Hi there! I´ve seen that since the last update my product images are not displaying as before. If I click on the main image it appears linked to its url in the media of my site, not in a gallery as it happened before. What has happened and why doesn’t the image gallery of a product page work?

For some reason, the main image width for products on a single product page is set to what appears to be a 3:2 ratio. I’ve tried editing the size in appearance> customize> woocommerce> product images, but nothing is working. All of the images on the main shop page show up uncropped, which is perfect. Is there a way to have them uncropped on single product images as well? The store is an online art gallery with products of all sizes. I was told that this limitation is because of the theme? Are you able to help? Thanks!

I have sorted out the ‘blog’ page so just the ‘shop’ page that will not render with the background image and overlay.

Got the pages as I like them now except for the ‘Shop’ and ‘Blog’ pages.
Is there any way to get the ‘shop’ and ‘blog’ page have the same Page Title Background and Background Overlay Color?

Hi Hannah,

I found the place to make those changes.
I want the page title in place but with a background image, as in the ‘About” and ‘Contact’ pages.

I have attached an image that shows the options I found but there is no change to the page when I select the ‘Page Title Background’ and or ‘Use Featured Image for Background’.

Hi Hannah,

I have another question. So I can make custom tabs that show in single products. But it’s a bit hard to manage buttoms that has same titel, but different content. Say you have a tab called “route” that shows on all or some products, but where the content is different. As they are show up under “product tabs” listed according to there titel, it’s quite difficult to manage unless the tabs have different titels or are global ones with “the same content”.

So, I was kind of looking for a way to add tabs to each individual product, from inside the actual product page, or if, with the Kadence extra woo plugin, a way to organise it easier?

Is there a work-around?

Hi the infinity scroll used to work on my blogs page.. When I go to it now it just shows “End of Content” even though the site has dozens of posts.
I have selected the ===> “Infinite Scroll for Blog? This will use apply to all post archives.” in the customize “infinite scroll section.
It work just fine when I select a category just not on the main posts page.
Can you please help.

Thank you so much for the wonderful theme that you have created. I have developed e-commerce website with Virtue theme. I have few queries with the customization. *Login to see link is my website.

Question 1:
I used Text widget for top bar widget area to display phone number and email. Phone number is displaying fine with android devices & desktop but for iphone phone number is not displaying. I am unable to find a solution for the same.

Question 2: Top bar icons are displaying differently in homepage & rest of the pages. Not sure what is making this change

Thanks for reaching out! The latest posts on the homepage should pull from your default archive settings. Is this not the case for you? Or are you wanting them different from your default archive settings?

Yes, I would suggest re-creating your page(s) using Gutenberg, then just re-naming them after your previous page has been deleted. Would this work for you? You can use both editors within one site. Just not on the same page.

Just wondering if the starter plugin is multisite compatible? All I get is a blank page.
Tested on two new sites on the network.

I can’t see any option on how to activate my license for the pro addons?

Not sure what I am missing. Does something else need to be installed and activated to get this plugin to work?

thanks for your suggestion. It’s not really what I wanted to achieve.
First, here’s the current link to the home page. If user heads to INFO – KONTAKT I would like to see the main menu point (=INFO) be highlighted even if a sub menu item is selected.

Hi, I created a test page for you to review. What I am basically interested in is to know how to insert an image or icon within a line of text. I have used the info box because I couldn’t think of any other way in Kadence to achieve this. If the info box block is not suitable for this task, then maybe you can let me know how to approach this. Thank you – Alex
