Hi,

I’am using The cadence slider on my site with the vitue premium theme, wooCommerce and WPML.
Just using the Dutch and English language, translated the Kadence slider but it is’t be visible on my site.
The original “Dutch” slider has ID 604, the translation “English” ID 1275.
Any idea?

Hi,

Where do I find the option to change the page title and meta descriptions? In my list of pages, i also have a page titled home but there is no content on that page. Hi,

I have noticed that you frequently recommend the W3 Total Cache plugin for speeding up websites. I have tried the plugin and I think it is really great, however, I seem to be having the same issue over and over again upon setting it up. For some reason, the Cart page (Woocommerce) seems to be fetching cached information everytime the page is refreshed. This means that adding and removing items from the cart becomes problematic, since every subtle refresh updates the cart with cached items that should not be in the cart.

I have reverted my website back to an earlier version and am now running without any caching plugin installed.

I would like to know if anyone else have had this issue and if Kadence could provide us with an official guide on how to properly set up W3 Total Cache for the Virtue Theme?

Hi Ben,

i want to add my home widget into blig post area as a side bar. i already manage the blog setting on theme option by setting up “blog category/archive defaults”.
i choosed the side bar as home widget area. then continue the setting to blog post that i have on my website, i tried to edit both blog posts but cant find the widget home area or other sidebar instead its only has primary sidebar option. Could u pls tell me how to add another sidebar? it used to be sidebar1 option at the widget but now its said inactive and dissapeared. Looking forward to figure it out. thanks.

There are a several things I’d like to tweak for viewing on mobile phone and 8″ tablet, but can’t figure out how:

1. Home Page – The first slide of the Revolution slider that reads “stories that inspire” – on both the mobile phone and 8″ tablet “stories” does not move from the left to the middle position as it does on the laptop/full screen site. It stays stuck on the left side. Line spacing on two of the slides is also off compared with how it looks on the laptop. Specifically: the space btw “stories that” and “inform” is too tight and the space between “stories that” and “inform” is too wide. I have fiddled with the adjustments on the slider and can not get rid of the space.

2. Home Page – I turned on the option to play music on the Revolution Slider but hear nothing.

3. Home Page – Regarding the banner that reads “giving voice and vision to your stories” On the mobile phone I would like to reduce the height of the banner and font size. There’s also too much white space between the slider and banner. (On the laptop I made it flush with the slider). On the 8″ tablet I would also like to reduce the white space btw the slider and banner, but could live with it the way it is if that’s not possible.

Hi luke,

can you please provide a link, it’s not very clear what is going on.

As a general rule, it is better to use the Pagebuilder from start or not at all.
Have you added content to the PAGE Homepage so far ?

Note that Sliders and “Widgets”, like featured products that you set in Theme Options > Home Layout, are not directly on the PAGE named Homepage.
On that Page you need to add with Pagebuilder some rows. Then add widgets on the rows, like Visual Editor, open it and add content like text and images.

Stuff you add in the PAGE Homepage will show on your site if you have in Theme Options > Home Layout > Page Content draged in the ENABLED column.

Now I wanted to fine tune the homepage add a little more, so I thought I could just go to page builder “Homepage — Front Page” and add content here I was also expecting to see all the shortcode/widgets on this page from all the options I had set from the theme to be filled in, but the page was empty
Am I best just to use the Pagebuilder from the start or is there some simple step that I am missing.

Hi Eszter,

For the whole layout to look like this you need to enable TOPBAR (the orange one)

Second”row” is the main menu. It is set to standard without sticky (see Theme Option > Main Settings)

Third “row” is a secondary menu.

You will have to create 2 custom menus and set them to be one for the first menu, one for the second menu

Once you have the menu’s in place style them from Theme Options > Menu Settings

If you need assistance please provide a link to your site and we take it step by step.

Now while my Carrousel is playing and when I click on a picture then there appears a Lightbox.
In my Lightbox I can’t go to the next or previous picture.
I was searching for hours for the parameter to made that possible but I don’t find it.
Anyone who can help me ???

1) The left navigation menu of the website wraps to the second line. Would like them to be on the same line. Is that possible?
2) The logo shrinks too much when scrolled, any way to make the shrinkage lesser?
