Hello, I’m trying to get my Page Builder rows to look similar to: *Login to see link

So fixed width fullscreen on a computer, but stretched to fullscreen on a mobile / tablet.

Currently my rows have HUGE gaps on the sides when in tablet or mobile mode. Is there a way to eliminate those without making the rows “full screen stretched?”

I asked on Siteorigin, and they mentioned that has to be set up in the theme settings.

Hi Ben,

2- I would like that the slider doesn’t crop the picture.
In a few words, if I set slider behind the header and use full width and full height or a different height it works. I mean I can see the full picture streched, but if I set slider behind header OFF then the picture is cropped, why? Looks like that slider still is behind the sticker header, instead is cropped on top and bottom.
Is there a way to know how much the slider crops so I can add a white space on top bottom of the picture so the slider would crop such empty part only?
I made a test using Kadence slider pro, actually the slide we see on my site is like when background size is set to Cover while I would like to have a result like using Contain but full width.

Thanks for your hint.
From what you have observed, I have been able to find those anomalies:

– I have removed the Woocommerce Slider
– I have removed the WordPress blog Slider

Those, made my site works again.

Let me please bother you with one more question about my website. This time it’s about the about page: *Login to see link

Halfway on the page there is some text with my picture. I would like the picture to match the height of the text block. Can this be done?

Right now I’m using one row with a Site Origin Editor widget on the left containing the text and a Virtue Image widget on the right containing the image. As far as I can tell this widget uses the original pixel dimensions of the image and there is no way to make it behave differently with this widget.

Should I maybe put text and image in the same widget?

I was able to get this on a landing page by using page builder instead of the editor.

Just switch to the page builder tab in the page edit screen, and it should automatically place the shortcode in a siteorigin editor.

Leave it there, and go into the options for the ROW.

Go into Layout, and set “Row Layout” to “Full Width Stretched.”

Try that and let me know if it works for you!

Hi,

I am facing several issues since 24h.
During that time I have had to update three applications:

– Virtue Theme
– Revolution Slider
– WC Marketplace

Since, a lot of weird reactions occured on my home page:

– Popupmaker doesn’t work on my home page (but it works on other pages)
– My Header/Navigation menu isn’t sticky anymore (I have switched on/switch off the option)
– My home page isn’t showing several Builder origin parts (Four revolution Slider “slots” dissapeared, )
– My Footer dissapeared
– My admin bar isn’t showing (on top or at the bottom of the home page)
– If I move all the four missing revolution slider when I am editing the home page, those revolution sliders appear on the home page (except the woocommerce one).

I have access to admin dashboard.
I have disabled all “unacessary pluggin” for the time I am trying to figure out what’s going on here.
My first thought is that I got something like a “Z” issue (plus more other issue).

My function php doesn’t have any added code.

Please (help me :p) and consider that I am a beginner in WordPress.

Hi there,

I’m having a lot of issues with the responsiveness of my site. The only thing that appears to work correctly on all devices are the Revolution Sliders.

Everything else appears incorrectly when viewed on a mobile or tablet. It appears to depends on the widget how it appears on mobiles//tablets.

The Footer extends way beyond the mobile screen/tablet and only shows the first two widgets (out of 4), all the flip boxes/text boxes/images or backgrounds also either extends way beyond the limits of the screen only takes up half the screen, not the entire width.

This is my first site so I’ve probably just made some mistake somewhere, but if someone could have a look, that would be great.

I just want my flip boxes to each take up the entire width of the mobile screen so there is one on top of each other, same goes for the footer, the google maps widget, all the text boxes ad contact forms.

I think that means yes in english. You can consult an SEO expert, most of this would be site specific but in general I would suggest that google is plently smart enough to associate the link with the text inside the box.

Is there any way to limit the search function? It is pulling up all the events on my site, before it lists the pages/ Site is jccmw.org. If you search swim you get 9 pages of swim events (classes etc in The Event Calendar) and the informational pages last.

Hey,

In the theme options > home slider are you selecting “page title” Because that would show you the padding.

In terms of the menu color you set in two places depending on the menu.

So For a transparent header like this: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-premium/
The colors are set in your theme options > site header under the transparent header settings.

For a non-transparent header like this: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-premium/contact-us/
The colors are set in the theme options menu settings.

I have recently applied the virtue premium theme to my website mobitecture.com. All is well but I have a few questions about its appearance.

1. As you can tell I have removed the page title and lines using custom CSS. To have some kind of indication what page you are viewing I would like to highlight the page name in the menu by underlining the page title, by making it bold or by changing its colour. Is there any way to achieve this?

2. You have already given me a custom CSS to shift the spacing on the left to accomodate room for the vertical line. This works great on all pages except for the contact page. Please have a look at *Login to see link and tell me how to fix it?

3. I would like to display the title at the top of each portfolio item. I suppose removing this option from the theme might not be the best solution since this apparently also removes it from the portfolio items. Is there a way to set this option per page? I saw a video for the pinnacle theme where you can choose to hide or display the page title, is this possible for the virtue theme as well?

Now it is not activated. It will not activate with my code.
