All of your menus are displaying exactly like they are in Chrome inspection tools on my laptop as they are on my iphone, except the Capital Express Lines site. That one is not transitioning to a dropdown.

I’m a bit confused as to whether or not you want to have different menus assigned to mobile and primary. Is it the same menu that’s supposed to be assigned to each navs?

Updating the page builder plugin has ‘damaged’ two of my Pinnacle sites – Not sure whether it is an issue with the plugin or the theme + plugin but I can’t find anything on the net regarding any issue with that plugin update.

Hi,

Is there a way to correct the theme from converting the & into &#038 code? It’s causing some issues with my website.

For example what is happening is when I enter the image url: *Login to see link into the “External Image URL plugin” it’s getting changed to:

*Login to see link

Basically, the tag: #038 is being added. So what happens when you click on the image to view it in a larger format – it goes to a blank lightbox page that only shows: loading. You can see it happening on this page: *Login to see link

Have you installed the “Site Origin Widgets Bundle?” You should’ve gotten a notification when you installed Page Builder to also install the widgets that come with it.

There should be at least two options for placing a button on your site in the Appearance> Widgets area. Either the Site Origin Button, or the PB button I believe.

If you’re having a hard time finding them on the page, try control or command F and type in “button.”

And if they’re not there, then you’re missing page builder.

I’ve got a peculiar problem on several websites that I’m building with the Virtue theme.

When using my iPhone 6 Plus, whether in Safari iOS 9.2.1 or Chrome v48, *most* of the time, the menu being displayed is actually the Primary Menu, not the Mobile Menu. *Sometimes*, on Safari, it will display the proper Mobile Menu.

This one menu is selected to be displayed in both Primary and Mobile. When I disable it from Primary, it disappears from the browser. When I disable it only from Mobile and leave Primary on, I still get the Primary menu.

Oddly, when using Chrome on the PC and activating the developer tools and device spoofing, the menus react properly depending on the size of the viewport.

So it doesn’t seem to be a global problem, only a device-specific problem. There’s a chance that some custom code of mine is to blame (css/javascript) but I haven’t messed with the PHP files of the theme. Furthermore, it happens on multiple sites, on which I have some similar and some different code. None of my JavaScript is designed to react to different viewport sizes, so I would be surprised if my custom code were to blame.

The problem arose more recently, I’d say over the last few days. I keep all my themes and plugins up to date. I do use a lot of similar plugins, so maybe it’s a plugin’s fault.

But I think it coincided with an update to Virtue v3.4.7.

Any help would be awesome.

But what People get from you is simply ridiculous.
Do you really think its funny, when people buy a so called “premium theme”, because they believe in a solid product.
And then – afterwards – they have to sit and spend hours in “grabbing and trying” css-snippets, which are offered by you – and dont even influence anything!
“Buy our Premium Themes – and try to get support elsewhere” – is this your philosophy?
By the way – the search-function in your “Support Forum” is as poor as the support provided by your company.

A site-title, which appears and cannot be switched off, nor aligned (at least) left or right.
Same with the main menu – no individual alignment.
Top control? Where is it on a mobile-screen (and thats the reason why it was made for)? And you cant even make that little button to be in the primary-colour without coding!
Al these issues have to be solved by adding css snippets to the css-box, which will be finally contain repairs of a broken – or non-existing customizable css-stylesheet.
Do your homework – and deliver what you promise and charge for – thats what I expect – no more – no less!

I take back my recommendation of your themes due to the reasons mentioned above.
My comment will be published as a recension of your “Masterpiece” in the near future – you dont have to get back to me in any way.

I tested the site with only woocommerce plugin and got appropriate result. But what if I need not every those plugins but some?
I use no cache plugin but I hired a programmist and he set some settings on server that compress scripts. After that he said that I can remove all caching plugins and I did it. By the way after his work the site started to work faster and on google Insights figures rised from 40-45 to 70-83 on different pages.

Thanks Ben. It’s not just the mobile browser though, you can see the same effect on Firefox/Edge/Chrome by reducing the window to the point where the 5 columns at the top reduce to 4.
Also, the previous site I used Virtue in – http://www.ohsmodels.com – I didn’t notice but does the same. I’ve not included the menu hack above into that site.

I’ve now revisited this and have decided to keep it simple and revert back to woocom, variation swatches tool. I want to still achieve the hover fuction with the image aove but for these swatches… http://olsonbaker.com/product/tween-start-chest-of-drawers-woocommerce-swatches/ is that easier? I assume this will work far better.

Btw could i please ask how you identify the root source of the css? for example in this case if i right click on the swatch and open the element it tells me that it is ‘.swatch-wrapper img’ in the ‘Rules’ box on the right (im using firefox) Is that correct? Whenever i do it myself it next makes any changes. EG
