In reply to: Multiple Header / Logo options
Hi Guys! Thanks!
I have added the image I want on the main page in the retina area below it I will do the image menus, then the footer area and the logo I want on all the other pages, I place in the logo / header area. I tried to use page builder to do this. I also used a plug in.I researched code from other posts here to try too. Do I need to place the code somewhere else other than in the Advanced theme options area?
I am playing right now with look and stuff for site so please bare with it – it is pretty lean right now! THANKS!

Hi Ben,
So I decided to try adding external feature image link to another website, which I’ve updated with the lasted Virtue 3.4.7 Theme & updated the Woocommerce files. I then tried using 3 different plugins for adding external image links and none of them work. In fact, none of the images are displayed using any of the External Image Link Plugins I created just a regular Page, and it’s not working either.
I’m wondering if there is a line of code I can add to the functions file of the theme? Or what do you suggest since it’s not just Woocommerce product pages, but regular pages & posts as well are not working?
Having this capability is going to save me a lot of time with my websites.
You can see example of image not showing at all:

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Hiding Add to Cart on homepage
It appears everything is now sold out, so testing it a bit difficult. Was the issue that the add to cart was consistently appearing? Or just on hover?
On my demo site, that CSS hides all of the “Read More” and “Add to Cart” text in the shop regardless of the hover settings, so I’m not sure why it’s not working for you.
I’m sure the developer will have more insight into this shortly.

Again apologies Ben, I will drop plugin queries.
The developer suggestion is appreciated, but want to have full control of the site and the overhead is not currently planned for. Perhaps moving this across mobile and tablet devices will require a developer – still I’ll be honest the cost and loss of control is a constant worry.
On a brighter note, this is looking great! Can we…
1. Make the spacing even across all pages between all elements for the whole journey (pre and post selection of variations) – by all pages I mean like the examples below:
http://olsonbaker.com/product/bubble/
http://olsonbaker.com/product/tween-start-chest-of-drawers-woocommerce-swatches/
http://olsonbaker.com/product/boule/
http://olsonbaker.com/product/pomelo-pendant-light/
Looking to make a gap of 30px between all elements.2.My colleague actually did this a while ago and he can’t remember, he said possibly in the woocommerce booster. Is there a better way to do this to make it the same across all pages within the theme? As I have noticed the place holder is different too between the pages below…
http://olsonbaker.com/product/bubble/
http://olsonbaker.com/product/tween-start-chest-of-drawers-woocommerce-swatches/3. I would really love to get this ‘Lead Time: Made for you in just eight weeks’ custom field below the ‘Save for later +’ button, is there anyway this can be done? Willing to explore all options here.

In forum: Virtue ThemeOk! I have tried it all!
I want to have a different, larger logo / heading on my main page and then the remaining pages of the site to have a smaller, different version of it.
I have tried page builder, which the image doesn’t want to stick at all, I have tried plug ins to change the header image unique to each page, I have tried custom ccs coding, I have tried adding a kadence slider on the main page and using the logo option for the rest but that doesn’t work now for the main page. This seems like it should be easier to do? Any help is appreciated!

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Website not displaying correctly on Ipad/Iphone
Everything from the desktop version of your site is translating to the mobile site on my phone still! Maybe try to clear the browser caches on those devices to see if that fixes the issue? I know in Chrome you can do this by going into Settings> Privacy> Clear Cache.
See if that helps and let me know.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeMy website displays fine on a desktop and used to display fine on an Ipad and Iphone. Just today I noticed that it isn’t displaying properly on either an iphone or an ipad. Any suggestions to fix this? Here’s the website: *Login to see link
Thanks! JamieIn forum: Virtue ThemeThanks, Ben. I didn’t notice that problem before, it was a javascript function that must have somehow been working on desktop chrome without throwing errors, but was technically inaccurate. That will help solve a different problem I had.
After clearing not only the cache in mobile chrome but the cookies and other website data, the issue with the primary navigation showing on mobile has been resolved.

February 11, 2016 at 11:47 am #80796Hey,
This isn’t’ an option in virtue, pinnacle has all the restructuring of the header for that type of site. You can force things with css but it wouldn’t work for mobile and I don’t recommend it.As you are on your third page for this one topic could you create a new topic with your next question. Thanks!

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Incompatible with CiviCRM
I found earlier that Virtue theme is not compatible with the WordPress plugin CiviCRM. Today I found that Kadence slider is not compatible with some of the CiviCRM administration forms — makes some controls disappear. I am just posting this for informational purposes… I do not expect a solution. We just removed the slider plugin, and used a different theme. The theme is good for my other sites that don’t use CiviCRM.

February 11, 2016 at 11:32 am #80790Hey Danny,
I’m guessing you want one menu item not one menu.. If you can post a link to your site I and tell me which item I can help with the css.

February 10, 2016 at 4:57 pm #80704Hey,
I’m sure the plugin author can help you change the size of the swatches? I can’t be your go to for customizing your site? I love helping and love that your using my theme but I can’t offer support for other peoples plugins. What I suspect is you may need a developer to help you create your site. I’m not doing anything special in choosing the css I just reading it as I see it with the inspect tool.
In terms of changing the swatches, your images are output at 32px so you will need to change more then css to have the images larger.
2. That isn’t a built in option. You can customize the select2 css output but select2 isn’t shown on mobile so you will need to also customizer the custom select css.
You can use inspect and see the classes.. for example: div.product form.cart .variations td.product_value .select2-container .select2-choice, .variation_form_section .select2-container .select2-choice { border: 0; } div.product form.cart .variations td.product_value .select2-container, .variation_form_section .select2-container { background: #f2f2f2; min-width: 300px; } div.product form.cart .variations td.product_value .select2-container .select2-choice .select2-arrow, .variation_form_section .select2-container .select2-choice .select2-arrow { border: 0; }2b you can set the min width for the label area:
#content div.product form.cart .variations label, div.product .variation_form_section label { min-width:160px }3. you can set the line height for your body text in the them options > typography settings.
4. How are you changing the button text? Right no I don’t see that it’s effecting the product with your swatch plugin?
