    Hi John,
    In Kadence Theme you can customize the default page title from Customize > Page Layout. Then from the page options tab in your edit pages, you can choose to show the default page title. Is this what you mean? I hope it’s helpful!

    Your link took me to a page not found. Do you mean in your navigation menu? If so, this css may be what you want:

    .nav--toggle-sub li.menu-item-has-children a {
    font-weight: bold !important;
}

    Sorry it took me so long to circle back to this Hannah, I’ve been swamped!

    I must confess that I’ve not really delved into Kadence Blocks much yet at all. I’ve pretty much only used it for Posts, not Pages. I’ve stubbornly stuck to Page Builder largely due to time constraints.

    I’ll try to make some time to play in the Kadence Blocks sandbox, but in the interim I found another solution. That being said, is there a way via CSS to specify a different bullet image for various levels of nesting?

    hey there,

    since a couple of months now, I have some empty part on my homepage when I open the website on tablet. Since about a week it is the same on desktop. on mobile there is no such thing. please see the attached pictures.

    Hello,

    Haven’t used my purchased copy of Virtue in a few years. It was association with an old website that is no longer in use. Redownloaded the current version of the theme and plugins but when trying to activate the Kadence Blocks Pro plugin I keep getting the invalid API licensing key. But I have copied the one on my account page and am using the same email address. Any idea what could be wrong?

    I see, those are placeholders wasn’t part of the plan to make pages for each, but we are talking about flushing out more designs to make them more of a template kit so that you get extras with them like landing pages, 404 pages etc.

    I came to install a theme on a new site and noticed there’s change in the downloads and Kadence Theme seems to be the ‘archetype’ now.
    Is this intending to ‘migrate’ people to a single theme with templates/sub-design and deprecate the ‘classic’ themes?

    I’ve looked around the blog for a few pages and browsed the forum and could not immediately see any info about this.
    Naturally if this is the case then I want to be able to roadmap in changes to the sites I manage with classic themes.

    Hi all,
    I’ll be the first to admit I don’t fully understand the intended functionality of the modal popup.
    Is it supposed to pop up on page load? Can I make it do that with a script?

    I’m trying to create a popup that asks people to wait a few minutes until the slide show on the page fully loads.

    let me start again. I think there may be a misunderstanding.

    My point is this: the margin/padding settings in the editor don’t VISUALLY match the margin/padding when the page is saved.

    I’ll use the page at http://arukiyomi.com/?page_id=7528 to show you what I mean.

    I want each row to have 20px padding at the top. As you can see from this screenshot, that’s currently what I have and it’s perfect:

    You can see that there is 20px between the first and second row. However, when I edit the page, this is what I see in the editor:

    In the editor, the gap between the first and second row is much larger than 20px.

    This means that it’s not WYSIWYG and I have to estimate the padding and switch between edit and preview in order to get the right padding.

    Topic: Changing from Elementor Start Up to Guttenberg on nearly completed site

    Hi,

    After choosing the Print Shop Elementor Start Up Templates I find only the home page is using Elementor.
    I now realise I should have started with the Guttenberg Start Up Templates.

    Would it be best to rename all my pages with a prefix, in order to identify them as Elementor and then load in the Guttenberg Print Shop Start Up Site and create new pages with the content from the old Elementor pages. Or is there a neater way to do this, in the code perhaps?

    Or is it the case that I just change the home page and the site is effectively a Guttenberg based site once the Elementor plugin is disabled?

    Currently, there is no option to do this but you can log a feature request for it on this page. Please note that the development team will consider adding feature requests once it has enough votes and there is no ETA on when it’ll be available.

    Hi Hannah,

    I had accepted that it was just not possible but having looked at the other starter sites I see it is possible.
    Just to clarify, it is having the ability to have the same type of header as the about and contact page on the Print Shop Starter Pages, which does appear possible in the Real Estate pages.

    You just need a space after the page id. Like this:

    .page-id-6888 .contentclass {
background-image: url(yoururl);
}

    Good Morning,

    I am working on a client dev site here:

    I am trying to get the About section on the Home page to function the way I need it to and was hoping you could help me with settings. I have set it as the background to Cell 1 in the row, with “Center on Original Size.” I need the bottom of the photo to “stick” to the bottom of the row at all times. Currently it “floats” a bit when the page is being resized.

    Are there any settings I can use to fix this, or do I need to use CSS? Please advise, thank you!

    Hello – I’m not sure if this is possible yet, or if this will be part of the dynamic content release.

    I am trying to customize my author archive pages to pull in the author profile photo, bio, etc. I would like to do this by creating one element, assigning it to a hook to make it appear above the post feed on the author archives, and dynamically pull in the photo and bio from the user profile.

    Is this possible / is there a code I can put in the elemt (i.e. {{user_bio}} or something like that)? If not, is it possible for me to create parallel fields on the user profile using ACF, then pull that in sing ACF shortcodes? (i.e. create an “author name” field, and pull that into an element using [acf field=”author_name”])

    If this is not possible, will the upcoming dynamic content feature include the ability to create dynamic elements like this?
