Hi, I have set up this website and it looks good on the computer but doesn’t look right on the mobile. How do I fix it so that the site looks the same as it does on the mobile device as it does on the computer? *Login to see link
Thank you in advance for your assistance with this, I am a beginner and this is the first site I have created from scratch.
Hi Hannah,
Yes, I already created a separate dutch slider ….
Where can I add it into the code, so that it renders only in the dutch version of the website? The above code is inputted for the english version. I have to have some similar code, but only for the dutch version ….I’m guessing…. cause I have no other place where I can add it.
Hello
I would like to make the background of my replies to comments left on my site a different colour, so it stands out.
Can you please help?
Thanks
Hi Debi,
You can turn the theme crop on/off from Theme Options > Shop Settings. As for size, it’s kind of up to you. If you want your image to display nicely when viewed in a lightbox then I would typically recommend 1200x1000px (ish).
The image you linked to sent me to a 404 page. Can you try to send it again? Or post a link to your site? Have you already set featured images for all your products?
Hannah
Hi Charanvir Singh,
The majority of Virtue users also use page builder (siteorigin-panels plugin) with no issue. Who is your host? Have you tried deleting and re-installing the plugin?
Hannah
Hey Peter,
Do you mind posting a link to your site?
Thanks!
Hannah
Hey Adam,
Again, sorry for the delay. I feel like I may have provided a solution for this in your other topic. Do you mind posting a link to your site so I can see how you currently have things set up?
Thanks!
Hannah
When I go to *Login to see link and view the website on mobile, everything seems to be there but the images for the categories on the front page. I can click on the words and get to sub-categories, which have images, but then can not click and get any further.
I have been through the mobile parts of the theme options multiple times but can find nothing glaring. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
Hi ben
I had examined this issue.
I am probably thought to be a google problem.
Where I was up a version 4.4.1 of wordpress, the phenomenon seems to be resolved.(But sometimes it fails.)
Not been able rendering of the screen for some reason.
This problem seems to have occurred in a variety of sites.

Since google crawler is coming to successfully site, I will for a while looking at the situation.
Thanks for your support.
There should definitely be some way to get page builder to work. Without it, then you’re never going to get to use the full potential of the product, and that’s not good! I’m not sure what could be causing this issue, but whenever the theme Developer or other support gets on here, they’ll be able to help a lot more with this.
Have you checked to make sure that everything is up to date on your site? Do you have any update notifications you didn’t notice yet?
I disabled the Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin and uninstalled it completely and the preview screen was restored.
However, without the page builder I’m stuck with my limited programming abilities. Is there a different plugin with the same functionality that I could be using? The builder was part of the reason I had selected this template in the first place.
Hello,
In the demo site, there is a smaller slider gallery under the main slider. I cannot find these in the back end to make changes. Can someone please point me in the right direction on where to change these?
I also cannot find the click boxes above the footer in the back-end as well.

Thank you!
I’ve placed an iframe in my primary sidebar with a Facebook feed, something I have in place on a few other sites. But on this particular site and page the side bar wraps to the next line under my contact form rather than appearing in the right sidebar. I tried changing the page from Default to Sidebar but then the sidebar goes off the main content background. I’d be happy with a solution using either template to either get the sidebar down the right side with Default or pull it back on the page with Sidebar.
The page is HERE.
This was the first time I had tried the page builder.
I have already attempted restoring the site by deactivating the plugins one by one, the only two plugins that did not come with the theme were installed after this issue came up, they are Error Log Monitor and WP Memory Load and db size usage (I was trying to determine what the issue was and those were both recommended in other threads on this forum).
At this point I’m stuck on what to try next.
I have tried multiple options, and I have been unable to get the revolution slider to actually cycle the slides within the Rev Slider. It only stays on one image. And I’m unable to modify the “3000 mil sec” setting to a smaller number.
Does anyone know how to actually make the rev slider cycle slides on the published sites. As well as, it not take an obnoxious amount of time to actually rotate images?
Thank you,
Ok Kevin thank you very much! Oh Kevin there is one more thing do you know how i can fix the lost password option whenever I clic the ‘lost your password’ button on my site it just refreshes the page and doesn’t actually do anything! Thank you 🙂
Hey. Would you mind posting a link to your site?
Thanks!
Any time I attempt to use the ‘Page Builder’ tool and add widgets the design on every page disappears and displays a plain white screen throughout. I dont know why this is happening or how to restore the site!
Im sorry for annoying you & i know with the past messages I come across like i don’t know what the hell im talking about lol But i dont understand why I am having this problem, basically its a page that appears once a person clicks on a “upper body exercises” and gets sent to this link http://www.befitlifestyle.co.uk/modules/upper-body/?course_id=482 which has nothing to do with the course i have set up, the big problem i have with this appearing is that on the right hand side it has stuff i don’t want my clients to see such as the site admin, wordpress.org etc is there anyway i can get rid of these text or even that page?
Hi,
My site went back to the default theme settings.
Is there a way to undo this?
Thanks!
