Hello,

My site is neobici.com, I now cannot see any item in my media library, but the front site shows my pictures without problem, so the pictures are there, I cant neither upload new pictures, any idea? maybe fixing the database?

I just checked your site from my ipad and the slider was working fine in both landscape and portrait view. What browser are you using? Is it just not loading or is nothing showing at all?

Hey Minh Khoa,
I tested the shortcode sliders on my site and was having no issue. I would suggest deacitvating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change.

I’m also experiencing this. We’ll have to wait for the theme dev to log on for a solution. But don’t worry about your site. The lack of API key wont hurt anything on your site for a while.

Where are you adding that shortcode to add a cyclone slider to your home page? There isn’t an option to assign the cyclone slider as a home slider in Theme Options> Home Slider.

So I would recommend using Page Builder to accomplish this.

You’ll want to create a new row in the page builder area of your home page, and within that row, you’ll want to add a Site Origin editor widget.

There, you can paste the shortcode for the slider and it will show up on your home page.

You’ll also want to be sure that this row is on the top of any other rows you may have, and that in Theme Options> Home Layout> Home Layout Manager, be sure that you’ve assigned Page Content to be active in the area of the page you want it to display.

Let me know if this works for you!

Hello I seem to be having a little difficulty with my theme.
When I view the site on my iphone it is too wide for the screen and overlaps. I have had other feedback saying it is the same for android devices as well.
Is there some css I can use to stop this happening?

I have added Woocommerce to a Virtue themed web site and when I try to load images the media library comes up blank with the timer wheel thing just going round and round. If I try to open the library from another page it is blank with the same result and if I try to upload an image from my desktop I get the following error – An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later. Tried the Hotfix plugin and everything crashed and I had to reload from backup.

Thanks for your prompt reply, it was working before but now only some pages worked on my site, most of them doesn’t work now.
Version: 3.6.1

How I set up the process is to the “add new post” then change the option of head-content, also change the default setting on blog option.
The setting I have done are listed in below image.

Hey Mary,
Internal server error.

This means somewhere in the site trying to run a php script failed. This could be because of a php limit on the server. Like hitting the max memory limit. Or could be because a plugin or script is being called out of place.

The best thing would be to look at your php error logs and see what is being tiggered. That would tell you all that you need to know. Most hosts can help with this as the error log would be in a file in the wordpresss sites main folder.

I have already spent a great deal of time with the host provider. WordPress is functioning fine. I am able to access the dashboard, install themes, activate/deactivate themes, install plugins, activate/deactivated plugins etc. The only time the site is presenting this error is when Virtue theme is activated. Yes, I have deactivated all plugins too.

The site was working flawlessly until last evening. Since then, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the theme — fresh version of latest version.

when i saw your website the error is misconfiguration of your permalinks. your can go to your dashboard setting and access permalinks changed it to custom link

What is the status now? i use the same theme on my two website http://www.freightdrive.info and http://www.distinctcushy.com. i didnt see any error. though my registrar is namecheap not Godaddy.

Maybe you should contact your hosting provider.
