I frequently use a plugin called VFB Pro and I’m running the latest version, 3.4.2. If I leave Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Page Builder Toolkit activated, however, the Captcha field on the form will not display and therefore the form cannot be submitted. All I need to do is deactivate Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Page Builder Toolkit and the issues goes away.
The “problem” could certainly be with VFB Pro, but I just thought I’d bring this to your attention. I’d be happy to give you Admin access to one of the sites where I have both installed if you wanted to do some poking around.
In forum: Virtue ThemeHello Ben and Hannah,
My question here is how to control the look of a page generated by clicking on a category. How can I control:
1. What sidebar appears
2. How many related posts appear, how much text they have, and what they look like?
3. If an image appears with each related postIs there anything else that I can control about the way that this page appears when someone clicks on a category link?
Thanks,

May 18, 2020 at 2:16 pm #249756In your product edit page you can set each attribute section, there set the bottom attributes section to show swatches. go to variation swatches under the product date in your admin edit screen for the product.

Hey,
1. In your post edit page under Post Title and Subtitle add your Kadence Slider shortcode to the Override and use a Shortcode Slider tab. Then make sure the page title and transparent header are both turned on.2. You can edit this from your Kadence Slider settings.
Hope that helps!

May 18, 2020 at 10:17 am #249700Hey,
a) robots.txt is something on your server and usually, you should never edit it unless you understand what you are doing. If you have then undo what you did, if you haven’t edited then likely your SEO plugin has and you’ve perhaps inadvertently set those pages to noindex in the page settings.b) That is your default search URL, it’s set without any search term, if there were a search term the URL would look like this:
https://www.adventuretravelcoach.com/?s=search+termIt’s normal and good for your SEO plugin to set that to no index since there is no search term but the URL has to exist for searches to work on your site.

I don’t believe there’s a functionality in Ascend to remove the sidebar from only the shop page and not all the shop archive pages. A workaround would be to create a full-width page then add your products via shortcode like this:
[products limit="24" columns="4"]Is that something that would work for you?Hannah
In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Elementor – product list view
Hi Ben,
Yes, the code was added because there was problem to show the product as 3 columns only, even if the settings were set up for 3 columns I had a 4 column view on the main product grid. : https://www.kadencewp.com/support-forums/topic/shop-page-3-columns/
That is why now the list view is not working.
I will try to fix it, with what you suggested.
Thank you,

In forum: Ascend ThemeMay 17, 2020 at 3:51 pm #249628Recently a friend recommended Kadence themes and I really liked the look of them and got a membership. However, I am having a little difficulty getting started. I have used Elementor in the past and really like it. When I try to edit the home page with Elementor I get ‘Sorry the content area was not found in your page’
I looked online for solutions and came across a fix which suggests adding ‘thecontent();’ to the homepage source code. I added it in the line suggested but it made only a section of the top part of the homepage look like it was editable, but wasn’t actually. Nor could I edit any of the rest of the page.
I have searched through these forums on Kadence too and could not find this. Can you please help?
