Topic: Kadence Slider
Hi
I’m having trouble keeping the “Kadence Slider” image on my home page.
When I am logged in I see the picture, but not when someone else visits the site that is not logged in.How can I fix this? I’ve tried disabling and re-activating the plugin, but it doesn’t help.

Okay, so I tried deactivating every one of my plugins, and it didn’t seem to do the trick… However, when I deleted “Black Studio TinyMCE Widget”, it deleted all of the content on my page… So I couldn’t accurately see if that was the issue.
Do you have any other recommendations?

I would love to use the themes from Kadence – but using Elementor will be game changer. I tried early on using Elementor and it broke the site.

Removing the background is still a pain. I tried disabling plugins (Suggestion 1), but that didn’t work.
Suggestion 2 was really helpful! I navigated to:
–> Header –> Transparent Header –> DESIGN tab << This is what was causing the unwanted background on the buttons and nav menu.
Once I turned everything transparent (white/black with opacity 0), the unwanted backgrounds went away.Suggestion 3 (“If you turn off the page title area then in your page content you will want to add something that sits under the transparent header.”) was also really helpful. I navigated to:
–> Page Layout and enabled “Show Page Title”, then I set “Page Title Layout” to “ABOVE CONTENT”. That brought my landing page down below the transparent header. That really helped.Thank you again!

Hello! On my website, the tab function is working great on desktop view. But in mobile view, multiple tabs can have the focus which means more than one tab stays open, and eventually the autoplay of my galleries on each page stops auto-playing. What can I do to make this work better on mobile view?

Hey,
Rather than showing your featured image, you can use the page title feature to add an image at the top of your page. You can set this up in your edit page under Page Title and Subtitle. By default it will pull from your settings in Theme Options > Page Title.

Hey,
1. Not being able to remove or reset would likely mean you have a plugin or something breaking the javascript in your customizer. Have you tried disabling plugins?If you look under the transparent header section, you can click on the design tab; there you can edit the design for when the header is transparent.
3. A transparent header is meant to show on top of the “page title area” see here for example: https://demos.kadencewp.com/agency-free/about/
If you turn off the page title area then in your page content you will want to add something that sits under the transparent header. otherwise, there is no reason to use a transparent header.

I see, when coming from another page if can get the height wrong and not scroll you far enough because the layout is changing (getting larger) as the page and images load. I added a little css to force the slider to a minheight even before it loads. that fixed it for me, let me know if it fixes for you.

In forum: Virtue ThemeThere seems to be a theme conflict. The products in my “Charms Product Category are not showing up in the shop category gallery. The page numbers are at the bottom of the page. I can find the products when doing a site search. When I switch to another theme like StoreFront. The charm products show up just fine. What do I need to adjust to get the products to show up?

When creating new sites or posts, from other Themes I am used to upload a featured image, which is shown automatically at the top of the page then.
How does this work with Pinnacle? Even if I upload a featured image, it will not be shown. Cannot find settings to make it work.

Good morning all,
First off, please forgive me for raising this topic and I am sure there have been a number of fixes and suggestions – I just can’t seem to make them work!
The problem is blurred gallery thumbnails and even though I have tried different settings and image thumbnail sizes, they are still not producing the results one would expect. Blowups / enlargements aren’t an issue – it’s just the galleries.

Sorry for the delay. In your portfolio edit page under Portfolio Page Options do you have “Crop images to equal height” turned off? If so, try turning that on. Does that make a difference?

Are you working in page builder by siteorigin? If so, you can adjust the margins and padding on mobile by editing the row and opening the Mobile Layout tab under Row Styles.
