Having the same issue as above, however on my kadence themes account it shows that Pinnacle theme has been activated but my website has a notice telling me to activate.

    Greetings!

Sorry have one more question. Is it possible to put a color border around the search box so it stands out more on the site. Or another way – change the color background of the search box to a blue I use on my site and make the font white used in the search box.

The latter maybe is my preferred choice.

    Ben,

Two things. 1, So I ran some google page speed analytics and they’re telling me my main problem is compression on virtue premium plugins and stuff. 567 KiB transfer time.

Second, the I have a site-wide call to action footer. And every time I open the Shop page, it loads at the top. My shop page images are less than 75 kb and I only have 12 products per page. Any thoughts on how to speed that up? Thanks, Jack

Ok, then you should replace all passwords to your site because someone is accessing your site and adding the code into the front-page template.

Then after you have made sure no one else can edit your code remove the theme by activating a different theme then re-upload a fresh copy you can get one here: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/

Then you won’t have any added code in your files.

    Ben,
I’m not sure how I should go about fixing this. As far as the “members” panel goes, it looks fine in photoshop and not that much different in the site. The file is 144dpi, at the exact dimensions of the space it’s filling, so size and res aren’t it. I have it saved as a png but it won’t let me upload that type of file. I wanted to keep Merriwether as the font, since it’s the font on the headers. Any ideas?

The social icons in my footer have been replaced by boxes. I see the same problem on your website (search icon etc). What’s up? Is this being worked on?

    #98466

Actually, I have no idea what happened, but in the time it took to post the above, I went back and double checked to make sure I had all the recommended plugins activated, then refreshed the page and somehow, the site style is there now. Sorry for any of your time wasted. Thanks.

    Hi,

I’m working on a new site for a client, building it at http://www.savvybizsuccess.com. This is a domain I use for building clients’ sites separately so theirs doesn’t have to be offline as long.

Background info: It already had Virtue Premium installed from my last build. This time, I’m looking to work from Site Style 4, so I tried using the recommended plugin, Kadence Importer. Couldn’t get it to load because I kept getting a notice saying my php speed is not fast enough. Contacted my hosting company, and they said they increased my php.ini so it can load. Logged out, waited several hours, logged back in, same problem. Contacted host again, they say maybe it’s a problem with the plugin because they checked and I should be having no further problem with php speed.

Next, I tried doing it manually, following the instructions at Now some stuff did load (although it looks nothing like the demo content), but I keep getting a message that says, “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias homefull not found.
Maybe you mean: ‘BlogTemplate’ or ‘BlogFeedHome'”

So, I figured, maybe when I’ve worked using this install in the past, I’d somehow deleted the template called homefull??? So I uninstalled the existing Virtue Premium and re-installed it. Made sure to activate and update the recommended plugins. Now I’m still getting that same “homefull not found” message and it still looks nothing like Site Style 4.

Any help will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi Ben

I linked all the images to their post content via the SiteOrigin Image Widget, see here:
    http://www.sacreddnakeys.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Sitorigin-Image-link.jpg

Why is this here if it doesn’t work?

I would like to add a sidebar to my portfolio pages. I already have them and posted them, so it would be great if there was a way to apply a specific sidebar (adsense) to all portfolio pages. Would that be possible?
    the site is bymeli.net

We are in the process of developing a Virtue Premium site at and have set the header as the fourth option with a logo on the left and a widget area on the right, into which we are displaying a Cyclone slider.

We are very happy with the theme and the layout in both desktop (logo left) and cell phone (logo center) displays, but are experiencing a layout problem in a tablet-width display in that the logo stays aligned left (rather than aligning to the center) at the point where the primary menu changes to the mobile menu and the slideshow moves below the logo. Similarly the mobile menu button is aligned left at this same width for a tablet-width display (rather than aligning right).

The problem arises whether or not we use the child theme we have in place and whether we retain or remove all our custom CSS.

Is there a modification that we can make to the media CSS or some other remedy we could try?

    Hey,
It’s not that simple. If your images are smaller then whats looked for by the gallery virtue has some fallbacks to at least force the image out even if it’s small. Photon is not that flexible and it can’t push out a height so the height gets set to null. So if you had larger images then you wouldn’t have any issues.

Regardless I don’t recommend using photon. I’ve seen it slow down so many sites. A free CND is in fact “too good to be true”. It’s very inconsistent and depending on load has frequent gateway timeouts.

Unless you are on a really really low end server I wouldn’t recommend using it.

Ok, Someone (if not you then you need to check with whoever your giving site access to) added code right into the theme to force the slider into the home page.. I can’t see any reason why anyone would do that but you should talk with them about it.

Hi Ben, I did just that and it worked.

Is this a general Virtue/Proton compatibility issue? I just need to be conscious if I have a similar setup on other sites…

    Thanks for the prompt response
