Sorry Kevin the header not being visible on the initial landing page is intentional, I was just stating it so that you knew to look elsewhere to see the logo positioning issue, which is on mobile view.

How exactly are you adding the slider to your home page? Looks like you’re not using the default area in Theme Options> Home Page Header. It’s showing above your header, which is why the you have to scroll to see it in mobile.

What exactly is happening when you try to edit the page? Is there nothing showing up at all?

If you are compressing your images and following the steps outlined in this post:
https://www.kadencewp.com/need-for-speed/

Then caching will have less of an effect on that page.

If you are using two different sliders, one for mobile and one for desktop, then you can’t run a cache on your home page. Otherwise only one slider will be loaded.

Hi Hanna,

I just did not know where we stood hence the q.

We have added in our custom theme Google Tag Manager Code, Clicktale Code, some simple CSS changes for subscriptions and using the filters made some simple changes to the checkout page ( like moving the location of the coupon box).

Most of these changes have come from this support forum as answers to other peoples questions.

Hello there
The home page of http://www.prophonechile.cl has a lot of images. When I try to edit it, I cannot do it if I don´t disable a few plugins, it doesn´t matter wish ones. The other pages don´t have this problem. After disabling the plugins, I can edit the home page.
May be is not a problem of the theme but a WordPress issue, but I will very thankful if you can help me.

Hi, in this page we are using this woocommerce shortcode in the first RED section

[products limit=”2″ columns=”1″ orderby=”popularity” ]

and in the second green section this shorcode

[products limit=”2″ columns=”2″ orderby=”popularity” ]

the only thing we changed is the columns parameter from 1 to 2

as you can see woocommerce for a default configuration show products in a different way….

the help we need is:
how we can display the first section as the second, i mean, with image, product name and button all in one column but just for 1 product?

we tried tons of css but no way…. can you please help us?

Hey,
You can add this javascript into the page to turn off the theme lightbox:

I’ll look into why the gallery widget wasn’t working.
