In reply to: Product page images out of grid
Hey,
You can upgrade an active theme subscription to full Kadence Membership at a prorated price right from your account page. https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/Your main product image being shown as a thumbnail is intentional. This allows the user to navigate back to the main product image after clicking other thumbnail images. Previously when you clicked thumbnail images they opened in a lightbox rather than replacing the main product image so it was not necessary for the product image to also be a thumbnail. Does that make sense?
I’m seeing all your thumbnail images showing as they should. I tried in several browsers, including firefox. Have you tried clearing your cache?

Thanks Hannah!
That resolved the location issue. But now, the font is tiny. I tried adding a font size css, but it’s not having any affect. This is teh code I have in teh advanced section of Theme Options;
} .page-bread-container { font-size: 22px; float: left; }What am I missing from that?
Thanks again!

For now I enabled the Woo Commmerce Slider for the product gallery in product settings. This gives a better layout of the thumbnails, even though they are still cropped. Strangely it also displays the main product image as a thumbnail, as a duplicate of the product gallery image. Can I do something about this?
Also, not all images are displayed when clicking on a thumbnail. For instance the second thumbnail on this page only displays the title of the image: https://www.autoperforma.com/product/splitter-alfa-romeo-mito-carbon/
What is wrong here? Using firefox on a desktop but the issue replicates on a mobile using chrome.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: login
Hi,
I just created a website yesterday. I was working on that just fine. Today I came back and it kept giving me the messaging “Not Found. Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.”
Can you please help me why that’s happening?
Thank you so much!
TracyIn forum: Membership ForumsTopic: Template Builder
Hello,
I’m currently using the template builder for the single product page and was hoping there is a short code or widget to insert the Product Brands and KT Share functionality.
I am also trying to use the Variation Price Control, but can’t seem to find where that setting is. Should it be an option in the Woo Extras section? I’m on version 1.4.1
Thanks
DanielleIn forum: Virtue ThemeHi Team Kadence!
It’s my yearly website tuneup time, and the first thing I’ve noticed is that my breadcrumbs are now distplaying on the wrong side of the page.
When I originally added breadcrumbs, they were on the left. Now site wide, they are appearing on the right.
I’ve checked the Virtue settings for breadcrumbs, but see no options to set alignment. If you could let me know where to correct the error, I’d be most appreciative.
Thanks guys!

July 21, 2018 at 10:10 pm #196616Hey Can you send me a login to your site? I want to see your settings. And no you should never every add a script to the theme files. Only use the header and footer scripts in the theme options.
That script really doesn’t make sense. It’s assuming gform is defined so it should only run where gform is running and not on every page. else it would error if gform isn’t defined.

In forum: Ascend ThemeIn forum: Membership ForumsI’ve disabled the plugin for now but I noticed from my stats that people who were coming through on the AMP pages for Woocommerce products weren’t getting through.
I followed their path and see what’s happening but am not sure if there’s a way to fix it?
These are External/Affiliate products, so when they click on the add to cart button, they should be going to an external link. It looks like instead they are trying to add to the cart on the main site as if it were fulfilled through WooCommerce.
Is this a bug or is there some setting I’ve overlooked to make external affiliate products work?
Thanks,
Mark
In forum: Ascend ThemeTopic: Mailchimp for WP
I can’t seem to discover why this Mailchimp for WP url, *Login to see link takes me to
*Login to see link When I activated Mailchimp for WP on website, I then disconnected Mailchimp integration in client’s Facebook account. They previously had it set up just on Facebook. Yet, when I subscribe using the eepurl…. url it says sucessful but the website button sends me to their facebook page. How can I change it so it sends new subscriber to http://www.redceltstone.com?Could you sign up as a test if necessary? I don’t understand how to get this to work. Thanks much for input.
PS. I don’t have under MailChimp for WP Integration enabled to subscribe people from my WordPress registration form. The only yes I have there is “double opt in.” And Mailchimp list for Red Celt is not checked. Could that be the problem?

the url : *Login to see linkIn forum: Ascend ThemeThis is FYI only — just trying to help out the next person by documenting a fix. No need for a support response.
This is a somewhat common error thrown to error.log and has been discussed several times on the Kadence forum:
Warning: mkdir: Permission denied in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/themeoptions/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php on line xxx
In my case, it was a PEBKAC error. I moved my site to a new server, but forgot to replace all instances of my old path in the WordPress database. So, the above error was thrown any time a WordPress page was viewed.
I used UpdraftPlus’s search and replace tool to do the editing. But, I’m sure there are plenty of ways to do it — including using phpmyadmin.
30 minutes wasted b/c I skipped a step on my checklist. Most people mess up the first time, but I prefer to do it right the first time and mess up the third time…
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi Hannah,
It’s worse now (and again). So again, even from the browser, not only from the dashboard, the full picture does not show up behind my header. It just won’t show up, or it shows up for a second, and then disappears. I am also getting shortcode showing on my homepage.
Also, on the blog post I am working on, I make changes, and it doesn’t show up after I update and preview.
I am not sure what plug-ins I should deactivate? All of them? That seems like a bit of a Hail Mary and doesn’t quite make sense to me. Everything was working fine yesterday. . .
