Hi! After last update (today), at the my site http://www.herodesign.cz disappeared portfolio page. In fact, there is all portfolio – just click on the clicked area – but disappeared, for now 🙁
Do you have an idea, for correction this problem?

I have been told to back up my website to vault press in case the newly released woocommerce update expected release 15/06/2016 breaks my website.

I already have the plugin backup buddy installed on my website so I am wondering is this necessary to purchase Vault Press and go to the trouble and expense of setting up a duplicate of my site just in case Virtue Theme is not compatible with the new woocommerce update?

Can Kadence Themes confirm if this is necessary or is this a safe precaution to take considering I already have back up buddy.

Hi,

Is Virtue Theme supports PHP7?

My site works perfectly fine under PHP5.6, but server error 500 shows up in certain pages/posts when switched to PHP7.

I have WPML team to check on this & they feedback it is not related to WPML.

Enclosed some of the details from error log fyi:

firstly, please i want to know how to create a popup email signup form for news letter, once a visitor visits my site.
secondly, i want to change the footer title color, i tried changing the heading (h3,h2..) colors as i saw on the support forum but it didnt work.
thirdly, if i want to write my own code in this theme to override the previous once how do i go about it
further more i am building an ecommerce site, i am not using paypal, how do i integrate my own payment platform.

I was able to find the free true type version, but how do I get it into the fonts?

I did it before with something called USE ANY FONT plugin, but I’d rather ask you how it’s done properly.

My apology. My hostjill server was down last week.

You should be able to view the site now. http://www.elderwise.com.sg. As i mentioned previously, everything goes blank except for the menu and the footer after I upgraded to the latest virtue premium. Need your urgent help as many customers are waiting for the site to be up.

That is a slider using a category setting to pull products to show. The same occurs on my contact page.

Inserted on the pages via a shortcode.

It is the ability to choose the category that I want to show is what I like. Maybe be good for the frontpage as well on some site who want to show several categories. I used to use Woocommerce shortcode to show a category / categories but did not like the output so I purchased a slider that could this.

I did look at your carousel and I could add it on my page if I was using “Turbo Widget” plug-in but could see how to actually choose the category. In the end though that’s only a work around and the less widgets I can run the better. Also I think something native to the theme would work far better.

something is preventing your site from pulling the second page of posts to your blog page.

I don’t really know what may be causing this, but the theme developer will know for sure how we can fix it.

You can post a temp login to your site so I can see around your coming soon page. use “Set as private reply”

As for making a second page that shows posts you can do this with the pinnacle page template “blog” that will already do this for you.

I was running into a similar issue when the API code first became present. Be sure that you’re using the right email address in the activation process.

I found that the email I used to purchase the theme didn’t match up with the one that I built my sites on, so if there are any other possible email addresses that you might try, I would start there to see if that make a difference.

If that doesn’t work, then the theme developer will have a concrete answer for us soon.

We have an SSL installed on our site for membership login/registration, every other page is left as non-secure, but there’s an issue with some of the Virtue icons being replaced by a white box.

This affects the search box magnifying glass, slider arrows, excerpt icons, ect… They work fine on secure pages, but is there a way to resolve this issue on regular http pages?
