In reply to: Post Date Format Alignment
April 11, 2016 at 10:31 am #90125Hey,
A. If you just want to the post date to be above the title you can use this css in your theme options > advnaced settings:.postdate { float: none; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom:-6px; text-align: left; padding: 0; } .postmeta.updated { float: none; }1. This css:
.postedintop i.icon-drawer { display: none; }2. Removing the line is this css:
span.kad-hidepostedin { display: none; }Adding a link to comments you would have to do that in php, editing the templates/entry-meta-subhead.php
You would change line 10:
<a href="<?php the_permalink();?>#virtue_comments"><i class="icon-bubbles"></i> <?php comments_number( '0', '1', '%' ); ?></a>To be this:
<a href="<?php the_permalink();?>#virtue_comments">LEAVE A COMMENT</a>3. this css:
.sidebar h3 { text-align: center; }4.
.sidebar { text-align: center; }5.
.sidebar h3 { margin-bottom: 0; }6.
.widget_recent_entries .widget-inner li a:before { display:none; }7.
.sidebar .form-search { max-width:100%; }Ben

3. I would also like to align the titles (search, recent posts, categories, menu etc.) in my sidebar widgets area to be centred if possible.
4. And centre the items underneath them (recent posts, categories, menu).
5. Can I change the padding between these titles and their item, e.g making the “search” title and the search box closer together like the instagram one above?
6. Can we remove the icons under “recent posts” in the sidebar?
7. And also make the search bar full width of the sidebar.
Thank you!
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi Ben,
I have an issue with formatting pages.
I use the text editor to format the text the way I want. I use html code and inline css to format the content.
Once I am done, I click save and switch to visual to view it and it changes the format of the entire text. For example, I am using or but it changes to simple everywhere.
I am using sidebar template for the page.
Can you please tell me what the issue could be? Is there any default setting that I have to change?
Thank you,

April 8, 2016 at 3:58 am #89760thanks for the quick answer.
1. I made the my-account. I was just wondering if you could make a button that said login when youre not logged in, and log out when you are logged in.
2. Okay, is there anyway I can move the sidebar from right side to left side. I have read about it in the forums, but don’t understand where you insert the code.In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Ninja Forms throwing page sidebar

April 7, 2016 at 11:38 am #89623Hey,
1. In your apperance > menus page. Add a menu for the topbar menu location. There you can add a link to the my-account page which is the login page if the user is not logged in.2. You can’t have a sidebar on both sides. Only one sidebar per page. If you make a custom page using pagebuilder (you can’t do this on the shop page) then you could add a column in pagebuilder and fake a sidebar.

I changed it to full width and it still isnt stretching across the full width of the page: http://www.climateshield.us/about-us-2/
Is there a way to disable this empty sidebar??
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Problem with page layout
April 7, 2016 at 11:25 am #89616You need to make sure you are using the full width page template. Not the default because you have an empty sidebar throwing off your row.

April 7, 2016 at 10:07 am #89593Hi,
I’ve been struggling with “my account” site. I really want a Login button on the topbar, right next to the “your cart” button, if the computer is not signed in. Is that possible?
Is it possible to get a sidebar both on left and right on the site “shop”?
I’m using Woocommerce.
I hope you can answer my questions. In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Sidebar missing

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Testimonial Grid
Hey Jenny,
There isn’t a built in option to have a sidebar on the testimonial grid page. What you could do is use the sidebar template then add your testimonials via shortcode like this:[testimonial_posts orderby=date items=8 columns=4]
Hope that helps!Hannah

I think what you need to do is change the URI’s to your site’s URL and it will work for you.
give that a try and let me know if that works for you.
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: CSS trade table price list
April 6, 2016 at 10:00 am #89379Hey,
I suggest using table press. They have a responsive mode.In terms of your first image. The table isn’t being forced into the container becuase you haven’t set:
table-layout: fixed;in the css for the table. You can do that and it will make the table fix but of course the content in the table will be too large and will stick out badly. So to that extent you would need to already move to responsive mode or move the sidebar down at that screen size.Your second image I wasn’t able to recreate?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Sidebar for Product Category
Hi Jean-Louis,
There isn’t a built in option for this, but what you could do is create a category page for each category by using a shortcode. So you can create a page using the sidebar page template then add this to the page content area:[product_category category="YOUR CATEGORY"]
You can create custom sidebars from Theme Options > Misc Settings and add content from Appearance > Widgets.
Hope that helps!Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Sidebar for Product Category
April 5, 2016 at 7:26 pm #89318Hi, I have a lot of products with a lot of attributes and variations in 8 different categories. I would like to show only the relevant attributes related to each particular category. Could I assign a different sidebar for each category? Is this possible? Any plugins to do this? Thanks. JLE
