Hey,
None of them can be “unloaded” unless you want to turn off the theme lightbox, which you can do in your theme options.

And no stylesheet can be removed unless you want to write your own styles to replace.

On that one particular page you can turn off stylesheets (test) if you want but since they would likely have been cached it won’t make a difference for a user.

After clearing your wp-rocket cache I see no trace of the font in your source code.

The link I sent you is the public side homepage, not the logged in one that has the sidebar. I understand your reason for not having sidebar on the side for mobiles. Guess I will leave it like it is. Thanks much.

PS is there a way to put an anchor at the top of the mobile member homepage only that takes viewer to sidebar info at the bottom?

Hey,
I’m not seeing a sidebar on your homepage. Are you wanting it only for mobile view? Having your sidebar beside your main content on mobile is not advised as your content will have to shrink a lot so it will all fit.

Hi Hannah, I’m seeing it on both Safari and Firefox. Could it be a speed/loading issue?

As noted above, on the About Us page (https://rollieuk.com/about-us/ and https://roll.ie/about-us/), the white gap is permanent.

On the front page, a white gap often (but not always) appears on 1st load, and then either closes (on RollieUK.com) or shrinks to a fine hairline gap (on Roll.ie).

Hi guys!

On my page, my “loads More” button doesn’t work. It supposes to show 10 more products. I have set it to show 80 products but originally set 90 products in that category.

Is there something in the Theme Option that I could have missed?

I turned off jetpacks handling of your images because of how slow your server is running. This allowed things to load correctly for me where are you still seeing an issue? Can you link directly to the page?

Hi, I am building a contact us page using Kadence Blocks and am struggling to get a Google map to work. Is it possible to use an Ascend google map on the page or is there a Block Google map. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ben,

I had installed the following font and was using it through typography. But this font was very heavy so I uninstalled it. But the waterfall analysis shows the font is still being requested. Please see here

Hey,
I went to your page and didn’t see this happening.

I can say that it would show as a list if a plugin creates a javascript error on your site. So if your cookie plugin is doing that then it would make sense.

However like I said I didn’t see this, is another plugin active right now or is the cookie bot plugin?

I need help! Since more than a week, my page (donnarossa.ch) is off. It went well with the Q-Translate-X Plugin. I knew it’s not been updated and I need to change it to WPML. I thought it’s the q-translate- plugin that causes the error. Now I changed everything to WPML and the site still looks horrible. I don’t know why.

Besides the logo and menu seeing double, I can’t show the portfolio.

I tried to de-install and install several plugins but nothing really worked.

It looks so messy that I had to install a Maintenance mode plugin. I switched it off now, for helping reasons. As I’m in the middle of finding a job, my own website is my business card. So I really need to fix that. And also my workshops aren’t bookable like this.

I’m now following.

Ok so when you use fullwidth=”true” the theme creates the fullwidth row for that shortcode. Since you are placing inside of page builder it’s double applying the fullwidth effect and that is breaking the layout.

In your shortcode add this:

usefullwidthdiv="false"

Now you should see it working.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option or way to make the hover pull in some other photo.
