1. Which plugin do you mean that you purchased? And what button are you referencing? I’m not seeing a button on the top left of your shop page.

Try adding this to your css:

h1.product_title.entry-title {
    text-transform: none !important;
}

Does that work for you?

Hey,
In our plugins list you can look for Gutenberg Blocks by Kadence Blocks – Page Builder Features. If that isn’t installed and active then it’s not running. A plugin has to be active to be running.

Let me know what you find.

Hey,
It’s not possible, a posts page is considered an archive. You can go to settings > reading and unslect a page to be our posts page. Then go to our blog page and choose the blog page template which will show our posts. That will allow you to add content above the posts.

Sound like these questions are related to the “ascend” theme, not the “kadence” theme. so in the future, it’s best to post in the Ascend forum. Thanks!

1. You need to set this up in our SEO plugin settings. The home page is usually treated a little differently then other pages.

2. Only if you have the home page image menu enabled. If that is not enabled in our theme options > home layout > home layout manager then can ignore this.

3. In our actual page it’s nice to add a title like “home” so it’s easier for you to find it in our admin but it’s not required. Adding a title there won’t make it show on our home page.

Hi,
It seems that currently there is no option to choose a thumbnail size for Advanced Gallery in Kadence blocks. And this creates issue with page since bigger images than needed are served. For example: GT Metrix says “Serving scaled images could save 578.8KiB (94% reduction).”

Is there a way fo you to add an option to choose thumbnail size for the gallery or something?

for Blog Posts Shortcode type=photos

can we display the exerpt in the box along with the author, date etc

i am using this shortcode on my homepage

[blog_posts orderby=”date” items=”6″ type=”photo” excerpt=true cat=”case-studies”]

but excerpt=true doesnt do anything and there is no option in pinnacle theme options to have the expert on or off

People read left to right.

So when you go to this page https://www.warriorwomanlaw.com/portfolio-success/

You read left to right. With the Electrical Repair post first and then the Next post being the Family and Medical Leave Department natural resources. thus in my mind and a number of other people I have mentioned this to me on this issue which has come up with other website I have built using the kadence themes portfolio, it seem counter intuitive to what you would expect.

So on this page

Instead of it saying previous and being on the left it should say next and be on the right.

Also, they did increase the max input vars and it is still showing “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” when I try to save changes in the Virtue section.

What about the font size for the excerpt?

I was just about to also ask… can I remove the ‘read more’ link?

I don’t plan to use blog grid for any blog posts, so this shouldn’t affect the appearance of the blog page or the blog widget?

OK. I don’t think it started occurring until a couple of months ago (though I can’t be 100% sure) and it does disappear sometimes. It’s not a major issue but if you have any suggestions I’d be glad to see the back of it!

Incidentally, I set the static page Home page to ‘About us’ but it still showed the home page, not sure why that would be. I have now left it set to Static and selected ‘Home’

Yes, I did think about this but had a few issues when implementing it.

1. The typed text shortcode only allows for 4 sentences but I would like 6.
2. When I switch from PAGE TITLE mode to NONE in the theme options, I lose the transparent header on the page.

Hmm strange, in your settings > reading can you set your home page to be a static page, even if that is an empty page just to do a test?

How do I get it to match the color of the other buttons on the page? Including text, hover, link colours and the rounded corners?

Also, padding on the bottom because it is blending with the main image when the screen gets smaller.

about this css, it worked for shops and categories pages. but on the product sheets I always have the titles in capital letters. However I wrote them well in lowercase and I set the H1 in lowercase too. I don’t understand where it’s stuck!
