In reply to: How do I reply to a reply? Can I send a picture?
Hey! Unfortunately, I misread the question and answered it wrong, and then deleted the post, which is why my post os not visible anymore. The CSS I wrote lined the text up to the left of the image (which you specifically said you didn’t want.) Ben or Hannah will surely get to that question in due time. I apologize for any confusion.
In forum: Virtue ThemeI posted a new topic yesterday and Kevin answered it by email but I don’t see his reply in the forum under my original posting. (Kevin’s advice didn’t work.) How do I progress this topic? Will anyone notice if I reply to my own topic?
And what’s the easiest way tos end you a screen snapshot of how I’d like things to appear?

i put in this code as per UM instructions and modified in Theme Options> Editor>function.php. And now it comes up with this error. I couldn’t even log in after. Error message keeps coming up.http://mychoiceconnection.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=387&action=edit
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data02/04/2927704/html/wp-content/themes/virtue-premium-child/functions.php on line 23Here’s the code I put in, updated file. the admin error code worked but the partner code didn’t. I then went back to function.php, deleted both. And now I get the above error. I didn’t delete anything else, only the code I put in under // bars. Your help or ideas much appreciated since it looks like whatever code they give me may affect theme’s functions.php.

Hi Hannah,
the site is not online yet, I am creating it on the localhost for now.
I have tried to change the position of the text with css but I can’t figure out how to decrease the width of this specific row (the one with logo and text) so that the menu can fit in on the right side.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks! In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Mini-blogs within one blog site. Possible?
Hi Robin,
You can add a sidebar to your blog post from the blog edit page (or you can make this default from Theme Options > Blog Options). You can add content to the sidebar from Appearance > Widgets then you could use a visual editor widget to add your mini posts. Does this work for you?Hannah

Hi Hannah,
Thank you. Yes, today I read the documentation and figured out many things which I should have learnt before posting the query.
Right now playing with the “Decrease/Increase height of slider” option to fit it properly with respect to Virtue theme as the header of this theme cannot be transparent with the background ( believe that is one of the major difference with Pinnacle theme).
Hopefully I will figured out soon. Thanks again for your help.Regards,
Ari..In forum: Virtue ThemeHi Kadence,
I am working on one blog but would like to have something sort of like sidebars in a magazine, where I add smaller posts that are connected to the main post, but are also sort of their own entity that people could look up separately if they wanted to.
To be more clear, my blog is about wine and wine travels but if I find some excellent food/restaurants or something interesting to see or do in the wine region, I’d like to write about it in a type of off-shoot blog. People would be able to see these other “mini” articles if they clicked on the main post or they could look them up under their own umbrella (“food” and “other things to see & do”, for example). But then these mini articles could also guide the reader back to the main post if there was interest since they would be connected (perhaps under the same theme/categories).
Is this possible? If so, any suggestions on how to make this happen?
Thanks so much.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Help with this error?
Hello there,
Root directory error log file is showing hundreds of the following errors in the last few days. Is this being caused by WP, Virtue or Woocommerce?
Tks for any help you can give, John
