I am trying to change the language to Spanish (Mexico) in some parts of the theme, were words still appear in English. I searched around the forums and tried Loco Translate, but the text still appears in English, could you help me out with this?

I need a help !!!

I am using Virtue premium, and wondering if there is anyway to put mobile menu toggle(toggle button only without any text = Mobile Menu only show button is “ON”)
I would like to have this toggle button indicated right next to centered logo.
After prompt response from Kevin, I was able to indicate the toggle button next to the logo.
Now now,,, the last thing to be resolved is to kill the space between menu list (after click on menu toggle, menu list shows up).

I created a page, added a row using the Page Builder tab then clicked on the ‘Add Widget’ button – lots of Widgets but no ‘Split Content’ widget.

I have the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle installed. Thought it be causing a conflict with the theme so de-activated it but still no ‘Split Content’ widget? What should I try next? Is the widget much different than adding a 2 column row using Page Builder?

Thanks for your reply Kevin. Page Builder plugin (SiteOrigin) is up to date, Virtue Premium is up to date.

Should I see the widget in the normal widgets area? Either it is missing, or I am not looking in the right place.

Hey,
For a simple button and one where you don’t need the site origin widgets.

Just add a visual editor widget and click the “pinnacle shortcodes” button. there you will have the option to add a shortcode button.

In terms of the call to action but button color is set by your primary color in the theme options > basic styling.

No, it doesn’t do it on the demo. You don’t have a sticky header on demo style 2, so I tried switching that off and all is well! However, I’d like to keep the sticky header – and I have discovered that with a sticky header, the scroll jumps on an ipad and the header is still sticky. Which it’s supposed to be off isn’t it? Perhaps that’s something to look at? It’s a shame, because on a mobile device, to keep the nav in view on a longer page is an advantage.
With the hack, I can’t use shrink header as there’s no navigation on the ipad.
Do you have an ipad to look at?

Sorry about the site being off – the data centre at Heart Internet lost power and some services are still rebooting, 5 hours later. Caused a lot of problems.

Hey,

Based on the page are you using any SEO plugin. It looks like the page content is being output into the head of the site do to a meta output.

I really don’t believe this has to do with the latest updates from the theme.

The last round of updates has broken the layout of my Pages built using the Page Builder plugin. Interior content is duplicated before the header, which also causes some cascading DOM weirdness. See here: *Login to see link

Caching is turned off and this problem doesn’t seem to involve any other plugins either.

As I updated the PP theme more recently than I did Page Builder, I suspect this may have precipitated the problem, but regrettably I haven’t kept back updates of the previous versions of either.

*This is a bad moment for my site to break*, so pending a proper solution, I’d be much obliged if for the time being you could provide me with archives of the last couple versions of Pinnacle Premium (looking at changelog: 1.5.7 & 1.5.4 might be needed), and Page Builder as well if possible.

Site identity is coorect, seo by yoast is corect (activated and deactivated several times) all plugins the same even new home page has been createdbut problem stays.

Have you tried clearing your cache as well as temporarily disabling your installed plugins to see if that might be causing the issue? Perhaps the update has made a plugin on your sites non-compatible with page builder.

I am truly sorry to hear this. I would be so happy to offer you a refund. Just let me know your order number.

In terms of poor support, I struggle to see where your coming from, I spend most of my time helping people customize there sites. If I have somehow missed your support requests I am truly sorry.

I certainly don’t ask people to get support elsewhere and I’m sorry you feel this way.

I realize that this theme doesn’t have options for every possible scenario of a site. I don’t honestly think thats possible or good for usability, the current options can already be overwhelming for some. I’ve tried to approach the options with a thought of adding what most people want and then supplying the support for all the millions of other edits people may like to change.

Here are some answers to how to change from your requests:

1. In terms of the site title are you referring to the logo area? I have not had much request for wanting to removing that area completely but it would be just one small css script to do that:

2. If your wanting to align it I assume your wanting right align? Since left and center are options I can just recommend this css:

But css would be different depending on what settings you are using for the header so for confident css I would ask for a link so I can confirm.

3. so I’m guessing here but since it seems you want the logo right then you would want the main menu left?

4. Yes the top the top button is not shown by defualt on mobile. This is to make reading easier. It was a design discussion and you can make visible with this css:

5. Yes this was also a design decision to not make the to the top button bright but more subtle. You can however use css to change that:

There is a great, easy place to add css in the theme options > advanced settings. You don’t need to worry about stylesheets or anything being lost with an update.

I am disappointed to have made you so upset. I do try to make a good theme. Please let me know if I can get you a refund. I would be more then happy to.

Ok well everything seems to be functioning correctly then. It could very well be a caching error that was making it display differently for you.

Have you tried clearing your cache and disabling plugins to see if that fixes the issue on the one site thats not showing the collapsed menu?
