Hello,

please understand me, now i give you 2 screenshot.

This is the sticky header ok on mobile: http://prntscr.com/mzlj7i

And this is the BUG that not always, but often, i see in other pages than home: http://prntscr.com/mzlk4y

As you can see, the mobile sticky header is not white but totally transparent and it confused with the page content.

I hope of explain good now.

Hey,
No reason to feel stupid. There are multiple ways I can suggest depending on your needs and template for how to add breadcrumbs to a page/archive. It works out to use a shortcode in this case but in others using a function in the child theme would be better. So in many cases, it’s better to ask the question and we hope to be able to provide the support to be able to answer these in a timely manner.

I’m seeing the transparent header show on all of your pages. They are all the same, including the home page. Can you link to a page that you’re not seeing the transparent header on?

Hello, now the problem doesnt exist, but i want the transparent header in all pages, not only in home. With your solution the header is white in all pages different from home.

Hi,

We have Virtue Premium theme Installed – Version (4.3.4)
we have not been able to update it for a while now since when we try then either the whole from page goes blank (in the past) or all the kadence sliders do not load (now).

Up until now we have not had the time to address this since we discovered this in October right before we had some big exposure and had no time to fix it. I have updated all the other plugins including wordpress core. Since things have been working fine as long as we did not update the theme we have not addressed it until now.
I have created a staging site with our site (*Login to see link it is with the old theme and i can give access to it so you can see what happens.

Hi Joanne,
You should be able to link directly to your blog categories from Appearance > Menus. If you don’t see a Categories tab make sure it has been selected from the Screen Options tab on the top right of the page. You could also use a custom links menu item and link to any page you want.

What do you have enabled in the dropdown in Theme Options > Home Page Header? That is where you can see which shortcode is being added and ensure it is correct.

I’ve setup the recent posts to display at the bottom of the homepage through Theme options > homepage layout. This works great but ideally I would like this further up the page.

Is it possible to display the recent posts nearer the top of the page?

NOTE: I tried using the widgets but couldn’t get the same look which I really like.

I thought it might work best to have them as category ‘blog’, so that I can easily add updates of research projects and articles. But when I create the menu option as blog, it works the same as the ‘blog’ page, connecting to my blog posts. Can you tell me what would be the best way of creating these two menu items? Thanks

I am trying to use the Beaver builder gallery module and if I have the Ascend Theme light box turned on, it makes it so there are no next and previous arrows in the gallery light box.

I can turn the theme lightbox option off, but then on other pages where I have images that I want to use it, there is no lightbox effect.

Any ideas?

I also tried using the ascend gallery module in beaver builder but the add gallery button does not work.

Do you have another plugin that specifically handles videos in a square style format that allows for viewing all videos on that page in the thumbnail and click to full screen? I assume not from the plugin list you provide. I know I am a nuisance on this. But I have found your themes and plugins to work so well overall. If you don’t, could you suggest a plugin that would not interfere with Kadence Galleries?
