i found the problem: i got a section in the page where i put a post slider ( from ultimate shortcodes plugin) … with fixed width ( 900px)… so in mobile mode the section exited the width of the page…and the result was ( only on chrome and samsung internet browser on my s9) that the sticky bar wasn’t appearing … now i delete that section…and all is working properly.

I need some assistance in figuring out what I need to do to get my site to look decent on mobile/tablet. I got the site looking the way we wanted on the desktop but a lot of things seem to be out of whack on mobile & tablet and I am definitely not proficient in my mobile design skills. http://www.organizeyourlifestyle.com

1) the topbar is gone, and my client’s contact info is in the topbar. Is there any way to either have a mobile topbar or to maybe move the topbar info to within the menu?

2) the spacing in the two text boxes on the home page looks odd when look at it vertically. Horizonally it’s fine, but with vertical orientation the text looks very choppy.

3) the virtue icon flip boxes are sized/spaced strangely. On the desktop, I have padding between each box but that disappears on mobile and they seem to be overlapping.

4) the footer – is it possible to have the footer set up with two columns for desktop and just have everything centered in one column for mobile?

5) if you click on the “services” page – under declutter & organize, I couldn’t figure out how to get the layout set up the way my client wanted – she wanted those two columns with bullet points exactly as show on desktop so I just made them into a jpg for the time being. While it’s not great, it works for now. However, that whole section looks narrow and size strangely on mobile. I’m sure it has to do with some CSS I added when trying to figure out how to make those columns but I’m not sure what.

On this same page, there are 3 flipping boxes. On mobile, vertically these look fine. However, on horizontal, some of the boxes overlap. It is the opposite on tablet – they look fine horizontally and overlap when vertical.

6) how can I center all of the page titles on mobile? They are centered on desktop but show left-aligned on mobile, only when verticle.

Fortunately it’s a small site so there’s not too much I need to to tweak. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!

Dear Support,

I would like to start using The Event Calendar plug in but the the Virtue template seems to do some unwanted changes to the way an event looks. Here’s an example on my page *Login to see link

As you can see the event details are a bit our of place and located vertically on the left. In reality in most of the templates I tested both details and map should be at the bottom page such in *Login to see link I had some contact with the developers confirming that the template I use has some formatting that they will not support to change (in the free version of the plug in).

Question is whether you can please help me out to bring the event detail content at the bottom like in *Login to see link I guess it is just a CSS thing but I have not figured that out yet.

I can’t believe I didn’t check that was on lol. Once I am editing it I can’t edit the top of the page I can only add widgets etc in to the description box and below etc. Am I able to edit the top of the where the image and product tile etc are?

Which lazy load plugin are you using? Have you tried deactivating?

Also the link you sent doesn’t have a price filter on that page?

Sorry, I’ll try to explain in more detail…
In your home edit page, when you hover over the toolbar on the top right of a row, you should see a dropdown menu and an option to edit the row. Click that. Then under Row Styles open the Design tab and there you can adjust the background image of the row.

As for the blog posts, those are being pulled from the Homepage Layout Manager in Theme Options > Home Layout.

Hi Hannah
I have now tried deactivating.. It appears that my checkout page is not working without these two plugins: “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” and “Site Origin Widgets Bundle”.

I have tried text domain for “Site Origin Widgets Bundle”. But cant find text domain for “Page Builder by SiteOrigin”?

Could it be that I need this?

Hi Hannah,
Thanks for the quick answer but unfortunately I just don’t have any ‘last page builder row” with the background picture.
I have two text Widget and three Virtue information frame. I can modify the three bullets and text and that’s all.
I’m really confuse. I don’t even have access to the “last post” widget as you can see on my site http://roadbook-video.com/

Hi Gerard,
You can edit this by going into your home edit page and editing the last page builder row. You just need to change the background image of the row.

Hello everyone,
I’ve just install the Kadence Virtue Premuim with demo data and am struggling trying to change a background picture in the “Home” page.
The picture is name “Slide01.jpg” ( a snowy mountain) but I just can find where it is. I can see the double Text widget use as layers on the picture but just can’t change it.
I have used the Kadence Importer and select the Style O4.
Can someone help me on this.

I create Slider the same way as create Revolution Slider and use short code adding to page with right side bar. It seems Kadence Slider not responsive. How to make Kadence Slider responsive.

Hey,
I have an update coming out today that will remove the php warning when your site is in debug mode.

As for attributes, this is not because of the elementor plugin. Your site is using the same attributes for all of the products so when you bundle multiple products on the same page the attribute ID is showing many times. I’m not sure what woocommerce is going to do long-term about this since it’s not specific to this theme or plugins but something that you setup would create anywhere. But with the next update of hte theme, I’ll push the ID field to not output by default and add a filter for it.

You had set the wishlist plugin to be the my-account page. That creates a conflict with the page trying to be two different things. I fixed our wishlist settings by setting it to it’s own page and you can see my-account working.

Hey,
Variation pricing control effects archive pages. How the price shows in the archive on the single product pages it’s standard woocommerce control because woocommerce reveals pricing after selections are made.

I could get you some custom code if you want to change how this works just let me know what you’re wanting.

As for simple share you can use this shortcode [kadence_simple_share]

And in terms of brands I don’t have a shortcode for this. But it’s a good thing to add so I’ll make sure that gets updated in the next day or so.
