    Thanks, Hannah,

    I’m mortified that it was something I’d done myself…I was afraid of that. Because we’re not using header images on other pages, I had put in that CSS to make title stand out a bit, and didn’t make the mental join. Thanks so much for your help!

    Regards,

    Valerie

    Thanks! Page Content was the issue. I had tried that but probably didn’t save changes so I didn’t see it get fixed. Thanks again.

    Hi, I’d like to hide the first row on my homepage and replace it with a styled mobile slider. I see that it’s been covered in support before, but it looks like you create specific CSS for everyone. Here’s the page:

    Also want to clarify where I put the CSS: Edit row > Attributes > Mobile CSS styles? Thanks so much!

    #208906

    Hey Valerie,
    Looks like that is being outputted from this css you’ve added:

    .page-header .page-header-inner {
        border-top: solid 2px #f2f2f2;
        border-bottom: solid 2px #f2f2f2;
    }

    This css should fix:

     .home .page-header .page-header-inner {
        border-top: transparent;
    }

    Hope that helps!

    Hey,
    In Theme Options > Home Layout do you have Page Content enabled in the homepage layout manager? And what do you have set in Settings > Reading?

    Hi guys,

    I’ve been using Virtue and Ascend themes and love them!

    Just a suggestion. It might be nice to add subtitle font, size, weight etc. settings to the typography options page for Virtue. We can set them for Ascend, but for Virtue I have to use CSS to style the Subtitle. Where the subtitle is prominently used in the page templates it might be nice to be able to style it in the theme options. Unless I missed the settings somewhere

    Keep up the great work!

    Hi! I updated my theme and can’t get Post Grid to work on my homepage any longer. Nothing else appears to have been affected by the update. I can set Post Grid up on any other page except the home page (where I want it.) I have gone through everything three times and can’t find the issue with the home page. Can you take a look, please? smartypantsfinance.com

    Looks like you got it working correctly on your DIE WEIHNACHTSSEITE page, yes?
    Try changing this css:

    .page-id-7825 div#content-wrap {
        background: url(https://tramunquiero.eu/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/star-2900.jpg);
    }

    to this:

    .postid-7873 div#content-wrap, .page-id-7825 div#content-wrap {
        background: url(https://tramunquiero.eu/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/star-2900.jpg);
    }

    Does that work for you?

    Hi Kadence Team,

    i’m trying to highlight the parent categories in the menu when single post page OR child category is viewed.

    I found that there are some selectors (like: menu-item-object-category current-post-ancestor current-menu-parent current-post-parent) and i tried them out without luck.

    You can see on the test site what i mean: the first item in the main menu is the parent, the first item in the secondary menu is the child category and below is the post that is set to both categories. Now the first items in both menus should be highlighted.

    Thank you,
    B. Anders

    Hi team, a strange one for you:

    On Retired Working Dogs we have a page listing dogs for adoption. On this post, there is a line of text:

    “if i dont not find a home would you guys be able to find her a home?”

    When we go to edit the post, that line of text isn’t there!!
    Please could you help narrow down how this is happening?
    Admin login coming by separate post.
    Thanks,
    Phil.

    Thanks Kevin,
    That’s a great way tpo control the display of a category page.

    But when it comes to a single post template, what options are available?
    Cheers,
    Phil.

    Hi Luke,
    Sorry for the delay. We are not always on as much over the weekends.
    I just viewed your page from an iphone7 and am not experiencing this. Sounds like it is a loading issue. Have you cleared your cache? Are you able to send a screenshot?

    Ok why nobody is answering here?
    Where is the support?

    I marked this checkbox and problem is almost solved:

    On blog posts there is no problems on iphone but only one page is causing issues:

    https://stage.dookolapracy.pl/o-nas/

    When animation is running you can move screen to right and left. When it is done all looks fine.
    So problem is when animation is loading, why?

    Please help,
    Luke

    Hey,

    I don’t think you can add javascript to header sliders. You can install a plugin to add header scripts to pages and posts though:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/header-and-footer-scripts/

    Does that work for you?

    Hello,

    One option to control the appearance of that category page is to add it with shortcode rather than the default archive template.

    The shortcode should look something like this:
    [blog_grid orderby=date items=4 columns=3 cat=photos]

    For a full list of shortcode options, see here:
    http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/shortcodes/

    Let me know if that’s helpful!

    The simple page like here:

    https://stage.dookolapracy.pl/spis-tresci/

    is working lik a charm but

    others not. There is something wrong in page builder i think.
    Can you help?

    Best,

    Hi there,

    If you please see the attached image.

    When using mobile there are two problems on Dokan store page.

    1. Email address is cut off – you cannot read it.

    2. Share button is out of place.

    Here is the page link, if you can please check in mobile device.

    The Dokan developers have advised that it could be an issue with the virtue theme, if you could please check this that would be great.

    Thanks,

    Glenn

    #208781

    Hey Ben,

    regarding my problem above,

    I’ve checked all the plugins and the Popup is still a problem?

    Therefore I’ve activated the plugins again and deactivated the Boxilla plugin so the stupid small white box (supposed to be the Popup to subscribe) is not Popping up until I know what to do to fix the problem.

    I have read to following on google but it is not sure what to do and need your help please

    MailChimp is a great solution to add the subscription form to our websites. The only problem is that the MailChimp Subscriber Pop-Up doesn’t work on WordPress websites. I added the MailChimp Subscriber Pop-Up embed code to one of my WordPress websites, but nothing happened when I loaded any website page where the pop-up should have appeared. I searched Google and noticed that many others have the same issue in WordPress.

    Thanks in advance

    And when i am opening it on iphone 6s, safari 604.1 i can:
    1) grab text in post
    2) move it from left to right beside screen.

    What is causing it?
