GaryCan you perhaps direct me on how to fix the following? I don’t even know where it comes from –
see the attached print-screen with 3x sitemap index errors:
a) Portfolio sitemap
B) staff sitemap and
c) testimonial sitemapI created no such pages – was it perhaps part of the Ascend theme I started with?

I managed to remove everything but I can’t remove the header image of the starter template in my category pages. It also seemed to affect something in the theme which makes the transparent header function not work. How do I remove it? I’m using pro version but they haven’t emailed me yet.
This picture only shows up in my category pages, and I can’t remove it.

I already know that it’s not a matter of browser or template, but whether someone is logged in or not.
If I am logged in to WooCommerce store, I will see Billing and Shipping addresses on Summary Checkout Page also in other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. If I am not logged in, I will not see this information.

I found another forum answer and tried it (see below) but the sticky still flashes on the screen so it’s not really hiding it properly.

I can’t recreate that. Are you using the woocommerce shortcode on your checkout page? Or are you using the Beta checkout Block?Is the product you are purchasing a physical product or is it set as virtual in your product settings?

I think there is a bug because on Summary Checkout Page is missing Billing and Shipping addresses on Chrome and Firefox.
Affects the page *Login to see link and I think every Kadence WooCommerce pages.

In forum: Kadence ThemeHi Hannah, there is no padding set on the top row. I tried setting the top mobile padding to 0 as well but that did not have any effect. Please see attached screenshot.
I think I mentioned I also disabled the vertical padding for every page (also see attached). This did have the effect of shrinking the gap but it did not disappear.
There is also a much less noticeable gap directly above the footer, so I believe that this is a content margin issue. Where else can I control the margin for the content? And if there is no other setting, is there a way to do it with CSS (if so, please advise how)?

Thanks Hannah, but that’s quite a manual process each time a new product is to be added. I had hoped to add a degree of automation so that the projects could be added to the display each time a new one is created. It’s very nearly there – I can live with adding it to the page content instead of the header area. But having them automatically click through to the portfolio post is quite important.

I am sorry for that, I will try to be more precise:) By “off canvas sidebar” I meant “Product Archive off canvas sidebar” – place where you can put woocommerce product filters and keep it closed. Product Archive off canvas sidebar shows or I should say “Filter Toggle” only on product catalog pages with products and does not show when there are product categories and subcategories only.
Here You have an example:
Product catalog with products – there is filter toggle(Product Archive off canvas sidebar)
And here You have Product catalog page with product categories and subcategories and there is no filter Toggle (Product Archive off canvas sidebar)
And my question is: Is it possible to have Filter Toggle (Product Archive off canvas sidebar) on Product catalog pages with product categories and subcategories?

However, I also need it to kick in on the actual Testimonial Group pages too.
These still feature: “/testimonial-group/sales-department” (as a made-up example)
When I was hoping for: “/client-feedback/sales-department” (to continue this example).

1. I can talk with the developer about potentially adding this on the view entry page.2. You can find the id using the chrome inspect tool. If using the reuseable block feature then this id remains the same.
3. Again, I can talk with the developer about adding this.
4. Is time the only detail that is missing? Or are there others you’re wanting?

Hi Hannah, if I change the settings as recommended, the CTA I created does appear, but the blog posts disappear. It seems as though I will need to create an entirely custom blog page if I want to add a CTA. Would that be accurate?

Hi There!
I am using the Virtue Theme for my website (www.SerenityZest.com) and I am super close to launch. For some reason now, I cannot open a blog post on the website. I have had a few other people try and we all get the same error message “Aw Snap! Something went wrong while displaying the webpage. Error Code: Out of Memory” I have gone through the learn more steps from the error page and have searched the forum. Attached is a screenshot of the error.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!!
