Thank You, SiteOrigin doesn’t seem to have anything like that either.

Indeed, I had not disabled the original site plugin pack because I was afraid of losing everything … he is problematic , the map is displayed , but not completely , the background is gray , it does not see the cities , roads … see here. And with the plugin disabled I can not use PageBuilder ! ….

    Ben,

I spent around 3 to 4 hours the other day trying to figure this out. And it is only happening with your two themes on my sites. I switch the theme, and google can fetch it just fine. It was never an issue before with your themes. I wonder if there is a remote call to font awesome or something that is causing the issue?

    Hello,

I’m using the Virtue premium theme. I’ve created a menu with a couple items in it (for now) and have set it to be the primary navigation for the site, but the primary navigation isn’t displaying on either the home page or the services page. I’ve been hunting around the forums and Google for a solution, but what I’ve tried doesn’t seem to be working.

    The site URL is

    Thank you,

    In reply to: Woocommerce Subtitle

    #75765

    Hi Hannah,

Sorry for the delay in replying. I don’t have a link as the site I am working on is being done locally at the moment. However, I’m not sure how the link would help but you can see what I’m talking about on your demo site.

Shop page: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/shop/ — under the page title, it has Showing All 15 Results. I want to remove this and use a regular subtitle (such as on your default template or featured template). You can see what I mean here: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/contact-us/ — under the page title, it has How can we help you?

I found the correct template for the shop page and edited to use the subtitle code but the subtitle does not appear. The Showing All 15 Results did disappear though so I know I’m on the right template (same for the reverse – if I remove the subtitle code from the default template, it disappears on the page so I know it’s the right piece of code).

I’m guessing that I need to add another piece of code somewhere that tells it to show but I’m not sure where. The code I’m using is:

    <?php global $post;
    	if(is_page()) {$bsub = get_post_meta( $post->ID, '_kad_subtitle', true ); if(!empty($bsub)) echo '<p class="subtitle"> '.__($bsub).' </p>';
    	} else if(is_category()) {  echo '<p class="subtitle">'.__(category_description()).' </p>';}
    ?>

I think maybe since it’s an archive page, I need to change this code somehow? Thanks for your help!

PS. I’m using a child theme.

When I view our website on my mobile @ http://www.sbmar.com, the mobile topbar places 3 dashed lines to drop-down a search bar, etc. The styling is a very light gray with white text and is unreadable. I would like to be able to apply CSS to affect just the mobile version of this drop-down… how do I do this without any way to determine the CSS identifiers?

    Thanks!

    Hello Hannah,

thx for the reply! I dealed it now with the pagebuilder.
But now i have an other problem. I use a Pagebuilder-row with 2 textwidgets inside. In the widgets i put the shortcode to show up a blog_post.
I set the shortcode to show only one element on one column, but it is not working, it always shows 2 columns.

    This is the shortcode is set: [blog_posts orderby=menu_order type=normal items=1 columns=1 cat=Aktuell]

And in the moment my site looks this way: http://wp.artgluchowe.de/
At the template-options/homepage-options i set the postcolumns to 1.

    #75750

Hey! Do you mind posting a link to your site? You should be able to get a slider to look just like that one by selecting a “Standard Slider” and “Auto” for Notebook, Tablet, and Mobile options on the main page for the slide you’re making. Also, leave the min-height and max-width settings blank at the bottom of the page. Confirm your settings on this screen are the same as above and let me know if that fixes it.

    Hope that helps!

Looks like you’ve got something interfering with your site’s ability to pick up the post template for your blog posts. I would try disabling your plugins to see if any are conflicting.

    Hey Tony,
Can you post a link to your site?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

I added a bottom menu to my website, which works well on every page except the one where I created a timeline using code I found online. Here’s a link to that page: events-international-software-company On this page, the menu floats and the page gets crazy when it is viewed on smaller screens (iPad view, for example). How is my timeline changing the settings for the footer menu and the responsiveness on that page? Is there a solution other than ripping apart the page and starting over? It literally took me three full days to adapt the code to my needs, so I’m hoping for an easy fix.

    Thanks once again,

    Laura

    Hi Moshe,
Here is an answer from Ben from another topic:

You don’t get a activation code when using the slider through a theme license. When you purchased a theme you got access to use the plugin on one site through the themes license. This is separate from direct licensing from the plugin authors and there has always been a way for you to enter a purchase code if you wanted direct support and updates from the plugin authors (on previous versions of the slider it was hidden by default).

Recently the revolution slider plugin authors have made a push to offer some special things if you get a license directly from them. Things like direct updates from them instead of having to get updates as the theme updates. and direct support from them, they also started offering some demo sliders that they are calling “premium templates” and this is just a quick way to add some demo sliders that you can copy into your site. These are only accessible if you purchase directly from them. But you can download demos here for free: http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

    Hope that’s helpful!

Hi, I’ve created a test site at com.iscsoftware.com, and am trying to work out all the bugs before it replaces our current website. If you go to the home page, you’ll see at full screen it looks fine. If you switch to iPad view, you’ll see that the text below the Kadence Slider squishes up into the slider area, making it all look very ugly. The problem continues throughout the home page. Is there any fix?

    Thanks,

    Laura

    Hi Hannah,

Thanks for replying. I’m not sure but it seems having no effect on how it is shown post on facebook but in anycase I don’t understand what set the timestamp in the post, because the error is about the date. But the date is correctly shown in the post.
Here’s my website related to the picture but it happen in all websites I have and all use pinnacle. http://www.mappeattive.com

EDIT: Please, have a look at this warnings that I find odd
You can check in facebokk debugger the same page and make a test yourself http://www.mappeattive.com/it/la-meravigliosa-valle-di-olimje/ to better understand what happen. I don’t believe but my first shot said date was incorrect now date is not allowed for this object type.

    Thanks for the precious support

Sorry for the delay! I’m not sure what would be causing that issue. Is it affecting how your posts are displaying on facebook? Are you able to post a link to your site?

    Hello Ben,
    As per my host —

“I could see that currently the domain : artshelvez.com is loading fine.

On checking I could see that “White Screen Of Death” is a known bug in “siteorigin-panels” plugin.

    Refer the link :

I have tried to revive as mentioned in the links. No result.
