Settings > Reading > I have selected Articles Page.
unselect the articles page, just leave it blank, then use the blog template.

Thank you for the response.
The Home Page has the Latest Posts with a Home Slider and other options. The Blog Page is designated as “Articles”. It is using a default template. I tried using Blog Template but the sidebar still showed up.
Settings > Reading > I have selected Articles Page.

Is your home page your blog page?
Or In your settings > reading. Have you selected a page as the posts page instead of using the blog page template?

I noticed this issue was addressed on the forum to another user, but the solution did not solve my issue. 😉
Theme Options > All content set to no sidebar.
Page/Posts > each are set individually with no sidebar.
Blog page that lists all posts still shows sidebar, even though it is not applied.
Your suggestions?

If I limit the number of portfolio items per page, then next pages are ‘not found’. Only the first page is displayed, but when I click next, that is ‘not found’.
How to solve that?

Also, as I mentioned above, I have a page where I have inserted a photo image and set the text to wrap around. Looks perfect in editor. But when you go to the page, the text is not wrapping and there is a hug page between the two paragraphs.
Any thoughts on that?

No you shouldn’t lose anything. I’ve only ever used page builder in the classic editor. If you’ve created page builder content within the block editor solely, then you may run into issues, but if that’s the case then you can deactivate it and go back to how it was.

Well if I use classic editor exclusively, don’t I lose all the functions that I have enjoyed with SiteOrigin, or can I achieve the same Kadence widget options? I’m afraid if I delete Pagebuilder that I will have recreate some pages/posts. This is especially true of the Page Content Theme Option on Home Layout where I have used SiteOrigin exclusively.

I have SiteOrigin Pagebuilder loaded and trying to use. But here is the issue.
I open a new page or post, I see classic WP Visual Editor. In the top right corner are three tabs “Visual, Text, Pagebuilder.” Regardless of which I chose, the system always bounces back to Pagebuilder. In fact, it flucuates between the two.
Here is what I want to achieve. I want to input text that I can use a Drop Cap for first paragragh, and in some cases insert a photo where the I can align either right or left and the text will float around on three sides. (See “About Pamela” page – not working)
At this point, I don’t really care what page editor I use as long as it is consist each time I open a new page/post.
I’m afraid at this point if I remove Pagebuilder that all the pages created with it will lose formatting and I’ll have redo everything.
Any suggestions? Also, can you look at my plugins to make sure that I don’t anything that is conflicting with Pagebuilder? There was a Live Editor that would popup randomly that was really cool. I could see how my site looks on phone, desktop and tablet. Have no idea had to get that be used consistently.

I cant duplicate always the sequence that causes it, but I suspect it depends on how long individual elements take to load
typically, I would begin by squashing the width of the browser window by dragging the width in to minimum width to see how things look in mobile format…
then I would pop the resize button in the top right of the window to go back to full screen (in Chrome).sometimes this would result in the title background image not resizing correctly and appearing to repeat on a second row

This is odd:
I have set up 4 very similar staff posts. Each has a featured image, some text content, group = “staff” and no manual excerpt.
When I display on this page, using the shortcode:
[staff_posts orderby="menu_item" order="asc" lightbox="true" link="true" columns="4" height="200" cat="staff"]
you see the auto-excerpt for only the first 2.Please can you help me find out why this is and where the text has gone?
