictures in flex slider have certain background colour and I would like to have that colour to continue outside (left and right) of flex slider.

OK, that looks like it will do the job !!!!!
Thankyou both so much. Page builder was only adding rows underneath that top header part of the page.
I didnt know you could get rid of it completely and still be using the portfolio page.

Ok a page and a portfolio post are very different, and should be used for different purposes.

If you want a portfolio with a gallery of images, all thumbnail size select the “three rows” as your “Project Layout” setting and select “none” as your “project options” setting.

Then in the post content add a wordpress gallery.

Hi, one more related question. I now understand the difference between a page and a portfolio page, but when I add images to a portfolio, I am not getting the same results as I do when I add pictures to a page apply a template.

I’d like this page – http://www.segalle.com/?portfolio=december-2012-february-2013 to look like this page – http://www.segalle.com/?page_id=152 it seems like I have a lot more control over pictures in a ‘page’ rather than a ‘portfolio’. Alternatively, I can just build ‘pages’ and add my pictures to that, but is it then possible to get that page to show up in my ‘Photo Albums’ page ? I’m not seeing the connection.

A “slider”.. If you mean like 1 photo visible at a time you can use the latest posts slider in the theme options > slider settings.

If you mean a carousel, couple posts visible at a time you can use the virtue: carousel widget using pagebuilder. Just need to make your home page a static page:

They’ve asked me to hold off on this site for a while while they get the product descriptions and photography sorted. But they requested an identical site to go live minus the woocommerce and blog, and with just four pages, for the meantime.

So I did a clone in a separate directory and just lessened the number of menu items on each side from 3 to 2 in the theme settings. And now the two menu items on the right are closer to the middle than the two on the left. I couldn’t find anything on a quick search of the forum, so I’m not sure whether this an unreported bug or I’ve done something really stupid in the initial design!

Any clues what is going on? The site is necessarily up (but wonky) at *Login to see link
