i installed kandence theme and all the plugin, i have the one year membership licence. the shop page dose not have edit enable, so i can not see how to change the image that comes with the stater template

That works, but now my css to show a background gradient on the contact page has failed. I’m wondering if the migration plugin I used has caused an issue somewhere.
I have WordPress installed on the actual domain for this site, so I’ll bring that up to date manually and see how that works out!

That’s the woo template builder for SiteOrigin. You also have to install SiteOrigin page builder https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/.

In forum: Kadence ThemeMy customers likes to have the sidebar content, in this case “search, categories, and shopping cart” on top of his webshop page on mobile, in stead of on the bottom like its now. I doubt this is better once the cart gets filled they may need to find te products way down. However curious if it kan be done since its my first time to work with Kadence theme.

Because of http/2 I think I will always keep the files separate, this allows you to only load the css for the blocks you use on the page which is a performance boost. Most optimization plugins allow you to merge all css files into one if that is something you want anyway.Part of Kadence blocks 2.0 which will come out in a month or so) will move all the inline css into one output (right now it’s separate for a technical reason with how blocks load when pulled in from outside of the normal content area) and once that takes place there will be an option to load the css in an external file.

For the homepage you can enable/disable the page title by moving it in the homepage layout manager from Theme Options > Home Layout.

I seem to have one last issue on my Portfolio.
I have the border setting for images set at zero. This is working on the edit page, but when viewing the live page it is still showing a 1px border on hover.
I’ve cleared my browser cache, deleted plugin cache and deactivated cache plugin, but I’m still getting a border showing when hovering the images.

Can you check if your CPT entries have content in them?
Also, the singular pages for your CPT entries do not seem to be working. Ex.: https://internetsquad.co.uk/testsite/script-how-can-i-help-you/ shows 404.

On a particular page of the website i’m making, for some reasons the first row on the top of the page is getting squashed. when I duplicate the same row and set it up below the squashed one, it’s being displayed perfectly. We’ve been looking for an explanation but found nothing.
Could you help me with that please?

There’s a KB article on how to generally do it in themes: *Login to see link The article suggests overriding the code from template files in the functions.php file. Am I on the right track to use the code from themes/kadence/template-parts/content/single-entry.php and entry_author.php (for archive pages) files? Or is there a better or easier way to go about it?

No thanks. I want all page titles to show EXCEPT the first page. This is why I mentioned that I have the theme settings for Page Options is Show page title by default.
NOTE: when I set that to “Show page title by default Turn off to hide page titles by default” set to “Off”, no page titles show on the site EXCEPT it still shows on the home page. This is the complete opposite of what I am trying to acheive.
I know this is possible, I have done it dozens of times on other sites. Weird…

Although I will probably use the carousel layout, I was curious to see how things might look using a grid layout, with excerpt text.

I don’t seem to be able to get any excerpt text showing on the page. I have this enabled in the custom post settings, as shown in this pic –
On the Portfolio page under block settings I have “Excerpt” turned on, as in this pic –
I’m not sure what I am missing, to get the excerpt showing?
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
