    Kadence Page Transitions: Consider maybe an option for transition, when above the fold is loaded, not only when the full page is loaded. And maybe an option for a logo instead of “working”.

    I have a Virtue Premium site consisting of several pages of images, which are shown using the feature page and image slider. settings for all of these pages are the same. but on one of the pages, it has decided to show the images in carousel mode instead of the image slider-different image ratio mode. and it isn’t showing captions. everything is set up exactly the same. what could be happening?

    Hey Rick,
    The shop page header can be set from Theme Options > Shop Settings > Shop Slider/Content. Have you tried setting up from there?

    Thank Karla for responding. Disabling the Lightbox for the theme takes away the Lightbox function on some image albums I have on the website. Therefore, I want to only disable the Lightbox feature in the portfolio carousel located on the bottom of individual portfolio pages. Does that make sense?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    To disable the lightbox on the portfolio carousel, go to Theme Options > Home Page Layout > Module Portfolio Carousel and turn off the Display lightbox icon in portfolio posts option. Here’s a screen recording for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quPkKbG.

    What changes are you seeing?

    The setting for excerpt on archive pages is in your theme options > shop settings.

    And please tell us which plugin breaks the settings

    Did you try as I asked? I don’t know which of the many plugins or child theme is the issue. I’m just saying that I can’t recreate any issue on a demo so something you have it breaking the carousel.

    Hello, I would like to disable the Lightbox on the bottom carousel on all my portfolio pages. I want the magnifying glass, and link to the featured image, to go away. It is confusing or may mislead the user to incorrectly assume there is no link to the item if the magnifying glass is not understood to be related to the feature image and not the link to the portfolio item.

    i would like to add parallex image inserted before the icon menu.
    The thing is i dont know how to get started it. So what the first step i should do?

    Hi, I havent edited or added pages/blogs posts/etc on my ascend theme for nearly a year. I’ve tried to add/edit but up against the Kadence blocks/site orign. Any chance i can go back to how i used to edit in the back end? I’m not used to using this and its irritating as they’ve left me clueless. Unless this is how wordpress is now used?

    Thanks Ben, here’s what I can tell you.

    If I turn on debug and use Virtue I see no errors showing in admin, and at present no error log is being generated for Virtue in the /content directory (See below). I can access admin just fine, all pages work fine other than the 500 error on the home page.

    However, if I use Pinnacle I do see errors listed in admin and I do get an error log. (See below). I also get no admin other than the error list and (thankfully) the option to change themes back.

    Pinnacle gives me this error message on the home page, instead of the server 500 error:

    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/sites/4a/f/f006f98917/public_html/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/themeoptions/redux/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php on line 29

    Other pages display with Pinnacle but they list the same errors that the error log below shows. In other words, Virtue only exhibits any problem on the home page, Pinnacle gives far more errors.

    When Virtue did create an error log (I saved a copy before it stopped producing one) , it showed two lines like this:

    Hello Ben and team.

    I haven’t needed to ask a support question for a long time but I’m stuck with this problem. I have a website running Virtue Premium at http://www.tpgcjuniors.co.uk – Admin works fine, all pages work fine (www.tpgcjuniors.co.uk/contact for example), except for the home page which throws up a server 500 error. (I have tried setting a different page to be the home page, no luck).

    Wordpress is fully up to date, I have disabled all plugins, I have re-installed the entire theme. If I use a different theme the home page loads fine, except when that theme is Pinnacle, which I also bought from you a while back. That shows the same error. I’m running WordPress 5.5.1, PHP 7.4 and Virtue is up to date.

    On the same hosting I have another site running Virtue Premium (www.tauntongolf.co.uk), that’s fine too.

    I could ask the hosting support, but they would probably point me in your direction, and I know how helpful you guys are.

    I’m not asking you to troubleshoot, but if you could give a “try doing this” suggestion or two it would be appreciated.

    I found the right option in wordpress codex:

    Hey,
    Similarly, on desktop, nothing happens if you click on the icon. You happen to have a dropdown showing on hover but if you wanted to make the icon a link if it were clicked you can do that in the settings.\

    A link to your account page may be what you want to add for example on our site that URL is: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/

    I’m choosing the fullwidth slider for the home page, but it’s not responsive. I set max-height to 500px. Is there a way to eliminate max height/width or make sure width stays 100% and height is AUTO for mobile?

    Now the Home page doesn’t break. This is a great solution. I disabled the plugin.
    But the carousel doesn’t function. Fixed products only
