    Hey,
    Yes, in the Tabs block settings you’ll see Tab Anchor Settings. There you can add an HTML anchor to individual tabs then link to it by adding #anchortitle onto the end of your page’s URL. Does that make sense?
    To hide the tabs label you can either use css or you can add a blank space as the label.

    No we are not using one. We are using a third party application, and are just iframing the contact form on the page.

    Hi there Kadence,

    I purchased the Ascend theme in June fo this year.
    What am I doing wrong – I have placed 6 Widgets into a Sample Product page when I click on them I get;“There are no options for this widget.”See screen shot attached.
    I note that before posting anything in forums I should search for my topic and I get that. But I could spend days reading other peoples issues and never find a relevant paragraph to my trouble. I guess thats neither here nor there.

    Hello,

    After looking, I’m not currently seeing a way to set by attribute, but only category.

    The best solution I currently see is create categories for your attributes and assign your products those categories. Then you can use the Post Carousel slider from Theme Options > Home Page Header and that will give you an option to choose Products as the post type and then select a specific category.

    What is working best for me is to use the Kadence block defaults tab in the page designer. I didn’t know that the defaults were global versus just the single page or post. I can set the colors, fonts, size etc. for the default advance button. This saves a ton of time and is what I needed.

    Hello,

    In the page layout section when editing a page, you can click to disable or enable the sidebar to show for that page on the right side of the page.

    Hello,

    In the “Theme Settings”, what do you have set for the “Shop Archive Settings” for
    Shop Product Column Layout, How many products per page, and Shop Category Column Layout?

    Just confirming there is nothing limiting you there.

    Hi. For my main pages, like home, contact etc I do not want a sidebar, but I do have it set up on my blog pages. I would also like the sidebar set up on resource pages I have, these are not blog posts. Is there a way to do this? Now if I choose the blog template for the page style so I can have a sidebar, it shows all the blog posts below as well. Is there a way to just choose the sidebar? Thanks!

    This is exactly what I need and I have done this on other sites without any problem. This is the first time I am using this theme on a rtl site and this feature makes no difference here.
    And also different CSS tricks just replace the Icon menu with the Topbar menu on the right side of the page.

    Custom menus (full width format) would be great so you can set up columns and what menus are in them, add a promo image/text far left or right, and chose icon would be great. I haven’t found a plugin that really does this well and plays nice yet.

    Structure builder for headers, footers, left/right columns which allowed gutenberg editing/blocks and set them globally or page by page.

    Maybe most importantly for me at this stage, since I’m not a power user would be power tips manual for the most common things that need custom styles or functions. I’m finding it’s not that easy to find the answers searching the forums and there are quite a few things when working with bespoke homepage designs that require a little custom css.

    Hi,
    we are creating a new website where we put in a elementor text editor widget this woocommerce shortcode:
    [products limit=”4″ columns=”4″ orderby=”id” order=”DESC” visibility=”visible”]

    PD: elementor, after paste the text shortcode, recognize the shortcode and apply the elementos way to config it showing the usual right toolbar as in the following image ….

    but the result is like the image, I mean,only 3 columns…even if in the elementor setting we have 4 cols in 2 rows…

    can you help me please?

    Hey John,
    1. You can’t determine where on a page the sidebar starts, unfortunately. However, with the Feature-sidebar page template you should be able to recreate this exactly as you’re wanting. See here: http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/templates/feature-page-template/
    You can use the Image Carousel feature option. Then you would just remove the virtue gallery from the top of your page. Would this work for you?

    2. Animations shouldn’t slow you down too much. What’s more important is making sure your images are optimized and you have a good host. Let us know if you have other questions about this!

    Hi,

    I’m unsure if this is possible but I want to remove one of the tab labels from its position (or hide it) and trigger it’s info box from an icon in another area of the page.

    Hello, I understand that the category filter on the shop page only shows/hides the data that is on that page. Is there a way to create a link to the shop page for a specific category so that all the categories still show across the top but it is pre-filtered to a specific category?

    When on the shop page and I hover over the different categories, they all show …/shop/# as the link.

    When I use the google chrome site inspector, it shows <a href=”#” data-filter=”.sample-category1″. (for example)

    How can I create a link that goes to the main shop page, with that data-filter activated?

    Hi Hannah,
    Your note prompted me to do some more investigation on my site (running 0.7.13 version of the theme).
    On inspecting that part of my site. I saw the setting:
    content-area {
    margin: var(–global-xxl-spacing) 0;
    }
    On hovering over the var(–global-xxl-spacing) it says ‘= 5rem’.
    I then noticed something in my screen shots of the customiser page. The anti clockwise arrow to revert to default next to the top and bottom content setting. It was then I realised that I must have changed it to 0 at some point to reduce the spacing between the header and content. I guess it only reduced down to the default and I left it that way.
    I created a staging site to test. installed the latest version of the theme on my staging. Went to that setting and pressed the arrow to revert to default and the site was back how I wanted it.
    So yes. The issue is resolved.
    I was fooled because before a 0 setting didn’t mean 0 it meant the default 5rem. And now 0 means 0.

    Just updated from 4.2.5 and the site crashed. Got the “fatal error” message. Went to the debug log and saw:

    So I disabled the Top Bar in Theme Options and the site came back.
    Am using Woocpmmerce 4.3.1 and it was all working fine in 4.2.5 so updating has caused a problem?

    Hi,

    On a rtl page,
    I need to move Topbar Icon Menu to the far left and have the Topbar Menu on the right side of that (on the left side of the page).
    I tried so many things and searched a lot in the forum but I couldn’t find a way to do that.
