I just tested the demo with a samsung galaxy 4. no issues. I can’t seem to see the checkout on your site unless I have a membership? can you send a temp membership login?

Also have you tried deactivating plugins?

Hi everyone,

I install virtue theme on my blog.

I try to reduce width of the blog so I click on “Customize my Site” option. As I click on it I received following error.

Class ‘WP_Customize_Panel’ not found in /home/content/90/12038490/html/blog/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/themeoptions/inc/extensions/customizer/inc/customizer_panel.php on line 11

So Finally I decide to send message at this forum.

Please suggest me how I can resolve this issue.

Hi!
I have a problem with the displaying of the Best Selling Product Carousel on my site by using last version Virtue – Premium 3.5.9.
When i enable Best Selling Product Carousel on Home Layout, there are all products showing uncontrolled in 2 or 3 rows…
The problem exist only on Chrome browser, on Edge and Explorer Carousel works perfect…
Is there anybody else who has the same problem already?

Help please…

Thanks Kevin. I’m using an iPhone 6s as well and it shows it cutting off the end of my website title while in portrait, but not in landscape. It also shows this in the customizer when I switch from desktop, tablet, and mobile.

I took a screenshot but am unsure how to share that on here.

Can you post a link to your site?

The header in Pinnacle is a bit different than that of Virtue, so it might not be possible to get it looking exactly how you’re wanting it.

But if you can post a link, it will make it much easier to point you in the right direction.

Have you tried clearing your cache after making those changes?

Sometimes caching will hide your changes until it’s reset.

Plugins can also conflict with some proper theme functionality, so if clearing the cache doesn’t work, then try disabling your plugins one by one to see if that has any effect.

Also, providing a link to your site is very helpful when trying to solve any support questions.

Actually, I think I misunderstood. On “My Account” page in Kadence themes it shows an API download of version 3.5.9. Is this a new version for me to download?

When I check the info in my Editor on my site admin, it shows that I have version 3.3.3. Is this an outdated version?

Also, if I update the theme manually, will I lose any data or formatting on my site?

I am testing my website on different devices and I’ve noticed one issue with an iPad 2, which is up to date on iOS. The dropdown navigation won’t let you scroll down to view the rest of the menu.

Now, I’ve tested this on a new iPad Air, a Winbook, and an Android tablet. All of these devices do not have a problem with the navigation. Is there a code that needs to be added for the older iPad?

1) when you click on a category, and/ or click for the next page in a category the page wiew “vibrates” before settling

2) when clicking through a category in the portforio – clicking on the last page button always displays an “error” page – why?
