Hello,

I want to move the site *Login to see link to *Login to see link . I uploaded the files and database, and when I try to import the theme options I get the error ”There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”

I also tried to to update the new theme site step by step, but there are options for which I get same error.

When I try to copy the options I get the following error: ”Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

The hosting service is HostGator

1. Does this happen on all posts/pages that you edit with Elementor? Have you tried contacting GeneratePress support seeing as that’s the theme you’re using?

2. When I go to edit your product template and open the elementor editor I can see everything that is being added and how it will display on the front-end. Are you seeing something different?

1. Yes, admin access would be helpful. You can set as a private reply.

2. When editing in Elementor you should see a live preview of your page. I will check this out once given login info.

I want to provide a section with counters similar to what they have provided here.

I ran a WP Detection on the site and know that they are using Divi by Elegant Themes. But the plugin is not identified in the detection. I suspect the counter is part of the theme package.

I don’t see where Kadence offers a similar plugin – so my questions are…

1) Do you have a suggestion for a counter plugin that plays nice with Kadence Ascend?
2) I could purchase the Divi counter, but not sure if will play nice with Kadence. Your thoughts?
3) Do you have any other suggestions that I should consider?

I believe you would make a gallery for each language. Then when adding to the page you would change the shortcode in each.

That should allow you to have captions in each language.

Hey,
Site Origin page builder is just a suggested plugin, you don’t have special access because of the theme. I do have conversations with the developers and it seems like it’s possible there image widget was updated without IE support. I can report that.

Please try adding this css:

.sow-image-container {
    display: block !important;
}

Let me know if that solves for you.

Problem 1:

When I create a Woo Templates Single Product Template with Elementor and then select that template as the ‘product template’ – I get an error loading that page in Elementor:

‘Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template in order for Elementor to work on this page’

Problem 2:

Is there a way to select a product for design purposes when creating a Single Product Template in Woo Templates? For example, you select a product so you can see how that’s going to look. Right now, you just see blank text and images for WooCommerce elements in Elementor.

I may have to back-pedal a bit. For grins I quickly installed and activated Twenty Nineteen on the site that had Ascend and the problem still existed! Perhaps there is an issue with another plugin? My deactivating it not be enough? I tried actually deleting the 2 related to Blocks as well as the Importer, that had no effect. Don’t really want to delete Black Studio or Page Builder, so perhaps I’ll let you weigh in on this first to see if you can see an issue.

This site has since been restored to Ascend with all plugins reinstalled and reactivated. So much for my detective work.

The problem is that this plugin doesn’t want you to create a page with a slug called “inventory”, so that issue is resolved. Unfortunately I have another and will open a separate topic.
