In forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Slideshow to Pinnacle post
Hello Hannah and Benn,
I’d like to add an Apple iPhoto slideshow to my posts. I am using Pinnacle Premium Theme.
I know how to create the slideshow. I just don’t know how to add it to a post on my blog side.

Hi, When I go to my url, the “home page” seems to be the “latest post” I will not be having a blog on my website, I will not be doing “posts” I am just going to have a store. How do I make the first page I see when I type my url in the search bar the actual “home page”, Instead of this page trying to show “posts”

March 30, 2016 at 12:24 pm #88402Indigo,
I’m confused. I didn’t see any variable product in your site? Can you link to a variable product for me?sudheer, Please do not post in someone else topic. You can create your own.
You can change the footer copyright text from within your theme options > misc settings.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Add text to topbar
March 30, 2016 at 11:36 am #88380Hey,
I suggest removing all of this from your theme options > advnaced settings > custom css box:.boxi1 { margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: center; padding: 15px 0 1px; background: #f2f2f2; } .boxi1 div { font-size: 28px; } .single-portfolio.postid-192 .pcfull .entry-content { margin-top: 0; } .revslider_home_hidetop { margin-top: -15px; } @media (min-width: 767px) {#logo{text-align:left;}} .headerclass { background: rgba(255,255,255,.9); } .page-id-416 .wrap.contentclass { padding-top:34px !important; } .page-id-416 .headerclass { background: rgba(255,255,255,.6); } @media (max-width: 767px) { .kad-header-style-three #logo #thelogo { display:table-cell;} } .kad-standard-logo { background: url('http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/virtue_logo_blue3.png') no-repeat center center; background-size: contain } .kadfooterlogo {color:#555555;}That’s all from the demo content and you don’t want it.
In terms of adding text I suggest adding a menu item to the topbar menu but if you prefer css I would suggest this:
.topbar_social ul:after { content: "[email protected] "; padding-left: 10px; font-weight: 300; line-height:30px; font-size:12px; color:white; display:block; float:left; }Just note you should add in the theme options > advanced settings.

BenIn forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: topbar cart
Is there a way to have the cart that is available for the primary menu to show up in the topbar menu? Currently, the two carts are different. I like how the cart in the primary menu can be clicked to show the contents of the shopping cart. Here is a link to my site: odetowood.com I have both carts showing, one in the topbar and one in the primary menu.
Also, I might have posted this earlier but I don’t think the thread got posted.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Portfolio Image Grid not displaying on page
Hi Lynn,
You don’t need to set a parent page for your portfolio posts. The portfolio page should automatically pull these. It looks like you just need to set featured images for your posts. You can do this from the post edit page[s] on the right side.
Hope that helps!Hannah
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Trouble with Header Images
March 29, 2016 at 11:25 pm #88301Hey,
So I’m not sure how to answer, I’m not clear on the question or what you want.
Here is a tutorial about the header: https://www.kadencewp.com/page-header-pinnacle-premium/
Shouldn’t see much changes in the interface there. Also in terms of understanding how a background iamge works and how it’s sizes this is good to look at: https://www.kadencewp.com/background-image-sizing/
I see how you added the white part to the left of your image. on a large 28 in screen (like I have) the white is actually changing right at the title in the middle of it. So I’m guessing that’s not what you want.
Maybe you would like white just behind your text if your not wanting text over the image? Or maybe you can post a screenshot of what your going for that would help me better understand I think.
